Hidden gem for sure. They don't have the fancy options like oxtail or giant ribs, but that's ok by me. I wasn't even that hungry and not craving pho in this desert heat, but my gf was under the weather and craving soup/pho. Found this place close by and liked that I could get a "small" bowl of something. I assumed this based on the prices, but boy was I wrong. Bowls were giant and food delicious! Gf got her usual pho ga and I tried the bun Bo hue. Both were great but the bun Bo hue was amazing. Different than the thicker version than I'm used to, but that's ok because the lighter broth hit perfectly on this day. Nice light spice to the broth and good chunks of meat too. Gf couldn't even finish all the chicken in hers either. Really great food, service and value here and will be happy to return every trip!

    Busy place today.

My parents took us here for our first time after raving about it for a while. I wanted to like this place as much as they did but other than the service the food was just not up to par for me. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Walking in, you are greeted by friendly workers and a cute ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We tried the deep fried egg rolls and I thought they were okay, nothing special about them. The calamari was breaded similar to shrimp tempura but had little to no flavor. I ordered the shaking beef and although the flavor profile was good, the beef was way too undercooked for my liking so it ruined the experience for me and it made me weird to finish it. The service was great but the food just didn't match the great service we received.

I was visiting a friend in North Las Vegas and we were both craving Pho for dinner. We both have never tried Pho Aimee so we decided on giving it a go. Restaurant is kinda roomy with lots of tables. We were greeted and seated immediately after entering. I ordered the Pho with steak & brisket. I must say it was pretty darn good and hit the spot! Also, pho was reasonably priced at $13.99 and well worth it! Good portion, lots of meat, and broth was tasty! recommend trying this place!

This is now my favorite go-to pho spot near home. My go-to spot USE to be "Sunflower" since they are closer to me but ever since they changed ownership, I will make the slightly further drive to Pho Aimie. I always order the same thing when I go to pho restaurants--the rare steak and beef ball pho + fried eggrolls. My daughter isn't big on pho so she orders their fried rice which she enjoys every time. The pho here ALWAYS hits the spot. If you like spicy, don't forget to ask for chili oil on the side. Food is portioned well and pricing is decent--I don't feel like they are overpriced like some of the other pho restaurants I've been to. Service is always great when we come--we are always seated immediately, we never have to wait long for our food, we are constantly checked on, and drinks are always refilled. Nice quick spot to get our pho craving out the way instead of having to drive all the way to Chinatown. We will definitely be back over and over again.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Pleasant staff, comfortable seating, with TVs.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Had good pho with bbq pork, egg rolls, chicken egg noodle soup and combination Lo mein.

Walked in and greeted us, then walked away and forgot about us, got us and the parties that were also coming in mixed up. Food was alright, wasn't great but wasn't bad. Not very impressed with the Bun Bo Hue but still ate it. Never refilled our empty cups of water or bothered to check on us.

The food was good. The vermicelli sauce could use a bit of sweetness as it was a little tangy. The fried chicken is a must try. Crispy and flavorful. The spring rolls were fresh and cooked just right. The 3 color was also very good as well as the lychee drink. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance was inviting and clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]the service was excellent. Overall, we will definitely be back when we visit.

Ordered P14 which is a pho' noodle soup with meatball and all the extra goodness; bean spouts and basils ;)

Your friendly neighborhood pho' restaurant without having to drive to the Chinatown area for some good soup! Simple ingredients with so much flavors and spices. I'm never disappointed with the food and service, whenever I come here. I usually get the pho' noodle soup with meatball. If you're extra hangry lol also try their crispy chicken wings, spring rolls, and fried Vietnamese egg rolls.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Came here on a Saturday night around 7:30 pm & they were busy so I took that as a good sign.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My fiancé and I have never been so we didn't know what to expect. We signed our name in on the writing pad and were seated about 20 minutes or so later. I think they should have a larger sign telling you to sign yourself in because I say there for a few minutes waiting for a server to check me in, then another patron told me I should write my name down. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The establishment was clean and our server was great.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We ordered the chicken potstickers, chicken wings, shrimp fried rice, and the brisket and flank pho. Everything was delicious and the wings were some other best I have ever had, they were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The shrimp fried rice had amazing flavor full of garlic. Potstickers were good but nothing crazy. The flavor on the pho was great however I the steak was chewy I didn't like it at all. Will absolutely return soon to try some new items.

I live on the north side and it's hard to find good pho places so when I found this gem I was so happy! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Wasn't too busy when we arrive but became very busy when we left.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a pretty big place don't think it would take long to get seated.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The server was so nice and fast. The food was a huge portion and took some home. Very tasty. Will be brining my husband here.

Just left the place today after a disappointing lunch. We have been coming here for 2yrs at least 2 times a month but lately the inconsistency of the flavor of the pho is not there anymore, today was the worst! My broth tasted like water down even putting fish sauce, hoisin and sriracha didn't do it for me it was flavorless. I literally just ate the meat even my husband agreed that it was lacking the pho broth flavor. He got bun Bo hue it was ok nothing crazy but it had more flavor than mine for sure, but what a disappointing lunch. We told two of the servers and the one who cashed us out said they were having problem w the broth a week ago having it being too salty so now they literally took flavor off. I should have just gotten a rice plate. I think this is going to be our last time here yes it's $14.99 for the bowl but it's not worth it anymore better go back to driving to the strip and pay $18 something for a good bowl of pho.

Yelp Review 2025 #104: There's not a lot of good Vietnamese restaurants on the north side. Pho Aimie has a location in the southwest and it's pretty good. It's comforting to know I don't have to drive that far or go to Chinatown when I'm craving a bowl of hot pho. I got a little too excited and got to the restaurant 30 minutes before the employees even came in. They open at 11am. There were other people waiting behind us. We got seated as soon as they opened. Service was friendly even though our server forgot to give us our drinks. Pho Tai Nam: This is my go-to bowl of pho. Thin slices of rare beef and flank. Toss in some sprouts, basil, and chili. Dip the meat in sriracha and hoisin, followed up with a mouthful of vermicelli, and a scoopful of broth. Yuuummm!!! The broth was hot and tasty. The meats were tender. The noodles were plentiful. I ended up taking half of it to go. 4/5 Spring Rolls: Gỏi cuốn. Shrimp and pork spring rolls with a peanut dipping sauce. The peanut sauce was just right flavor and consistency-wise. It's a light and refreshing appetizer. 4/5 Vermicelli Bowl with Grilled Beef and Egg Rolls: Bún Bo Nuong chả giò. The grilled beef was excellent - good smokey flavor and tender. The egg rolls were perfect - meaty and crunchy. A very satisfying bowl of noodles. 5/5 The restaurant is spacious and clean. The bathroom was decent...but I was the first one to use it that day so I can't say what it's like later in the day. This is now my go-to Vietnamese restaurant in the north side!

Shrimp fried rice for my daughter. The side of the shrimps are huge. My daughter said it was yummy.

The best pho! We've tried multiple places and always come back to Pho Aimie! They also have pure vegetarian pho (with veggie broth).

We ordered the fresh shrimp rolls, seafood noodle soup, and a tofu vermicelli bowl. There were three of us, and honestly, everything was delicious. The tofu bowl was packed with flavor, the shrimp rolls were fresh, and the seafood noodle soup was fantastic. I've tried quite a few Vietnamese restaurants around Las Vegas, and this one immediately jumped near the top of my list. Great food, great atmosphere, and we'll definitely be back. I was a bit bummed that they ran out of lime which I love to add to my broth. They had lemon, but it wasn't the same. The potstickers and egg rolls were delicious according to my kids. The fried rice with chicken was good. The chicken is marinated and really tasty! I personally wanted a little more salt on the fried rice, but it was still cooked well and not dry at all, it was cooked very nicely! Service was a lie tricky to get the attention of on occasion despite that it was on the slower side. Ambience is nice and modern. The ladies bathroom does have a changing table for anyone wondering. The bathroom is a single large room type.
