This place was an accidental find while I was driving toward Las Vegas. I realized I was going to arrive way too early to check in at the hotel, and since I was craving pho, I pulled up Yelp and found this highly rated spot far away from the Strip. It did not disappoint. Pho & Beyond is tucked away in a quieter area and seems to be popular with the locals. The restaurant has a nice, clean ambiance, and everyone on the staff was friendly and always smiling. Service was also proactive. Before I even had the chance to ask where the restroom was, one of the staff noticed me looking around and immediately pointed me in the right direction. Small thing, but it says a lot. The food came out quickly. I ordered the pho, spring rolls, and Thai tea. The pho broth was incredibly rich and flavorful, different from what I usually get back. The noodles also stood out. They were very soft and tender, but still had a really good texture and taste. The spring rolls were fresh, generously filled, and came with a thick peanut sauce. Portions here are huge. I did not finish everything, not because the food was not good, but because there was simply too much. Including the tip, I paid around $43, but honestly, what I ordered could easily have been a meal for two. Great food, generous portions, quick and friendly service, and a relaxing break before dealing with the craziness of the Strip. Definitely worth the little detour.
4.5 stars with over 1,000 reviews? Coming from LA where there are a lot of legit pho spots, I definitely had to check out Pho & Beyond to see if the hype was real. And honestly, this place deserves to be up there as one of the top pho spots in Vegas. The broth was rich, flavorful, and had that deep slow-cooked taste you look for in a good bowl of pho. The short ribs were super tender and practically melted in your mouth. You can tell they don't cut corners here. After a long day walking around Vegas, this was the perfect way to end the night with a comforting and satisfying bowl of pho. Definitely worth checking out if you're craving good Vietnamese comfort food.
This may sound strange, but whenever I eat at an ethnic restaurant, I always make note of the music play. This establishment not only had Vietnamese music, but also a video showing scenes of Vietnam. It was 1pm on a Friday and the place was quite empty.72 seats and only 6 guests. The place of clean, with simple grey toned furniture, and the aroma of Vietnamese spices permeated the place. We were seated immediately and our drink orders taken. We were served cold (not iced) water without asking. There were 3 kinds of spicy condiments on the table and 1 bottle of Hoisin sauce. I ordered the plain pho (Beth and noodles only) for my food picky daughter and the beef chow fun for myself. We were served within 5 minutes of arriving. The chow fun noodles were perfect but the beef was a little bit chewy. The pho was huge with plenty of noodles and very tasty.
Was craving pho so decided to try this place. I live in N Las Vegas so it's quite the drive but thankfully it was well worth it. We arrived around 7 pm on a Saturday night & there was no wait at all. First impression the restaurant looked very nicely put together, clean, great ambiance with soft calming music. Now to the food: I tried the rocket shrimp, fried gyoza, & the oxtail pho. The rocket shrimp was delicious. Fried crispy on the outside with soft hot shrimp on the inside served with sweet chili sauce. Gyoza was good but nothing extraordinary, however the dipping sauce was tasty. The oxtail pho was the star of the show the broth was steaming and seasoned well. The oxtail pieces had a lot more fat than I would prefer, but gave great flavor & the meat I was able to try was delicious. Overall I enjoyed & will make the drive soon to try again.
My first time here, I really wish the service matched the aesthetics of this restaurant. Our server was super complicated. We have twins and she first sat us at a booth that accommodated 4 guest. But there was 5 of us including the babies. She wanted us to sit at a bigger table and put the babies on chairs, which for one is very unsafe. When we asked to move to a back booth, she gave us a hard time stating it's only for 4 people. Mind you, the tables could be moved to accommodate a bigger party. Seating arrangements had already stressed us all out. She kept giving us an attitude too. I don't think she took in consideration that we had babies in car seats. Food was ok, my pho broth was good. Spring rolls are ok, the sauce didn't have much flavor. My Bánh xèo (Vietnamese pancake) was good but the sauce tasted like water. It didn't even have a fish sauce scent. Going back to service, not one time did they come to check on us. We got us for napkins and we got up to ask for water refills. Definitely will be my first and last time here.
It's been awhile since we've eaten here and decided to give it another try. It's a very nice design of the dining room and decor it's very pretty inside. Service was very attentive and friendly we especially enjoyed that. Great portion size as always. I tried the seafood pho and it was full of variety of seafood the broth was excellent without tasting overly fishy. I love that this particular bowl comes with two different types of noodles. Yummy Prices are very reasonable and we will absolutely be back again we had a great dinner.
Man, I was not feeling great and needed some HOT soup and Pho & Beyond hit the spot so good!! The ambiance was good, nice staff and tentative, however, they did not offer any takeout boxes and we had to grab them ourselves. I would still return though. The avocado smoothie, and also the brown sugar milk tea drink with boba were so good.
Decided to give this place a try due to their impressive reviews. And to keep it direct, the reviews were not lying. We came on a Friday afternoon around 3pm and the restaurant was pretty empty. They have a large dinning room with large tv screens showcasing Vietnam's countryside. We ordered the pork spring rolls, combination pho, and ban xeo. Every dish was so flavorful and delicious. The pho broth was clean and aromatic, with a rich beef flavor. Ban xeo was crunchy with good amount of pork and shrimp stuffing, which made the perfect lettuce wrap. Great establishment. Food is spectacular.
Found this spot on Google while searching for pho near me and I'm glad I did. The space is cozy with really nice decor, and as someone who loves flowers, I was obsessed with all the beautiful flower bouquets throughout the restaurant. Service was fast and smooth. A gentleman came by right away with menus and water, and just a few minutes later another staff member took our order. The food came out fairly quickly. I really enjoyed the egg rolls and the gyoza. GET THE VIETNAMESE COFFEE. Seriously, get it. I repeat, GET THE VIETNAMESE COFFEE. It's hands down the best Vietnamese coffee I've had. I ordered the brisket pho. It was good overall, though I personally felt the broth could've used a bit more flavor. Once I added extra lime and some of the chili at the table, it definitely came together. Our server was kind and kept checking in on us. Even though they seemed short-staffed, everyone was working hard and functioning as a solid team. I'd definitely come back and look forward to trying more items next time.
Was craving pho and was in the area so I decided to come here. I saw there was another location of Pho & Beyond, so I thought it would be really good, but it honestly was just okay. The service was pretty quick and they came to refill my water once which was nice. Rare Beef and Brisket Pho - The broth was blander than I would have liked and wasn't super aromatic. I wished that there were more noodles as well. However, there was a decent amount of meat. Overall, I would try other pho places before I come back, but if this was the only option, I would come back!
I split an order of grilled pork spring rolls and the combo pho. The pho broth is slightly more spiced than other broths I've had at other Viet places, but feels nice and light without being too heavy. There's a decent amount of meat inside, and the noodles carry the broth flavor well. The grilled pork spring roll was also pretty good: the pork flavor balances well with the other ingredients & paired with the peanut sauce is *chefs kiss. Service was pretty fast: about 5-10 minutes for the food to come out. Inside they have ample seating and play calming jazz music. Plenty of parking in the parking lot as well

Nice clean restaurant Pho Combo - 3 stars A ton of meat in this Pho bowl but it needed more noodles. Broth was on the bland side & needed more flavor & spices to pump it up. shrill combo- 3 stars Broth was on the bland side, it needed a lot more flavor & spices to make this taste more authentic Vietnamese pho. I came in a big group so we ordered pretty much a third of the menu lol ( pictured here in though). I ordered: P8. Short rib pho (Suon Bo) was pretty good but so pricey . *Pro tip: dip the rib in half hoisin and half sriracha dipping sauce. You won't regret it ! Just a little at a time not too much. S4b. Crispy egg noodles with seafood ( Mi xao gion) hit the spot for me. I love how crispy the noodles were and the sauce was perfect not too sweet . Calamari (not pictured) was a definite no go. We usually have our go to spots for pho, but we were pleasantly surprised with Pho & Beyond. The restaurant was super spacious with lots of seating, and no wait when we arrived. The host seated us immediately. We ordered the spring rolls and two pho (rare steak and make your own- tendon and brisket). The spring rolls were super fresh, but the sauce was more coconut based for my preference, as I'm used to peanut flavored ones more. They brought two brisket phos instead of the rare steak one, but offered to switch it for us, but we didn't want to be a bother. They're very nice and wanted to fix it though. The pho broth was super light but flavorful, and not oily which was so good. The meat was super tender! The noodle portion is a bit smaller than what we've had at other pho places, but we were still super filled. We were pleasantly surprised and will come again! read more

Lovely space, clean and a beautifully whimsical path to the bathrooms lol. Came for dinner on a Sunday evening. Greeted and seated right away. All the dishes were great except for the shrimp cheesy toast which was a bit bland, to be honest (would not get again). The shaken beef was so delish and the sauce with the rice was very addicting! The only downsides were that the prices were a bit high compared to other viet pho places and they didn't serve us water until the end of our meal. Probably will come back though! read more

Food was good with pretty big portions. Seemed a bit pricier. I had oxtail bun bo hue and beef (or pork) roll and both were yummy. Not my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in town but I'd go back if I'm in the area. read more
Think I've found my favorite pho spot in Vegas. The prices are a bit higher here, but it's worth it for the quality. Trust me on this one. I ordered the Pho Ga (chicken pho) and it was the best chicken pho I've had outside of Little Saigon in CA. Those are strong claims, I know. But it's that good. The broth is light, yet it still packs a good punch. It tastes like a warm hug. You get a good amount of chicken as well, which was pretty juicy and not dry. I will be back :) read more

My friend and I came here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We were greeted and seated right away. It was super nice and clean inside. We ordered and shared the egg rolls and a beef vermicelli dish. Egg Rolls: 5/5 The egg rolls were crunchy and the pork was nicely seasoned. The veggies were fresh. #5 Beef Vermicelli: 5/5 We were amazed with how huge this dish was. It came with 2 whole egg rolls, fresh veggies, noodles and lots of meat! The meat was tender and seasoned well. All the veggies were fresh as well. Large parking lot, quick service, clean and great decor,and very spacious restaurant. I was actually surprised and my wife made a comment about how spacious inside was. We got seated immediately on a Friday night. Order was taken and within maybe 7 minutes the food was being brought out. We have no complaints on the food. It was amazing. BUT. The bean sprout and basil plate that came out for two phos was a little lacking. It looked like it was for one pho. And we waited a few minutes to flag someone down but they were running around pretty busy. Also you can definitely hear mostly kitchen noises thoughout this place, all the clinking and clanking in the kitchen of pans and plates was nearly non-stop. We just scarfed our food down and left. I had been here last month as I was going on a broth fast for a couple of days, and really like the broth, and the reviews were amazing! Came back today and tried the short rib pho. The short rib came precut with a knife. Should also come I'm with a fork if I'm cutting meat! Most pho meat is soft. This was not. Shrimp spring roll was super fresh!! We always come here for the pho! We love their rare rib eye and the broth is the best I've had. You have to try the egg rolls and my husband loves the banh mi sandwich! The food always comes out super quick and the service is always good! Plus they play nice piano music and it's decorated pretty. read more

New venue in Southwest!! Woo hoo! This is a hidden gym and they've only been open about a year. First of all when you walk in it's beautifully decorated and clean with modern furnishing as new venues should be. You can tell that they put extra money into building this place tho. Aside from that the food was authentic and portion was very generous. You're looking at about $15-$25 per entree but they aren't stingy. I ordered a rice noodle soup called Bun Bo Hue. My favorite Vietnamese soup and the bowl was huuuge! Mine came with a beef rib bone and a big chunk of soft, moist meat. Something that's popular in CA. I no longer have to drive to CA to get some of these. The broth was not very red as expected and not spicy enough for me so I asked for chili powder that they didn't have. Our waitress went to the kitchen and came back with some sliced fresh peppers for me haha. My husband ordered lemongrass pork chop combo complete with pickled veggies, fried egg, meat loaf and rice. They gave him not 1 but 2 pork chop! He even had leftovers to take for lunch the next day. I did order a 3 colors (beans & jelly) dessert with coconut milk and it was delicious but not enough coconut milk. It was mostly ice. I did try their spring rolls which was refreshing and a good size with their peanut sauce. My friend, ordered a vermicelli noodles bowl with grilled pork, shrimps and eggrolls. It was perfect and again a big portion. I did need to use the restroom which was fun just walking in. You really need to check out their restroom entrance and grab your camera/phone I can't wait to introduce my friends to this place and go back to try the rest of their menu. Food was great! The bun Bo hue was so flavorful and I love the beef shank and cha. Super good. The com tam rice plate was also super value! So much flavorful meat - super juicy and not dry. At first I thought it was overpriced, but the amount that came out was worth it. The boba was also very tasty and pearls were super soft and chewy. The service was polite and kind. Things were brought up fairly quickly upon order. The restaurant itself had cute decor with art all over the walls, which gave it a nice cozy feel. read more
