Rene is such a nice guy and always has been! I've been a customer for over 6 years now and I never once had a problem with customer service or my dogs grooming. I don't even tell him much on how I want my dogs hair cut but he just knows what I like and knows how to style and cut hair! Every time I pick up my dog from his place I am always pleased and happy to see my cute furry baby! Not to mention the shampoo or perfume he uses on my dog smells so nice and lasts! For a small dog the price is $45 which is really not bad considering what it comes with. I usually don't travel only because I never know where to leave my dog. I would never leave him home alone or leave him by someone I don't trust. This time around I decided to try out Pet Rush Inn for the first time and let me tell you... Best decision ever. When my dog stays home alone he doesn't eat, doesn't drink, and feels depressed. I was worried to leave him here for one whole week. I finally picked him up yesterday and I have never seen him happier. Rene was awesome, friendly, offered great service, and you can truly tell he has a passion for animals. Paulina is AMAZING!!! I cannot say enough amazing things about her and the rest if the staff. We took our rescue pup, who has major anxiety and trust issues, and Paulina went above and beyond with our Pup. My mother had a horrible experience at another groomer. She was extremely fearful of leaving her new pup at the groomers but Paulina explained every step of her routine to us. When we came back to pick him up she even showed us a video of her grooming the pup so give my mom peace of mind. It was such an amazing thing to do!!! Just had my elderly dog groomed here over the weekend! She's a 3 pound toy poodle who is scared of everything, but she wasn't scared of Rene!!! It was so beautiful and she even gave him a kiss!! He was so gentle and you can tell that he just really loves animals. He got her in and out in under 2 hours which is a miracle and Ophelia wasn't as shaky or scared when we picked her up as she normally is. Definitely found our new groomer and excited I can finally get her groomed more often since I don't have to worry about her being weird after!!! Everyone who has a pet child knows how stressful finding a qualified place to take care of them while you are away is. It is one of the most stressful processes. It also doesn't help that there isn't enough places with a perfect 5 star rating here in Los Angeles, the best options I can only count on one hand. Terrible!! Thankfully after researching boarding places in my area for about an hour I came across Pet Rush Inn. I thought to myself... Wow, very impressive with a perfect rating , with not very many reviews acquired I still pursued checking them out... PHONE CONTACT: I called Pet Rush to find out some more details about services provided, I spoke to the owner Rene on the phone... I immediately thought to myself how refreshing it was to be speaking to the actual owner of the facility and not an inept staff member !! At most of the boarding places here in LA rarely do you ever speak to the owner of facility on the phone let alone meet them face to face! 5 STARS. FACILITY: Upon arrival to Pet Rush Inn I found the location to be very easy to find and thought it was super convenient that Rene provides a "loading and unloading" parking spot for his furry friends and fur moms/dads. A very thoughtful and nice touch. Entering the building I immediately got a homey feel/vibe of the place and at that point I knew that my pit bull puppy would love it here and feel comfortable while I was away. The facility itself appears to be very well kept and clean by Rene. He also does animal rescue work, amazing. He has college interns who help him with puppy duties. I also LOVE that you are required to bring your dogs bed with you for their stay, I think this really aids in providing less of a stress free environment for them. I explained to Rene about some of the behaviors my dog exhibits when it comes to interacting with other dogs he was very receptive to my concerns and he was able to explain to me the best way that he would be able to care for my dog. He cant be around other dogs ( which I was fine with ) he received plenty of attention by staff. Based on observing my puppy for a week after picking him up I can tell that he was very well cared for. 5 STARS. OVERALL: I will definitely be bringing my puppy back to Pet Rush Inn for any future out of town travel plans that I have. I can tell by his demeanor that he was treated with respect and love. Rene is the sweetest guy and you can tell right when you meet him how much he loves animals. That alone did it for me. Being an owner/operator of a boarding facility you better love animals and your staff better love them too! I am very happy with my decision to have my dog stay here and I am sure he is excited for the next visit. We will be back... Thank you so much Rene if I could give you 20 stars, I would. read more

These folks are wonderful. I work in an office where we bring our dogs to work, and since we make most decisions as a group (including getting new pups!) we all hopped in the car to meet an adoptable dog who was rescued by Pet Rush. Unfortunately, the dog we went to see was not a fit, BUT, we stayed and talked for about 45 minutes and ended up meeting another dog (who one of us DID adopt!). Great job grooming my peekaboo, Heidi. They did it quickly and I was quite happy with the results. And no stupid bow or handkerchief on my girl when I picked her up. I know some people like that kind of thing but I'll accessorize my own dog, thank you. My Heidi was really nervous at first but was put at ease the moment she was taken into the capable hands of the groomer. The full grooming was 15 dollars less that I normally pay. Pet Rush is a small little dog grooming place in Burbank. They used to be located in Glendale but moved (not complaining, id drive all the way to Vegas if i had to). The place is always very clean and you can tell every employee absolutely adores dogs which makes them that much more trustworthy! Ive never had a bad experience here in my 5-6 years of taking my dog Peter here. Rene does exactly as you ask and he is very careful with his work. Even when we asked for a crazy hairstyle on my dog and ended up not liking it and regretting it, Rene fixed it for us free of charge. A couple times my dog has even peed in the store and Rene was very nice about it and told me not to worry about it and that he'll take care of it. My experience with Pet Rush Inn began with my anxious rescue dog's first ever grooming appointment several months ago. The experience was so positive that they have earned a customer for life. My dog, Roman, is twenty pounds of energy and chaos with a rough background and I genuinely think that the love and care he experiences at Pet Rush has worked WONDERS not just for the peace of mind I experience when I'm out of town or drop him at day care but for his demeanor overall. He always comes back tired and happy and despite his separation anxiety he is always excited to be dropped off and doesn't even look back when I hand him over! The staff is incredibly friendly at drop off and pick up, they are patient when I have a million questions, they send frequent adorable report cards to keep me updated on his status, and they all seem to genuinely love their jobs and their "clients." They have also been nothing but understanding and helpful when travel plans change or when I need last-minute services. I am new to the area, and was looking for a daycare for my 10-year old, Ginger. I prefer family owned places, and was happy to find Pet Rush. I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman, Lewis, who was so helpful. He is a high energy guy, and made me feel very comfortable. The only reason that I'm not giving it 5 Stars is because I called two different times, and the phone just kept ringing. No answering machine. I just recently moved to the LA area and was quite literally in a "rush" to find a place to board my 2 dogs for week long stay. I used this place once when we were in the area and would absolutely return again if we needed care in Burbank again. The man who greeted us was very friendly and clearly loves dogs. He took my dog from me and held her and talked to her to make her feel more at ease. He also took us on a tour of the facility and explained their process for integrating the dogs into the day care. When we picked up the dog she was very tired which indicates that she had an active day running around. My only suggestion to this place would be day care web cams like some others have to allow us to check on the dog throughout the day. read more

This review is over due on my part, so well deserved and detailed. I just dropped my pitbulls off for their second stay at Pet Rush Inn. They were calm and happy to greet Zach and Kevin. I couldnt be happier to watch their body language at drop off. Their last stay was in November, 2017. The care they received was excellent. The list of people I trust my pibbles with is extremely small. We had a very bad experience before at what was supposed be a trust worthly licensed facilty, operated by a very unethical local trainer (an illegal unlicensed facility as I later discovered in Agua Dulce) while recovering from my bilateral mastecomy in 2016. If we had only known then what we know now...ugh....They (we) have not quite recovered fully from the hell they endured to say the least. My ability to trust others for their care was greatly impacted. As a dog trainer at Cesar Millan's Dog Psychology Center, I will only entrust my dogs with those who are to maintain their training and handle them properly in a calm and balanced manner as well. This means we have fewer options that I will consider than ever before. This was their first time staying at Pet Rush Inn as our normal boarding location was full. The staff provided excellent care, was able to win their trust and respect the first day, within hours to be honest. They came home happy, content and rested. Of course the facility is super clean, high end accomodations with an almost spa like environment. Billy Jack and Kellie had a ball during play sessions with trainer Kevin and the hands on owner Zach. I can't say enough wonderful things about them!!!! We were able to enjoy a weekend getaway due to the awesome updates they provided. Please use them if needed without any hesitation. I am referring my own dog training clients to them as well. This place is seriously the best place that I could've come across for our puppy, Belle! It is close to our home and work locations, it is a very nice facility and I felt very much at ease when I talked with the owner, Zachary, over the phone and in person. I especially knew it was good when I saw another coworker friend of mine walk in with his dog, as I was dropping off our dog. I am very particular when it comes to the care of my pets and I have nothing but great vibes here. Plus, when I went to pick up Belle, I was surprised with the adorable "A+" report card that she had received for her behavior and acclimation with the other dogs that she played with. This place is a life saver! I recently adopted an Alaskan Malamute who did not like to be left alone at home. I checked several doggie daycare places in the area and Pet Rush was the only one that gave me a tour of the facility. They went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable leaving my boy with them. They also helped tremendously with my dog's socialization issues and I know he is happy to go to doggie daycare there.
