What a wonderful spot. The decor immediately stands out with artistic chandeliers, beautiful murals, and unique touches throughout, including a life-size artificial tree in the center of the restaurant that really gives the space character. The food was excellent with authentic flavor, service was fast and polite, and portions were generous for very fair prices. My only small downside, and not really the restaurant's fault, is that part of the large counter area has been converted to handle delivery orders. Came here for a quick lunch while in the summerlin area and it was an average experience. Great ambiance and decor gives this a different vibe than your average Vietnam place, and the restaurant was very spacious as well. They don't have a huge menu so we went with the combination pho and the brisket pho. We also ordered rocket shrimp for appetizer. Food came very quickly, and the rocket shrimp was definitely a hit. It was crispy yet well seasoned. Pho, on the other hand, was average. They had a lot of beef and ingredients, which was nice, but the broth was watery and flavorless, something that I personally feel is the essence of pho. Service was non-existent. They seared us and took our order/brought food to our table, and otherwise nothing else was done on their end. No one stopped by to see how we were doing, and we refilled our own water. When we asked for a check, they have the audacity to ask for a range between 20-30% tip. I usually tip to the level of service provided, so what have they done to deserve 20-30%? We've never had the opportunity to actually dine in at this pho spot just yet but we've ordered DoorDash from them a few times and they do not disappoint! From the way they pack your pho to the broth, oh my goodness, my mouth is salivating!! The broth is to my family and I's liking, not too cinnamony. Came here while my husband was away and wanted to try the banh canh since the pictures looked so good! It was kind of expensive $24 plus tax/tip but the portion was pretty big and they weren't kidding when they said jumbo shrimp. Honestly jumbo shrimp is unnecessary hahah normal sized shrimp would have been ok. It was fresh though. the crab was so so I also bit into some shell. There wasn't a ton of crab and there was just one shrimp. I thought the soup should be thicker but I felt that they might have just added corn starch to the seafood soup but its not mixed super well so the top was kind of thick but the bottom was very soupy. Pho & Beyond popped up on my activity feed and it sure caught my eyes, I checked the Yelp page and search social media to get more info. Everything sounds great and I am down for lunch at Pho & Beyond on a productive Saturday. After seeing photos of the Crab, seafood udon noodle soup, I am excited and had my mind on ordering this soup. My sister and her BF happened to be at Vegas, this is very rare that we are here at the same time. I had my mind set on N4, seafood noodle soup (Banh Canh Cua $24.) Combination pho, Bun Bo Hue, Vermicelli, and special platter ( $22.) with shrimp patty, egg rolls, nem nuong with ban hoi. The food comes out and I love the presentation, perfect for our photos. All the bowls of noodle soups were huge and piping hot. I loved my bowl of seafood noodle soup, so much crab pieces in that soup, love the flavor and the thickness of the broth. The shrimp I had was super huge-! (see pic) Lucky I shared this bowl with the other half as we also tried the special platter and this was so good but we sure has a feast! I come here about two/three times a month to get my viet food fix. Normally it's fine but today was the worst experience I had. They get my order wrong and then said if I wanted to fix the order they will charge me more. I said I don't mind the charge if they told me but the zero acknowledgement of getting my order wrong was the problem. Zero apologies or trying to understand what happened. I usually don't mind their pricing but $20 for fried rice with 5 pieces of tiny shredded chicken and then asking for another $5 to add the chicken I originally asked for after messing up the order is kinda wow... Really excellent phở broth. Very high in collagen. I ordered it on doordash and kept some in the fridge overnight and it practically solidified like jello, there was so much collagen in it, they must use good bones in making the broth. Makes you feel healthy when you have it. It tastes just like standard phở broth, nothing unusual sticks out like how some broth is especially sweet or high in star anise or something. I had the orange slush, beef spring rolls, and a grilled pork banh mi. The spring rolls were excellent--everything tasted fresh. The banh mi was packed with flavorful meat, and the bread was toasted and seemed hollowed out, making it very crispy and thin--almost like a cracker. This place is legit! I'm no expert on Vietnamese, but I love the flavors here. We ordered grilled pork patty roll (A3); it did not disappoint. This WAS my favorite pho place but they clearly need to work on their table turn over and the order of priority seating. No acknowledgement despite me making eye contact several times and being the only one in line for a while probably because I was a solo single female, and looked like they were expecting a to go order. I did not write my name on the list because I was the only one there and then a group 15 minutes after I've been standing there came in, wrote their name on the list and when the host came over, he proceeded to acknowledge and take their name because they had been on the list even though I've been standing there. Nice enough that group said I had been there before them and so he was about to take me but at this point, I'm already frustrated. I was looking for a quick meal and I know that they're reliable and their food is worth it, but I guess with most Asian places with a three rating than that means that they're good because the stars are gone for customer service. Also, you have a full counter of several barstools. The opposite is true of the hoisin sauce, which adds a surprising amount of heat. Vietnamese Black Coffee (Cà Phê Đá) is the best coffee I've had. It is served iced. I enjoyed it with no sweetener or milk, which surely would have diluted the bold, rich flavor of the coffee. 3 Color Beans is an impressive dessert, which is also quite filling. The place was packed, we got seated fast, service was prompt, no issues there. Food came out quickly, we ordered Spring rolls, Combination Pho and Brisket Pho. Overall, the taste was bland compared to other Pho we've experienced, granted that was in Asia, but they do claim to be authentic Vietnamese, which I don't doubt, but we've had better experiences.
