Absolutely amazing! I was on a mission craving a really good Spring roll and Pho 45 popped up in my feed.  I decided to give it a shot & boy am I glad I did! Every single thing I ate was fantastic, all the way down to dessert which was the red beans with coconut.  Pho 45 is phenomenal, the prices are very reasonable, the  atmosphere is fantastic & the staff are very attentive & just the friendliest bunch of people you could ever meet!  I will definitely be back!! Been here twice already, and by far the best Pho restaurant in this area. Ive gotten the number 1 large, with all the meats and its always packed with meat and noodles. Broth is really good as well. I am 100% serious right now. Do not walk, but RUN to Pho 45. After being cursed with maybe the worst immune system ever, I found so much comfort in the healing miracle that is pho. I scoured far and wide for what I would consider the best pho. Though all were pretty consistent and delicious, I knew that I had found my favorite pho in Pho 45. As always, I sipped the broth first to get a grasp of how good the pho will be. It was outstanding. My eyes widened as I urged my family members to try their side broth. Amazing! It only seemed to get better the more I ate! The bowl was packed with meat, and overflowing with flavor! How lucky am I to have my favorite pho place be around 7 minutes away, filling, and very well priced for all that you get! Like.. $11 for a bowl that fills me up, with so much filet mignon.. incredible. :') It was SO good, that I got it AGAIN less than a week later as take-out for my friends and I. I have to be honest, I don't always drink all my broth after I'm finished, but I pushed through feelings of fullness to slurp every last bit up. Oh, and my mom and brother got a HUGE porkchop that they also raved about. My mom ALSO ordered it again when I got take-out. 10/10, this place is pho-real. This restaurant is located in a plaza area surrounding other shops with a parking lot. Upon entry, I was seated right away during a weekend lunch. It's a casual spot with enough seating. I liked the spring rolls, pho, and the charbroiled pork chop here. The peanut sauce was also very flavorful compared to other Vietnamese restaurants I've been to before, which paired well with the spring rolls. Came here after an long hot day at Knott's. We wanted something comforting and the pho hit the spot. As we sat down looking over the menu, two bowls of pho and broth were served to our boys. We were surprised and so thankful because they were starving. The pho broth was tasty. We ordered a pho chin, pho tai chin Sach and fried egg rolls. Everything was delicious. I'm pleasantly surprised that there is another Pho 45 outside of Garden Grove/Westminster area! I had some out of town friends that never had Vietnamese food before and I took them here. First of all, you know it's really hard to give a Vietnamese restaurant a full 5 stars! No joke and I'm Vietnamese, I know my people! Service is not our thing but the food is good and the way we care for others is through the quality of the food we serve, not how we serve! However, consistent with the Garden Grove location, the servers here were also all very nice and attentive! They were very accommodating and brought out the Vietnamese coffee with the actual drip cups because we requested it. For restaurants they drip them in the back already so when you order it, they will just pour it over ice. That way you can get the coffee "instantly"! The OG way is to wait and wait until the one, two, three drip drips all down to the cup.... They also gave one of our out of town guest a free Thai tea after they found out it was their first time trying Vietnamese food! Food quality is very consistent with their other location. We came at an odd time on a Sunday but there were still quite a few people in the restaurant. My favorite gotos here are the filet mignon with fresh noodles, the grilled meat vermicelli (bun thit Nuong), and spring rolls as appetizer. So this is my go to place--personally the best pho in oc/la combined! However when i went recently, their broth/egg roll/ everything changed! Even the sriracha was not the original but a sour tasting sriracha put inside the original sriracha bottle. Normally their eggroll was bigger, juicy and very flavorful. However now it is much smaller/dry and the flavor is bland. I am very disappointed w the pho because i used to LOVE their pho. Broth was always savory, rich and flavorful with a lot of herbs/flavor but this time it was like drinking bland broth. When i just ate the noodles itself, it used to have the broth drenched into the noodles w flavor but not anymore... i am so bummed because this was my go to spot:( I am sure something changed--maybe the chef? Solid if unspectacular option for pho in this area, where there are very options available. My wife ordered the seafood pho and I had the #1 (pho 45 dac biet). Both of ours were in the small size which frankly was more than sufficient for dinner. The broth was rich and flavorful. Mine had a very generous helping of meats, especially the tendon. The staff are youthful and energetic, very helpful with all our various requests. I love the positive attitude. Food came to our table quickly and we were basically done in half an hour. After seeing my mother-in-law at Kindred Hospital La Mirada my wife and I including my father in law were very hungry and try to find a restaurant near by. I search any restaurants near by using my Yelp app then I found a restaurant close by and serving Pho one of my favorite dishes we headed to Pho 45 and a bowl of Pho. We got seated right away and the waiter pass out the menu and we look and see what to order I already know what to order and my wife and my father in law already know what to get. I order the Pho Ga it's chicken and order Pho also chicken with rice. They brought food fast and hot my Pho smell really good I add the bean sprout and lemon plus the herbs it tasted really good lots of flavor I really enjoy it. My wife enjoy her Pho and chicken with rice with my father in law. We enjoy thr food at Pho 45 nice restaurant and we have a good service but we will backn soon. read more

I raved about Pho 45 to my family and brought them here for dinner. However, our great dinner turned into a visit that made me not wanting to recommend this place to anyone anymore. I decided to dine indoors, assuming that the restaurant would follow CDC guidelines. However, they seated a family RIGHT NEXT to mine and we were super close to each other. I overheard them talking amongst themselves saying that they're too close to us and they kept scooting their chair in but how far is that gonna get them, ya know? My family and I are all fully vaccinated but what if we weren't? What if one of us was sick? What if someone in the other party was sick? I was thinking many times whether or not I should bring it up to the workers because I didn't want to be a Karen, but I decided to. I asked the girl cashier if they follow the 6 ft. distancing, but she goes "what's that?" Confused, I repeated myself, adding, "you know.. covid rules?" And she goes "oh hold on" and asked another guy worker. They were talking in Vietnamese, which I don't understand, and then the guy laughed and walked away. The girl then told me "yeah we don't do that here" with ATTITUDE. Oh? But you have COVID signs on your walls, so are those just decoration? No one bothered to apologize or even have the slightest feeling of guilt. My family and I left and it left a terrible first impression to my family members. I'm sad and disappointed that our experience was like this. The food is good, but I don't care for a dishonest and rude restaurant. read more
