Meeeeeeeh...just ok. As a premise, I am not a Pho eater, but this place came with such high recommendations from our hotel that we made the 15 minute drive. The service was nice enough. The food came out hot and fresh and fast, but I ended up pretty much picking my shrimp out of the dish and eating the rice. It's about a 5 out of 10 for me. I would not necessarily come back. But if it was the only thing left in the world, I'd eat it. ‍

10/10 loved this!! My friend and I both got vermicelli bowls and enjoyed them! The chili sauce on the side makes a great difference (not pictured). The waiter was very kind. We did order some egg rolls and I'm guessing the waiter forgot to put in the order because it was not on our receipt and we never received them but the food was so good and filling we didn't even need them. The place was clean and quiet inside. I would come again.

Place was pretty empty and we got our food quite fast. The dining area was very clean but did have a that dirty mop water smell. Food came out fast and hot. Both kids enjoyed their food and our waitress was great. She was very attentive. I did notice after we ate that they have an overall health score of 84. Hopefully they can bring that up because their food was delicious.

This place has changed names and possibly owners. Sorriest excuse for a sandwich that literally had 3 small pieces of chicken for nearly $9?!! You got me fuxked up! Couldn't switch it out since I had already bit into it. Switched out for chicken pho which wasn't much better. Skimped on the chicken and the broth wasn't like when I've gotten it when it was Pho Vy. Definitely won't return to this sad establishment.

Came here on a lovely Saturday night and I was craving some pho! Came here and it wasn't that lively but I enjoyed it, it was quite and calm. I was seated quickly as well! I got some pho tai with meatballs and though it was tasty I felt like it was missing something. But that could just be me. I got some beef summer rolls and it was very tasty! I also got some spring-rolls which were okay. Overall my experience was nice. I enjoyed this place and the quietness.

Showed up to this restaurant at 725p on a Sunday. As we walked in the lady stated I'm sorry we are closed. There was 1 couple there dining. I told the lady oh I'm sorry. I thought y'all closed at 9pm per yelps posted time. She said no. We close at 745p. She then said we should have locked the door but didn't. Keep in mind it wasn't 745p. Either way. I'm not sure why businesses are open at all if they don't want business. Believe me. I get it. Short staffing everywhere. But that was not a factor in this case. Plus. Posted ours on google stated 845p and Yelp said 9p. Hell, their door even had the posted time of 9p. Bad business.

Great food and good service! It was mostly empty when my friend and I walked in for a quick dinner. Service was great. Menus and drinks were quick. The waiter kept an eye out and waited until we set down the menus before asking if we were ready to order. The food came out quickly but not too quickly. The chicken pad thai was amazing and hit the spot! It was very flavorful, not overly spicy, and very filling. I devoured it! My friend got a pork pho and it smelled amazing. She said it was wonderful. A great blend of flavors and well balanced. The meat was well cooked. I really liked the side of herbs, fresh bean sprouts, and limes that came with the pho. Plenty to share between the two dishes. The place was pretty clean. Same goes for the bathrooms. A little run down, but clean. A good little hole in the wall place. Very convenient location. Will go again.

If you're looking to fulfill your milk tea craving I'd recommend this spot! I've tried the parm garlic aioli fries, and popcorn chicken. Wasn't impressed by either. I can't justify the price for the fries, they were good but not $8 good. Popcorn chicken would not get again, tasted different than other boba spots I'm used to. Almost tastes like they oven baked or air fryed it and not deep fried, which is what other places do. Maybe their actual entree foods are better, but I don't think I'd go here for the food again. The milk teas are tasty though! I think it's the best I've had in San Antonio. There's a lot of options, and they have special drinks frequently from what I've seen. I always go for the crème brûlée milk tea, and I've learned that I can't handle their default 100% sweetness without it hurting my stomach halfway through. Recommend decreasing the sweetness if you don't often drink very sweet drinks.

If Kabayan Kusina is any indication of what we will experience, coming back home might be purposefully delayed. Located in a shopping center across from the HEB on De Zavala, nearly hidden, is a restaurant waiting to treat your taste buds to a wonderful meal. The Sisig, pork belly, is so flavorful that it in itself is worth a repeat visit. Wifey added the Chicken Adobe, upgraded the white rice to garlic rice and added lumpia as a side dish. Push all 3 to the middle and let the festivities begin. The chicken is tender, sauce is tasty, and the mixture of all 3 just makes us excited about our upcoming trip. Just before you push yourself away from the table, be sure to ask if they have the Ube Crème Brûlée Cake. It's only available on the weekends and it goes fast. It's a purple mousse cake with a caramelized top. Light, so fun to eat, and it made us spoon fight to the final piece. I had thoughts of licking the plate afterwards, but I was on my best behavior. To sum it up and In the words of the Filipinos...Petmala! The inside tables are packed together so go early and get a seat. The customers came in, ate and then made room for the others on a fairly quick basis. Peaking over and talking to the customers next to us made the experience fun and gave the place a good vibe. The owner and waitstaff were super friendly as it is accustomed to their culture. No doubt we are coming back soon and probably will bring another couple to enjoy.

I cannot tell if this is because this cuisine is just incompatible with my palate or if I ordered wrong. They get pretty busy but I didn't have to wait at 11:30am on a Saturday. I ordered the crispy pork roll and tried the lumpia. The main entrees do come with rice which is nice. I thought the lumpia was okay (5.7/10), it was fried nicely and crunchy. The crispy pork roll is very fatty so flavor fatigue hits fast (7/10) The sauces don't help too much in my opinion. I think this place is better to do family style but even then I'm not sure if I would come back based on both service and food.
