I may give the hot coffee a try in the future. The customer service is top notch! The staff are professional and friendly. You're able to pay via cash or card at the cash register. I ended up throwing it away. Most concerning was the atmosphere. Despite very few customers, service was slow, and a supervisor was loudly berating employees the entire time. The staff looked defeated and deflated. Culture starts with leadership, and the contrast between this location and other locations in the city--where employees are welcoming, smiling, and engaged--was impossible to miss.
