First off, this was my first experience at Pet Rush Inn. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean and inviting the lobby was. Kevin (the manager) checked me in for my pup's grooming appointment. He was so nice and so thorough! After discussing what length and style I wanted to go with he briefed me on their security camera system, which includes every room in the place, from the grooming area to the boarding area. Here the most important thing is clearly professionalism and the safety and well being of all of the dogs. As far as my dogs actual haircut, absolutely flawless. He looks great I mean really, the care that went into it was above and beyond. When I got my pup home, he was happy and in good spirits. In the past, when he has had bad experiences with groomers, he comes home down for a couple of days but not this time. We love this place!!! Our puppy was really shy when she started coming here for daycare and now she runs right up to the door and into Paulina or Kevin's arms in the morning. She rarely looks back! The staff are really what make this place amazing. They are so patient and loving with all the dogs. They take the time to get to know your pup and only put them in playtime with suitable dogs. I love their report card system too. A big shout out to Kat and Ricky! When I go to pick up my pup at night these two ladies are always there and take the extra time to come out and tell me how Echo did that day. We love Pet Rush Inn. I took my other dog to daycare his whole life but this dog was from a rescue and while he loves to play he's not a huge fan of kennels so I was worried and knew the other place I used to go wouldn't work for him (even though I still love them). I found Pet Rush Inn via Facebook and am so happy that I did. Kevin the trainer is amazing and takes extra care to get to know your dog and your dog's personality and they ease them into playing with others. They also give them rest breaks and make sure they don't eat and play too quickly. He really knows dogs and I feel super comfortable letting my Westie stay there. THANK YOU so much!!! Kevin and Paulina (front desk) are the best! I was worried when I first adopted my pup as he was a little socially awkward. Kevin was really patient with me and answered all my questions and reassured me and they were not annoyed when I would call throughout the day for updates. What I love is that the dogs are in their own kennel/ space all day and they bring them out periodically to play. Also they separate the big and small dogs. This works great for my Boomer bc he doesn't do well with bigger dogs and he doesn't love playing all day, he likes to chill. Boomer is now quite comfortable at Pet Rush and he even wags his tail when we arrive and he sees Kevin or Paulina. They were the only place with open spots for cats (now that the cathouse is shut down, it's hard to find boarding unless you're associated with a vet). They were very nice and seemed to love animals, and the cats are kept in an open play area so it's not like the shelter. Only downside is that they returned the dry food I provided to me, although that may be because they provided their own. I'll definitely use them again, if only because they appear to be the most likely to have open spots on a short notice. read more

I was so scared to leave my dogs for a week going out of town that I scoured the internet for hours for reputable boarding facilities here in LA. Pet rush had by far the best reviews for the most reasonable price, and I'm so glad we chose them! Our dogs had a great time and were not traumatized after we picked them up (which I was very afraid of) and all of the staff is so kind! I love that they have a live stream camera so you can watch the big dogs play. My only complaint is that they don't have a camera for the small dog area, and since I have one big and one small dog I was unable to watch the smaller one. I'd give 5 stars if they put a camera in there as well! Overall this is an amazing place that you can tell actually cares about your dogs. Definitely would recommend! :) read more

I had a minor home emergency and needed a place to board my wonderful cat for a few days. So glad I found this excellent- and not prohibitively expensive!- spot. They took my beloved pet in the same day, no problem, and even gave me a tour of the "hotel" before I signed her in. Clean, secure, well-maintained, and Cheyenne, the staff member, was obviously kind, gentle, and caring. I breathed a sigh of relief and knew that Boop- that's my cat's name- was in good hands. They even emailed me a "report card"with her pics "on vacation" during her stay, very reassuring. I discovered Pet Rush Inn when Paulina, the only groomer who's ever been able to successfully completely groom my skittish water-hating Jindo - deshedding, bathing, nails, and drying. If you knew my baekgu, you'd know this is pretty close to miraculous. My two pups always look, smell, and feel amazing after a spa session with Paulina! Paulina really cares about her fluffy clientele. In addition to spa days, I've twice boarded both pups at Pet Rush Inn and have felt confident and comfortable with the care they've received. Fern, my jindo, gets to play with the daycare pups, and Rudyard, my chowhuahua, plays with the staff - he is not a fan of other four-legged critters! I can't even describe how happy I am that I found this place! I was online looking to adopt a cat and stumbled across a cutie named Toby. Well I contacted the owner and was contacted back promptly the next day and he arranged for me to come meet Toby. My mom and I were stunned at how neat and welcoming the place looked. The waiting area has a ton of goodies for purchase for dogs as well as cats. Now, the reason I'm giving 5 stars. The owner was beyond friendly and helpful. You can tell he genuinely cares about these animals and takes the best possible care of them. He took us to the room where Toby was and I have to say those cats have it pretty good. They were in a decent sized room with toys and mini cat condos and they looked so healthy and happy. That just made my day. We file the paper work and adopt Toby and it was just a really smooth and easy process. I've already told everyone I know about this place. read more

Paulina the groomer is a miracle worker. I followed her over the years on the rare occasion she changes jobs. She is totally in sync with your dog and has a special talent for dealing with dogs with special needs; mine isn't but my bff's dog had a brain surgery and Paulina groomed her perfectly. I had to leave town for a week in a rush and felt a wave of anxiety over what to do with my young kitty. I started looking up cat boarding options and gave Pet Rush Inn a call. They were very friendly, helpful, and made me feel much better about leaving my furry best friend behind. The cat boarding area is modest, nothing fancy. Just a quiet room with some spacious enclosures and a couple kitties snoozing away. They let me set up the space with my cat's favorite toys and say my goodbyes before I left. Upon taking off and leaving the state, I was still worried (as most pet owners often are), but Zachary and his team reassured me that everything was okay by e-mailing me photos and answering my mid-week checkup phone call. Upon my return, I could tell that my kitty was properly fed and given plenty of attention while I was gone. Alfi is happy to be back at home, but I'm sure he would be comfortable staying at Pet Rush Inn in the future. There are some more luxurious options out there, but you will need to dish out a lot more money and you may not get the family treatment I felt at Pet Rush Inn. Fantastic price and service. Went here because their sister place was fully booked up. Picked up my dog after his appointment and funny how there was a wear a mask sign, but they were allowing the previous customer to have her mask completely off while talking for a long amount of time. It's a small space and with the current spikes of the virus, they should take more precaution and strides in making ALL of their customers feel safe. After paying, my dog was panting of dehydration as soon as we stepped outside. Upon checking him when we got home, he had multiple dry spots on his elbows + paws which he did not have prior to taking him to his appointment. I also asked for teeth cleaning when booking over the phone and they did not do it. The next afternoon, we discovered that he had FLEAS. We haven't taken him anywhere, due to quarantine, that he'd be susceptible to contracting this other than here. Really disappointed and now have to spend even more money to fix this. read more

Decided to give them a try with my anxious Maltipoo after learning that they had a special room for fearful/anxious dogs. I signed up online and uploaded all of her documents before I dropped her off for her first visit as it was a requirement. At drop off the staff recommended that I walk in with Coco and as I was walking to the door where they take dogs through and chatting with the staff, I had her over and just walk out so that Coco would not really notice when I left and that's how I do it every time. Although a little hesitant Coco doesn't seem fearful when we arrive and upon pick up is her normal happy little self. They have camera that you can see the dogs through but not in the room where Coco is usually at, hopefully that can change in the future. They offer a few different services such as grooming and nail cutting while your dog is there and I have used the nail trimming service which has been wonderful. You can purchase packages of the daycare service at a small discount if you wish to use them more regularly which is fabulous. At one of my last visits, I chatted with a staff member about cameras in the dog rooms and she told me that their sister location right across the street, I think it's called Double Dog Dare Ya, they have a small dog room and there they have cameras where you can see your small dog with other small dogs. she told me that although my dog clearly prefers human interaction that she actually seems to be very comfortable around the other dogs although is not the first to engage. She felt that she'd do really good there. I am hopeful that Coco will get better socialized with more regular visits and look forward to keep working with them. read more

The entire staff here is OUTSTANDING!! It was my first time leaving my cat anywhere for an extended period of time and I was definitely a little apprehensive. That was washed away when I spoke with a very nice woman in the phone and she was SO excited to meet my kitty! The drop off process was simple and easy and yet again the nice young girl who I left my cat with was so friendly and excited to meet her (my cat)! They even send a "Report Card" halfway through the stay to give you an update with pics! What an awesome thing to do and give you real peace of mind while you are away from your pet. This is my first time boarding at Pet Rush, and I am so pleased and grateful for the amazing service and care my dog received. I researched for a new boarding place in the area, and Pet Rush looked amazing (ours closed and was the only facility my dog had ever known). I spoke with Kevin, took a tour, and felt very comfortable about boarding. He showed my around and answered all my questions. Also, the pet profile allows you to give specific information about your pet as well as feeding instructions, etc., When I picked up my dog after a two-week stay, he was rested and had an amazing bath. He came home and acclimated immediately without stress from a change in environment (he's a little older so I was concerned about this). I will be telling my colleagues and friends about Pet Rush. We previous took our dog Chaplin to another daycare in Burbank for a few months. However, they always seemed over packed with the amount of dogs. Our dog is an active breed and loves to run and play, but due to the amount of dogs with different demeanors it was causing issues. So we pulled him from that place and put him at pet rush inn. Best decision ever!!! Our dog not only gets the socialization and play time he needs, but he's also placed with dogs like him. He's been thriving since attending and he LOVES going. The only thing I wish they had was a doggy pool because he LOVES to swim. But thankfully we can drive out to Rosies Dog Beacb for that. read more

Great place to bring our dog, Betsy, a Rhodesian Ridgeback rescue. The best recommendation is that when take her to Pet Rush Inn she's excited to get out of the car and "rush in"! Betsy unfortunately needs to be separated from other dogs ( she gets very aggressive - maybe a result of being rescued pregnant from the streets) and they have a good setup where she has her own space. Betsy loves people tho, so instead of playtime in the common yard area with other dogs, she does people playdates with the very nice staff! She loves the manager/trainer Kevin,and he's been very helpful in teaching Betsy to be more obedient with commands, and in giving us advice on how to follow thru at home. It's such a relief to go away on vacation for a week ( they also do have doggie daycare!) and not worry about our Betsy! read more

I take my dog and my cats here for boarding. They do a great job with them! They were able to give my elderly cat her meds (while she was still alive). They are good with my dog, who is selective about who he will play with. My dog gets excited whenever we go here for day care or boarding, so I feel comfortable leaving him with them because I can tell he enjoys being there.
