The facility is clean, it's super easy to move in and out of units (I switched around to a bunch of units during my time here). But the main reason I wanted to leave a review is for the on site manager Mario! He gets 5 stars all around; he was always a pleasure to see, always greeted us when my husband and I would see him. Not to mention the elevator is also almost always broken. There are homeless people walking in or around the building, it doesn't feel the a 'Secure Space' at all! They came right about 15 minutes after the end of the arrival window which actually worked out well so we could prepare more for them, but overall everything was faster than they/we estimated which is great when you're paying by the hour. They used supplies we had bought from Home Depot and Amazon, plus their own for the wardrobe and other big things. One glass jar was broken in the unpacking process and they were quick to apologize and clean it up the best they could. While they ask customers to leave a review (totally understandable), I appreciate that they don't incentivize for them nor do they demand 5 stars. We'll be calling for them again, no doubt. This company turned what should've been a straightforward move into a nightmare. The morning of the…read moremove, the crew was late, and nobody was answering the phone -- no updates, no courtesy call, nothing. When they finally showed up, they were unprepared and disorganized. I had clearly listed everything under a room along with what's in the room for example "shed equipment" (shovels, lawnmower, dolly, etc.) in the inventory and was quoted for it. I even called ahead to confirm. Despite that, the movers refused to take the equipment, claiming it couldn't be moved -- something that should have been communicated before the day of. Because of their delays and poor communication, my home sale closing was pushed back, and I had to hire another moving company last-minute to finish the job. The company took zero ownership or initiative to fix their mistakes. Unprofessional, unresponsive, and completely unreliable. I would never recommend them to anyone who values their time or sanity.
