Average of 4.7 star from Yelp was why we tried this place, but it's way over starred. Will not return to this place with many other pho options in Vegas. Bun Bo Hue with Oxtail - It came out in a huge bowl, but it's mainly soup. Oxtail wasn't cooked long enough, you have to really bite on it to get most of the meat out. Kinda miss the regular pork paste and beef, would not order this again for sure. Pho Dac Biet - not enough noodles, meats are okay, nothing to rave about. Rocket Shrimp - never heard of anywhere else calling this rocket shrimp, it's basically an eggroll with just shrimp. This was actually not too bad, decent shrimp size. read more

i absolutely love this place. first tried the summerlin location and had no idea there was one in chinatown, also they're open late!! definitely make this the next hang out spot. workers are very nice and accommodating, restaurant as a whole is super clean (including the bathroom!!!) food is soooo yummy, i always get the brisket pho and if im in a rush the pork banh mi togo!! prices are good, reasonable so definitely worth it. portions are also good, there's a lot of noodles in the pho and a hefty amount of meat! please try this place it's so worth it. read more

AMAZING PHO SPOT!!! I'm from Orange County, CA and I'm a pho connoisseur . This place is very pretty on the inside, the staff is very friendly, and the food was BOMB!!!! The spring rolls were super delicious, and the pho broth was so tasty even before adding all the toppings. Jack was our server and he was friendly, attentive, and quick! The pho was very good but I wish broth was a bit hotter when it arrived to the table. It was warm temp and that is my only complaint. Other than that, we ordered the rocket shrimp, the gyoza, combination fried rice and the crispy noodle dish. Everything was really good but I could do without the crispy noodles. The service is good, I noticed the busser was very attentive and brought us utensils and water without us having to ask for it. The restaurant is nice inside and very clean. We didn't make it to the Decatur location but want to check the new renovations. read more

Parking not easy. Decor is nice and modern. Service is slow. My Seafood Noodle Soup is too sweet for my taste. There were 2 shrimp, some most likely frozen seafood fish balls and 2 quail eggs. For $25, in my opinion, that's one expensive bowl of so so noodle soup. read more

We walked into a beautiful interior, well decorated with a calming water fountain. Service was quick and friendly. Water was served at the table in a large decanter. The hot tea was good. We were amazed at the size of the spring rolls, very large, delicious and with a good stuffing ratio. We ordered a selection of pho and all of it was good. The glass noodle with seafood was a very large portion and extremely delicious. Most places offer eye of round, where this place offers ribeye. The banh mi sandwich was also very tasty. They only serve sodas in cans (i.e., no refills). Overall, a delicious meal in a pleasant atmosphere. We'll be back! read more

Walking in, it was very inviting, but that's the only thing this restaurant has going for it. We ordered three bowls of pho and a crispy noodle dish, along with two three colored bean and a Hokkaido milk tea. Let's start with the crispy noodle, we opted for shrimp. The sauce was so bland and it just felt like a chore to actually eat. The rib eye pho has decent amount of meat in it, and the pho had the aroma, however the broth barely had any taste to it. It also had so much cilantro on top that you could barely see the noodles. The chicken pho had a little more taste to it, but what was horrible was the chicken itself. The chicken was DRY to the point where it was inedible. The chicken was overcooked, and felt like I was chewing gum before I could swallow it, and even though it felt like a choking hazard. Now, I'd like to address the service. Once the food came out, there wasn't any other interaction unless we asked for it. No one came around to check if everything was all right. We had to go up to the counter to ask for more napkins and check on one of the drinks we ordered because it took so long to come out. Maybe they had an off day, but nothing else was redeeming enough for me to want to come back to try it again. I will actively tell people I will not recommend this place. read more

This place is has a decent amount of table and the inside is very clean and well decor even the halllway to the bathroom. We been here dine in twice and service has always been good employees are nice, service is fast and pho broth is always on point it's the most important when go and try pho places, how rich and tasty the broth is. We also tried egg roll and spring roll both good and fresh. Thai tea was good and rich as well. Definitely will be back if we are near the area. And will try the other menu like bahn mi and rice plates. read more

Was glad to find a place around here that serves broken rice, seems like a lot of places offer steamed rice more commonly. They didn't have options on the menu for different kind of meats, got the special combo rice but it was a bone-in pork chop when I normally prefer bbq pork (no bones). Maybe I can ask next time if they can do that. Overall cool place, nice server, prices a bit high, but nice that they open til 2am. read more

Been to a few pho places and this is by far the best. The short rib pho has 2 big strips of short rib. The broth is actually hot and very flavorful. One bowl is a large portion and more than sufficient. The Thai tea is also the best I've had so far. There are no artificial dyes or food colorings in it. There is a good amount of condensed milk it so it's a good blend of flavors. The serve is fast, as soon as you walk in the staff literally descends on your table and they are ready to serve you. The interior decoration has a lot of originality. read more

Fish soup with wide noodles - same, the flavor didn't pop and should have been more sour. The noodles were excellent, and with noodle in the name, it's exactly what I expected. Buuuttt...if I have to choose between amazing noodles and decent flavors, or decent boodles and excellent flavors - I'm going with the latter.

As our last meal on our Grand Circle trip, we chose Shang Artisan Noodle. We really enjoyed our…read morevisit to the W Flamingo location last year; this one on Maryland was closer to our hotel for the night. We dropped in for a late dinner at 8PM, driving there directly from Zion National Park after hiking Angel's Landing. It was still surprisingly busy inside and we even had to wait a bit for a table! The waitress first brought over some cucumber lemon water, then took our order. The food only took about 10 minutes to arrive. Spicy Beef Noodle, Knife Shaved ($15.97) - Whew that broth. It's like cough city on the first sip, that chili and sichuan peppercorn mixture really gets into the throat. It then transitions into a robustly beefy, salty, and even slightly sweet flavor. It's so beefy it's almost gamey in taste. The heat is actually very balanced, although after sipping on it throughout the meal, I started getting pretty sweaty even with the AC on blast in the building. The beef is great. it's fatty and has connective silverskin still attached; it's like the best part of the tendinous shank. Other than that there's the perfectly cooked, bouncy knife shaved noodles, and a couple of leaves of crunchy blanched bok choy. (5/5) Beef Pancake ($9.75) - I thought these would be dry like shao bing (I have never had 餡餅 before) but construction took us totally by surprised. The beef pancakes are almost like a flatter, beef version of sheng jian bao, complete with juicy beef aspic. The wrapper is chewy and thinner than a typical SJB, but works well here; it's not thin enough to cause holes that leak juice out. The meatball inside is beefy and flavorful, albeit not as tender as a typical pork meatball. The taste of both the juice and beef are very allium forward and full of umami. The noodles, in this case the hand pulled one, work exceptionally well, being perfectly cooked and staying the same bouncy consistency throughout the meal. My experience with the hand pulled noodles in broth at the other Shang location was that the noodles got too soft only ten or fifteen minutes sitting in the broth. I would definitely get hand pulled only with dry dishes. On the bottom of this dish is a really spicy sauce, both in heat and mala numbness. It's very fragrant and lemony even through there's not much red color. The dish as a whole is far more spicy overall than the Spicy Beef Noodle.
