Clean, fresh and beautifully decorated Vietnamese restaurant with very nice and attentive workers. We had the pork spring rolls that were very good, a tiny bit of sweetness to the pork mixed with fresh vegetable salad. Also had the rare beef pho, with just the right amount of salty fish sauce, it brought me back to my latest vacation in Vietnam, I also had a bobo use tea, delicious lunch. From a pure authentic "viet" flavor perspective; it's definitely adapted a little to the local region. Why 4 stars instead of 5? They're cheap on napkins unless asked, water cups are were in the heat too long so it takes like microplastic water. Their orange crushed ice drink was way too much going on spilling over. Even with all the imperfections; if I could give this a 4.2; I would. Yes, they take credit cards. People are quiet. Parking could be problematic if coming on a busy hour. New go-to pho spot in Vegas! Tried the short rib pho and wow--first time I've ever seen this on a pho menu! Huge portion of meat, and the bone broth is rich and deeply flavored--you can tell they really take time crafting their recipe. It's not rushed, it's love in a bowl. The menu's got great variety too--stuff like Vietnamese pancakes and oxtail pho caught my eye. Definitely coming back to explore more! Been dealing with health issues and trying to reset on a better way so it was shabu shabu or pho... and my stomach had shrunk so pho was perfect. I introduced my bestie to first pho experience and really enjoyed the rip eye pho... it was perfect to split Btwn both of us and still had some to spare so at $22 is worth it. Walking in the place to pick it up and KNEW this wax going to be perfect. It absolutely was! Great combo of flavor and portions. Only thing I would ask for is chili paste- yuuuum and extra lime but I love my citrus punch. I placed a phone order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes, but when we arrived, there was another decent wait. I feel like portion sizes are small for the price, but that could just be because I come from SoCal. Compared to Vegas, it seemed about on par. My husband said the inside looked really nice. Service was excellent but the food was just average for me. Living in California, we are spoiled by the variety and numerous authentic Vietnamese restaurants. I ordered the Banh Xeo. The presentation was great, even though it took extra long to come out. My friends were half way through the dishes by the time my dish came out. I honestly think they forgot to put in my order. The crepe was hard, not crispy at all and it was hard to bite into it. The filling was bland. I had to add extra fish sauce for flavor. My friends enjoyed their Pho. The pork chop in the rice dish was lacking seasoning and flavor. Perhaps I had order the wrong dish and should have gotten the Pho instead. Our waiters were very attentive. They kept checking on us. Nice atmosphere and good service. We had the spring rolls and the combination pho. The spring rolls were fresh and large and came with a peanut dipping sauce. The pho was very good. Beautiful, bright & modern but I wish the flavors of the food pulled through and brought it home. My sister and I got there right as they opened. Service was kind of slower paced, maybe it's because they just opened but also there was only one or 2 other guests inside with us so I feel things could've moved along a little faster. As far as the food, we ordered the nem noung, which was good. Fresh crisp veggies, the fried eggroll wrapped in the middle adds texture. The dipping sauce was a great balance Bun Bo hue- definitely filled with meat, and the novelty of the beef bone is probably what makes it $20. I honestly could do without the beef bone, it's really not needed. The meats in the bowl was enough, lots of good tendon pieces. It wasn't spicy though and the chili oil wasn't really spicy either. The broth was nice and light, I could've used a little fish sauce but that could just be preference. I think it's a good base but needs more flavor to develop. The bowl ratio was off. I much rather have a great bowl of broth with an even amount of meat and noodles. Shaking beef- I had higher hopes for this. The plating is nice, the rice is this bright red orange color, but it doesn't really do anything for the flavor. The shaking beef sauce was underwhelming, I feel like I could've made it better at home. Lots of garlic or jarlic fragrance. Food: 2/5 Service: 4/5 Ambiance: 3/5 I came here craving bánh canh cua badly, but as someone born Vietnamese and blessed with real taste buds -- I just couldn't finish the bowl. The noodles were clumped together, the broth (while normally semi-thick) lacked flavor, and the fish balls and small crab pieces didn't complement each other at all. If you've had authentic bánh canh, you can tell the chef here didn't even try to make it genuine. We also tried the tamarind chicken wings ($9 for 6 wings). They were drenched in sauce, but the balance was off -- way too sour without the sweet-sour harmony that makes tamarind dishes shine. The bún riêu was the biggest letdown. It looked pretty with its vibrant colors, but flavor-wise, it just tasted like tomato soup. There wasn't nearly enough riêu cua to justify the $20+ price tag. Overall, I was highly disappointed by the food. Service, though, was fast and efficient, and the place has a nice vibe. But for Vegas, they're charging Bay Area-level prices without delivering matching quality. Honestly, I'd rather go back to Pho & Beyond -- this spot just isn't worth it for the food. read more

We came from AZ and wanted to try a new pho spot. This is probably one of the best bowls of pho I've had. I was indecisive on getting either beef or chicken and I'm so glad I went with beef. I picked the brisket pho. The meat was so tender and tasty, it was amazing. I always taste the broth before I add anything to it and all I could say is WOW! The broth was so rich and flavorful. I always talk about this pho place to my boyfriend, hoping we can come back and get more. We also got a brown sugar milk tea with boba, it was so yummy. If you like sweet drinks I would definitely recommend that milk tea. The service was amazing and the workers were very friendly. They made sure we got everything we needed. The service was quick as well and we were checked up on pretty often. The place looked pretty new and had a beautiful design when you entered the restaurant. They also offer a military discount. The food was okay. It really wasn't the worst nor the best, it was just okay. I ordered the shrimp pho, the broth was a bit on the salty side but the flavor was good. The shrimp was HUGE however, pretty tough. My husband had a chicken dish. He said the chicken was nice and crispy but the rice was a little dry. We also had some appetizers of which were okay. Our overall experience was just okay. We were hoping to find a great Vietnamese spot, I guess we'll keep looking. If you want a nice quiet and beautiful place to eat with nice customer service, and food that will fill your tummy, this would be a place for you.
