N1. Bun Bo Hue Beef Shank, Tendon & Pork Patty - B, Gn, Ch

Came here for lunch before heading back to Phoenix on a Monday afternoon. Ordered Combination Pho 2x and Combination Bun Bo Hue. Flavors and portion size were decent. Nothing spectacular tbh. IMO overpriced. At the premium price point, I was expecting premium quality/portion size - neither bowl hit the mark. Service was solid. The server spoke Vietnamese and great English which is not always the case with Vietnamese restaurants. Food came out fast, though the restaurant was not very busy. Had steady customers but less than half occupied. The interior was nice. Their waiter station could use a revamp and bathrooms could be kept a little more cleaner and brighter. But overall clean, modern and spacious. Lunched here with my mom, wife and 2 young kids and were accommodated very well. Overall, based on food quality and value - 3 stars. Nothing special for the premium price point is an average restaurant in my book. I'm not a local but if I was, there's no way this is my go-to Vietnamese joint. Not in this economy. Am I cheap? No - I'll pay the higher price tag if it's worth it - give me generous amounts of meats and noodles and the value will be there. But when it's an average bowl of pho with barely enough noodles, all broth... it's just not worth the higher price tag. Most likely won't be coming back next time I'm in Vegas.

Solid phõ. HUGE portions. Very attentive staff. EXQUISITE restaurant. Spouse had the rib eye phõ which he devoured. My flank phõ was very tasty but not a cut I'd order again so that is on me 100%. The broth was soooooo deep, rich and crystal clear. A solid choice in Sin City.

The broth here is super delicious. The savory depth alone shows how long it's been simmering. Very clean restaurant and the staff is friendly. Food came out quickly as well. Portion sizing for price was ok.

I'm always in the mood for some good pho whenever I visit the west coast. Vegas is no exception. I had to try the bun bo hue here which did not disappoint. Portions were huge, the seating is ample with a large storefront. It was completely worth the drive here!

After 10 years of visiting Vegas and I was very disappointed for what I was told is suppose to be one of the top pho spots in Vegas. The pho arrived and the stock was immediately noticeably darker than the clear beef broth that is customary. The raw slices of beef was just clumped in on top. The bun bo hue broth lacked a depth of flavor. You tasted the fish sauce but it missed the punch of chili oil and the broth overall was weak. I didn't notice any pork blood or pork hock but there was a nice piece of beef bone in there. 7/10 overall. The service was attentive and nice but the broth for both dishes need work. Not up to DC/LA/Philly Viet standards.

Walked in an hour before closing and the staff was all very sweet. As soon as you enter, the vibe was relaxing and the restaurant was so pretty. Our food was made fresh and came out fast. Everything we got was delicious and we'll definitely be returning to try other things!

Their ca kho and canh chua are so good, it takes time to make them both so call ahead in advance, but the flavors were great. Their pho was also good, but this place amazed me with their ca kho and canh chua!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and beautiful this Vietnamese pho spot is--you really can't tell from the outside, but once you walk in, it's a great atmosphere. The food came out quickly, hot, and in generous portions. We ordered the tamarind fried chicken wings, bun bo hue, and pho. The wings were crispy and flavorful, with a tangy sweetness that reminded me a bit of Korean tangsuyuk-style sauce--definitely a standout. The bun bo hue had a rich flavor, especially after adding extra chili from the table, and they were generous with the meat. I do wish it included pork blood and thinner slices of pork, but overall still a solid 4/5. The pho also had plenty of meat, but the broth lacked some depth and complexity for me--I'd love to taste more star anise and rock sugar in it. I'd rate it around 3.5/5. One fun perk: if you leave them a Google review, they give you a complimentary drink. No wonder it had such a high ratings on google!! 5 stars for 3k + review. Definitely try their Vietnamese iced coffee--it's worth it. Overall, I'd come back when I'm craving Vietnamese food, and I'm especially interested in trying their Hainan chicken next time.

So glad to finally try this place, and it did not disappoint. My Pho tai and broth was so yummy, it reminded me of homemade cooking, and I'll tell you my mom knows how to make some delicious broth too. Our server was super friendly and attentive, and this restaurant is nicely decorated. Located in the Griffs pool hall and Ramen boys shopping center. I am ready to go back and try some more, they have a lot to offer!

Solid Vietnamese restaurant! Well decorated interior, friendly and intensive staff. Food was delicious

Great pho place just off Spring Mountain Rd. Make sure not to leave any valuables in the car! Big parking lot and modern decor inside. The egg rolls were a standout. They were fresh, authentic and served crispy hot. The pho had a tasty broth. It was a generous portion of meat. The service was friendly and fast. The pho is a little pricey at nearly $20 a bowl.

Chyna C.

Food was a bit disappointing and the AC in the dining area is barely there on a hot day. I got a fried chicken pho, but the fried chicken was smelly. The hubby got a grilled chicken vermicelli but the chicken wasn't that grilled or smoky. Tamarind wings were too sweet.

Hey, y'all…read more Y'all... I guess I've been living under a rock because I'm just now finding out about Cheongdam Food Hall! Where have I been?! Anywhoddles I ordered from Eki Ramen, and when I tell y'all this ramen was RAMENING! Aka delicious. Aka... fire I ordered the Black Garlic Ramen, and as you can see from the menu, it was only $12.95. I added an extra egg, extra pork belly, and extra black garlic oil because... why not? Anywhoddles with the extra "trimmings" it came to $18 dollars. Let's get back to the review Now lean in so I can tell y'all about this broth. It tasted authentic to me. It was rich, velvety, silky smooth, creamy without being heavy, and bursting with savory goodness. Every sip had me closing my eyes The noodles had the perfect bite--not too soft and not too firm. The pork belly was tender, flavorful, and had just the right amount of char around the edges. And those eggs? Whew! Perfectly jammy with that beautiful golden yolk. So... if you're a ramen lover--or if you've been thinking about trying ramen for the first time--I highly recommend giving Eki Ramen a try. And while you're there, take your time and explore Cheongdam Food Hall because there are plenty of other restaurants waiting to be discovered. Until next time... y'all already know what time it is! I'll be doing a boomerang back to this spot because there are way too many restaurants in this food hall for me to stop at just one!

During that visit, the manager, Karen, stopped by our table to check on us. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuine, and I told her I'd definitely come back to try the restaurant myself. About a month later, a friend came to visit from California, and I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to return. Coincidentally, Karen was there again, and once again she made us feel so welcome and appreciated. Then, last weekend, I came back with another group of friends, and Karen continued the same exceptional level of hospitality. She even surprised us with an appetizer and Momofuku's famous Blondie dessert, which was absolutely delicious! (For anyone wondering, it's only available during dinner service, and it's worth ordering.) Every visit I've had here has been a positive experience. The food has been great, the atmosphere is fun, and the hospitality has been what keeps bringing me back. Karen truly knows how to make guests feel special, and that's something you don't find everywhere. I'd also like to give a shoutout to Cassie at the front desk. She is warm, friendly, and welcoming, and she makes a wonderful first impression. If I could offer a little constructive feedback, I'd say the dining room could use a bit more lighting. It's a cute space, but it feels a little too dark for my taste. The music was also a bit louder than I'd prefer, making conversation a little difficult. During our most recent visit, the service was slower than expected, and the pours on the white wine seemed quite small considering they were $21 per glass. Overall, though, I've really enjoyed my experiences at Momofuku. Great food, outstanding hospitality, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests keep me coming back. Karen is a true asset to the restaurant, and she's a big reason I'll definitely be returning.

The service was great and the food was tasty. We got the mushroom ramen with pork added to it since I was also eyeing the pork ramen, Iberico pork, and spicy chicken sando with a side of rice. I was on the fence for a while between the mushroom and pork ramen because I love mushrooms but prefer a pork broth. I ended up getting the mushroom ramen and added pork belly, and it was honestly really good. The mushrooms were great and there was a nice variety of textures and flavors, and the broth was pretty tasty and even better than some pork broths I've had before. The Iberico pork was really flavorful and tender, and I liked the sauce a lot. It had a steep price so because of that, I thought it was nice to try once but not sure if I'll get it again. I tried a little bit of the spicy chicken sando and it had a great crunch factor to it. Overall a great experience here and would want to come again for some more ramen!

After watching some videos of what other people liked to order, I decided to get the crispy beef and that single dish is life changing. If you order nothing else at chinamama, order the crispy beef. It's located in a small strip mall on W Warm Springs Road, about 8 miles southwest from the W Hotel where I was staying. The décor is simple, with about six tables inside and tables outside for al fresco dining. You go there for the food, not the décor. They offer a tasting menu for two for $190, that is amazing. What's more amazing is the deluxe version for $370. As a solo diner on this occasion, I couldn't avail myself of either so I made my own, three Shigoku oysters ($12), three Oyster / Uni / Foie Gras ($30), U3 Prawn with truffle butter ($40), Truffle Bone Marrow Filet with Foie Gras ($76), two glasses of wine ($14 and $16), and Illy coffee to finish ($4). The three Shigoku oysters were great; the ones with uni and foie gras were sublime! I had a glass of 2024 Touraine Sauvignon Blanc with the oysters. The Truffle Prawn was out of this world! The large prawn was split and grilled with truffle butter. The meat was perfect, and I scooped all of the goodness from the shells and savored each bit. I wanted another order! The Truffle Bone Marrow included two bone halves, topped with sliced medium rare filet and seared foie gras. I can never have too much foie gras! The marrow was so unctuous and combined with the filet and a slice of foie gras, I was in food heaven! It's so decadent and insanely good. I had a glass of District 7 Pinot Noir with the meat. Alas, no room for dessert. If I did, I would have ordered another Truffle Prawn. I ended my meal with a cup of Illy coffee, then headed back to my hotel. Ah, what a meal! Superb from start to finish! The total came to $253.08, including a tip. Highly recommended! Rating: 4.75.

Let's start with the highlights of this place- This restaurant has what I'd call "sexy food"- dishes that look like they came straight out of a fine dining restaurant, BUT here, at a MUCH more affordable price! ESPECIALLY DURING HAPPY HOUR!! ( 11 PM - 3 AM). Here are the MUST TRY's: The Gyoza- AMAZING flavor and texture. (Happy Hour Dish) The Sashimis- All come with a citrusy yuzu soy sauce. I love the Yellowtail and Salmon one especially! (Salmon Sashimi is a Happy Hour Dish) Black Cod Lettuce Wraps- Umami, crunchy, satisfying! Chicken/Beef Kushi- the sauces for these- just WOW! (Happy Hour Dish) The New York Strip- Look at the presentation! Amazing! The side seasoning, the greens and chili threads- they all pair with this beautifully cooked steak very well! They do have pricier dishes- even a full Chef's Tasting Menu! But since I usually just come for a quick bite late at night, I don't really get those. Ambience- it is a small restaurant, but not too busy. I find that a lot of late night workers come here for a nice fancy, but affordable dinner. This place is great for groups of friends. What needs work- I do love the food of this restaurant, but there are some things that hurt it. I'd love to see them overcome these obstacles and turn out even more popular on the other side! The Outside- I'm not sure if it's the sewage or something, but around the corner spot where this restaurant is located, there's just this awful, stinky smell. I feel like that issue hurts the restaurant, especially for people who would want to dine outside. The hospitality- the staff is fast- hard working- efficient and good at their job. I don't have to wait much for my food to come out. But I feel like there is a lack of hospitality- I get the feeling that they're disinterested in you being their guest- I don't exactly feel welcome and it just comes across as they're just trying to get the job done. Closing Time- Happy Hour and Online Apple/Google Maps says this restaurant closes at 3am- however, there have been times where this restaurant stops seating or taking in orders before 2am. So just be aware that you may not be able to eat there if you go past 2. Fried Rice/Yakisoba- The rice and the noodles are great, but there's something funky about the protein. When I've ordered beef yakisoba before, the beef tastes funky- not fresh. I feel like these are strong side dishes, but I do question the freshness/flavor of the protein added to these dishes.
