Came to this cafe with my friends for lunch. We loved the atmosphere of the place - it was very cute, had seating, friendly staff and quick service. It's located close to Central Park and the train which is great! The pastry display caught our attentions, as everything looked fresh and delicious. Their menu had a great variety of beverages and food. I ordered a pain at chocolat and alain milliat pear juice. The juice was pretty refreshing and paired well with the pastry. I would definitely come back here to try more!

I've been to other Maman locations but discovered this location on a lunch break one afternoon and was so happy to know there is one closeby! The service is pretty fast (I only ended up ordering a cookie). They also offer outdoor seating which is also nice! Pro tip: use the app to preorder!

Came into this little location to get an afternoon coffee and pastries. It's quite tiny but was manageable around 3pm when we came here. They had a little table available so we got to hang there and enjoy our coffee and pastries. We got the French toast lattes were are seasonal as well as a croissant and the egg tart. The tart was so good! Love their coffee too

After having passing Maman many times with intrigue, I decided to try it. I felt like I was in a romantic fairy tale with the winding branches, vines, flowers, and vintage-patterned plates. While it is petite and seemingly limited, its design drew me in to discover delicious pastries that are popular among many. The pistachio croissant is my favorite! I also tried a banana nut loaf, although it had more chocolate swirls than banana flavor which was an interesting touch. I'm excited to come back and try some of their savory plates, which I was surprised they had on the menu! The barista was conversational and quick to serve my food which I greatly appreciated. I'm eager to come back and try different menu items at Maman in the future :)

Sigh of getting $5 discount that doesn't work

The Sighn get your first order $5 off was not working online, and at the store as well . I was standing for more than 10 minutes with the workers who tried at the beginning to give me the discount, but eventually they just left me on a side until I left without nothing. Online ordering also was not working!!! No, I do not recommend

BUT, my husband and I recently took a trip to Paris and I also love pain aux raisins. To our delight, Cafe Bilboquet has those too, so my friend and I each had a small coffee and a pain aux raisins. The pastry was as good as any that my husband and I had in Paris! I've also had lunch here with a couple of other friends in recent months. They have a good variety of pretty authentic French sandwiches and some quiches, eggs, etc. Not inexpensive, but the food is top-notch. You order at the counter, then move up to the cashier, tell them what your order is and pay for it. If you're lucky, as we were around 9:45 this morning, you'll get one of the little round tables where you can sit and chat and relax; in good weather there are some tables outside as well; a lovely boulangerie or patisserie experience!

Upon getting closer to the door, I learned it's part of Le Bilboquet restaurant on the same block. It wasn't too crowded when I visited on a Tuesday mid-afternoon. Every table except 1 was full, but most people were heading outside on such a beautiful day with their drinks and pastries. The cafe is very cute and French. They have so many pastries I couldn't decide, so I ordered a pain au chocolat and tea. They serve Harney & Sons teas. This is a lovely spot, and I'll return to try more.

We started with a bottle of the Alsace wine, which perfectly complemented our food and the Parisian vibe. I opted for the omelette with Gruyère which was delicious, although I found myself very full by the end, as it came with two sides. The fries were a must-have -- so crispy, salty & fresh. I'd recommend that at least one person at the table order them, but the portion is pretty generous. :) The service was nice, albeit a bit slow at times. However, the staff was friendly and the overall atmosphere is chill -- we weren't in a rush at all! Sitting at a booth in the back, we had the perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy our meal, making for a lovely brunch with friends or family.
