This impacts meat and texture quality. Without getting into the science of why they got that way, it basically = medium level meat quality and taste. The chicken was breaded nicely, juicy with good flavor and the fries were delicious. I'm a sucker for wings but was disappointed in the dryness of the chicken. They tasted pre-fried and like they were sitting before being drenched in sauce - which made them a little meh, for me. I wouldn't go out of my way to return here again, but it sufficed the needs for lunch.
