The food is delicious, but the service is terrible. The manager and workers are constantly just chilling on their phones not caring about you in any way shape or form. They also reuse old veggies you have discarded. A server I know told me this and warned me to stay away. Lastly, they don't tip their servers anything. They earned a solid three stars. The value is good. I ordered a shrimp and chicken noodle bowl and there was much chicken but only three little pieces of shrimp. I would rather pay a dollar more for bigger and more plentiful shrimp. The spring rolls were nice and big. The peanut sauce was ok but not great. The place is clean. The pho is decent but these people ripped us off. They have gotten our order wrong before but we give people the benefit of the doubt. This time we ordered 3 Fried Egg Rolls for $3.95 and only two came out so we asked about the third one. The waitress informed us that they just had a menu change and the egg rolls are now 2 for $4.95 but is not stated on the menu. She apologized and said she is going to take care of it because she forgot to tell us this when we were ordering. When we were done eating and went up to pay, the waitress has already gone home. The owner, I assume, picked up our check and wrote the $4.95 egg rolls onto our check and made my boyfriend pay for it even after what we explained has happened. It is only a dollar difference and I could not care less about this dollar but it is the principle of running an honest business. I will no longer come to this restaurant after this. read more

Service is horrible. Food was less than average. When we asked if we could get our water after they forgot to bring it to us, our waiter made us feel like we were hassling him. Our waiter forgot to place one of our orders, didn't apologize but instead, told us "the meat was large so it's taking longer to cook." That would be believable if 1. the nam was largely sliced (it was thinly sliced when the dish came out) and 2. first-time trying Vietnamese cuisine. The husband and I have been here a few times and we love it. There's aren't any Vietnamese restaurants on our side of town so we were PSYCHED when we discovered this one. Even though this restaurant is located in a strip mall, it def has it's own feel inside, is very clean, and decorated nicely. The times we've gone there weren't too many other customers which we really like so that if our toddler makes a fuss it's not so disruptive. I always order the large pho with brisket and flank steak and it's never done me wrong. We also ordered Vietnamese egg rolls and pina colada bubble tea and both were very tasty, as well. I know some people complain when they see a Vietnamese place serving Chinese or Thai food, but I think it's a good thing for those people who might not be comfortable trying something new. Can't say I agree with those people, but they gotta eat too :) Overall, I like this place a lot. It's super low key, clean, and the service is pretty on point, I've never had an order messed up or anything like that. read more

We finally got around to trying this place out. Pleasantly surprised. We ordered the Pho with brisket and flank steak and an order of the shrimp spring rolls. Our server was attentive. Apparently they are under new ownership. My only complaint was the peanut sauce for the spring rolls was very thin and needed a bit more flavor however that may just be my personal preference as I've seen it done differently at other places. I definitely plan on going back next time I am in the mood for Pho. read more

This is the second time we have gone to eat at this place. First time it was super good. I missed the authentic Pho restaurant we would go to in Dallas. This place really hit the spot. Broth was so delicious, it really didn't need any condiments. The staff was friendly and attentive. The second time however, was very different. The broth lacked a lot of flavor. I did then find a hair tangled in the meatball inside my bowl. I was pretty grossed out and wanted to throw up. My husband walked over to our server and told him what I had found. The server then said, "ok". It threw both of us off. My husband turned to look at me confused and then turned back to the server to tell him again. Once again he said, "ok". We weren't sure if he was not understand what we were trying to tell him. My husband just asked if he wanted to see. The server then made an annoyed face and walked back to the table with my husband. I showed him the meatball and once again, "ok". He picked up the bowl and walked off with it. We were both confused and still unsure what was going on. By this time, we were just ready to leave. We got up and walked to the register to pay. The server was there, gave my husband the ticket, and waited for payment. After we paid, we walked out and nothing else was said. He did however remove my bowl from the ticket so at least we didn't pay for the special meatball. We will definitely not be returning. Not because of the hair, but because of the way it was handled. read more
