When I adopted my dog, I was recommended by several coworkers to take him to Pet Rush Inn for local daycare. Very friendly staff here! I started taking my pup here when he was young - only 5 months! I was already worried about leaving my puppy at any daycare, but Pet Rush made me feel very comfortable. I had called them multiple times beforehand, and they were really patient and thorough on the phone. I also appreciate their Instagram account! We boarded our dog here for one night and we like the place because it's clean and has no smell when you walk-in. The play area for the dogs are also clean. They have live camera at the play area and we were able to view our dog and made us happy knowing he's safe. The staff are all nice, and accommodating. I boarded two cats for three nights at the Pet Rush Inn recently for a trip out of state. The caretaker at the time was a woman nicknamed Kat (I might have misspelled this, for which I apologize in advance). She was friendly, professional and accommodating, especially when she was willing to let me talk to them over the phone on a check-up call halfway through my trip. Both my cats were in good health and spirits when I picked them up after my trip, and I will keep this pet hotel in mind for future trips as needed. But please bear in mind that you must adhere to their pre-boarding vaccination rules and bring your own food for your pets' stay (assumedly due to every pet having different tastes and nutritional/dietary needs, and an understandable requirement). read more

I was not able to go to drop off my pup, but I did go pick him up and the staff was very friendly, helpful and sweet! I could tell my fur baby was well cared for, and it was nice to see him interacting with other dogs before they handed him over to us. I've been looking for a good boarding spot, and I finally found it. In my search, I've come across a few that were not nearly as clean with staff not nearly as welcoming. Will definitely be back! This place was great for us. We have two high maintenance dogs that we previously boarded at another local boarding/daycare facility. Our smaller breed dog did not do well there, and failed the temperment test. This left us stressed out. We needed to find another place that would not only accept our dogs but a place we would feel comfortable leaving them too. We found both with Pet Rush Inn. Kevin in the front was extremely helpful and provided us with all the info, including a tour before we dropped our dogs off for 5 days of boarding. The dogs seemed very happy and cared for upon our return and we even received the cutest report cards from the staff detailing their behavior. The facility itself is nothing fancy but instead you get a very service and care orientated experience for your pets. I have taken my dogs for grooming to Paulina for over 10 years. I will only go to Paulina. My dogs, through the years, have been older rescues with special needs. I have been bringing my furbaby Maggie here for few months now at least once or twice a week for daycare mainly for her playtime and socialization with other dogs. I am very meticulous once it comes to her care,and being said that Pet rush inn has shown excellent care and service. I met their staff and have been very nice to us and accommodating of my requests mostly for pictures when she is there, it just gives me a sense of comfort knowing i am leaving her in good hands when she is not with me. We've taken our two medium-sized dogs, Spencer and Willy, to Pet Rush for YEARS, ever since they were at their first location in Kenneth Village. We love them, and our dogs seem to, too. Spencer has had seizures for at least the last 6 years (maybe longer?), but they can get him "in-and-out" to reduce the stress. They have a file on our dogs' needs and preferences, and the staff are super friendly and obviously love doing what they do. read more

Left my baby here for a couple of nights. She had her own room at night and we were even able to see the cameras that the graveyard shift would look at. Although, they do not respond outside of business hours, there IS someone there looking after the dogs. They were also very honest with us and told us that our dog hadn't eaten much, and was a bit confused by where she was. It was her first time in boarding in her whole life, she's about 12 years old. There is also a little gift shop in the lobby area with treats, toys, and other goodies for you and/or your pets! Reservations are easy to make online or over the phone. My cat stayed here over the holidays. Our first trip here to get my dogs teeth cleaned was amazing! Rene is awesome. Both my dogs are rescues and one is very insecure and nervous, so I was wondering how it was going to go. I moved from Miami to Los Angeles with my dog BEAR. BEAR is a black Havanese who gets very anxious in new environments. I needed to find a nice place where I would feel comfortable leaving him. When I first arrived at Pets Rush Inn, I was greeted by Rene and his amazing staff. Everyone there is wonderful and I am thankful I have a place to take BEAR I can trust. Every time I come to pick BEAR up, he is so happy and playful. You can tell he has enjoyed his time and when I return with him, he is always happy to be there. BEAR is also groomed there, which is wonderful because his groomer, Paulina is knowledgable and always makes him look great. BEAR was always afraid of being groomed and didn't like it, but now, Paulina says he is comfortable and isn't afraid anymore - not even of the dryer. read more

Im an over protective dog parent. For the longest time, I didn't trust anyone to even walk my American Bulldog, Etta. Kevin and the rest of the staff are unbelievably patient, knowledgeable, and truly love dogs. Etta never wants to leave when I pick her up. Brought my dog into Pet Rush Inn for a grooming because the groomers we normally go to were booked for the day. Let me start off by saying that the staff was one of the nicest folks I've met. Despite coming to a new location, I had no hesitation or doubt about leaving my dog there. Dunno what happened in there but my dog freaks out whether I try to dry him off or touch his face ever since I brought him in. Used to be good until I got excuses why his haircut was not all the way finished every time I came in. If I'm paying around $60 for a haircut I would expect better service. And damn not saying one needs to smile all the time but at least get a happier looking front desk person to greet customers. I have NEVER intimidated anyone despite the owners bad response on not liking a bad review. Never coming again obviously. Yes the scab was there but thee groomer cut the scab and made it bleed I don't think you understand... And yes you showed me the hair cuts I also specifically told you i don't want her to lose her look and I don't want her to look like a lion cut.. You completely removed all of her hair! You may try to justify yourself for customers but in my 3 years of going to groomers this is the only place that did this and completely disregarded what I wanted. I won't return and everyone who has seen my cat will never come here either. You also told me this length was the only way you were able to make it even.... So I guess you don't know how to groom if you can't make normal cuts even or even do a normal cut period. read more

It's never the easiest thing to board a cat, but Rene did a great job nonetheless. The place is clean and his is very staff friendly (as is he). Rather than up-sell me on my request, he actually told me that I could accomplish everything I needed by ordering a bath rather than a full grooming session. My shi tzu has many issues, no major health-mostly skin and eyes, typical of the bread. Pets Rush Inn took care of him better than his vet (who is amazing). They had several recommendations, special shampoo, and every time we enter they remember him! He seems to recognize the groomer as well, it is the first place my pup doesn't shake from fear. Our 8 month old Cockapoo stayed here for 2 nights while we were out of town. When we picked him up, we could tell that he was well cared for. They used the food we provided for our pup, and even had some food left over (which tells me that they were giving him proper portions, since I provided more than what was needed). The location is perfect, right off of the 5 FWY with easy parking for drop off and pick-up. We'll be using Pet Rush Inn for all of our future boarding needs. read more
