I ordered the shrimp fried rice. The rice was large grain and veggies appeared fresh cut. Enough for a meal and left overs. I usually stop in for lunch when I'm working nearby and I always have super fast service. I've tried multiple dishes but I always go back to the pho with the 3 cha gio for appetizer. The cha gio is not too thick or thin and always comes out freshly fried. The pho broth is not salty and perfectly seasoned so I don't add the hoisin sauce into it (but definitely the sriracha for spice!). Their smoothies are good too but I don't get it regularly since the food can get pricey if I order more than one thing. read more

Came with fish balls, squid, imitation crab, and shrimp. It was a nice serving of seafood. The pho was nothing special though, it got the job done. I would return if I couldn't think of anything else to get and needed something warm. Would I go out of my way to get there? No. Price was fair and average for a seafood pho. Decided to try out Pho Bo on a Saturday morning for breakfast because why not after along night out right? Right! I have found the heaven of best hangover cures! This spot opens at 9AM!! And yes they have beer. Nothing better than rare steak pho with a beer to bring you back to life. But in all seriousness, this place is pretty great. The pho is tasty and has a real authentic taste I really enjoyed. This might have been the first time I actually finish an entire bowl. Oh, and they also have boba! Very new, clean and nicely decorated. Great patio area to sit outside with lot's of sunlight but there's umbrellas for shade too. Also spacious enough to sit inside. I Ubered here so I'm not too sure about the parking situation but it's across the street from Northgate so i'm sure you can park there. This was my first time ordering delivery from Pho Bo and everything went great! It was only $3.50 for delivery. The prices seemed a little high for the pho but when the food came, I see why. The portions are HUGE. I ordered the Tai Nam (rare steak and flank) and the seafood pho. Each dish can easily be split into two. They put a TON of meat/seafood. The broth is the darker style and very flavorful. On top of that, the delivery was so fast. It said it would be at minimum 20 minutes from ordering and I did not have high hopes but it came in around 28 minutes. Not bad at all and saved me a drive. Portion is excellent! I couldn't finish my food. I hit the beef chow fun (more like Chinese dish but still good. I had the standard combination meats fried rice, which was good (and better than our usual pho restaurant)..Almost great we're the veggie spring rolls, which were very flavorful. My wife chose the char-grilled pork chop with steamed rice. It also came with a singular assortment of mostly fresh vegetables. We also had an order of shrimp and pork egg rolls that contained two generous portions of unmentioned and unwanted tofu ensconced just below the wrapper. The biggest letdown was the pork chop, which because of the cut(s) had about 70 percent bone and only 30 percent otherwise tasty pork. Major disappointment! Perhaps this was a mistake, but even so, I think we'll keep looking for a place that will better pho-fill our basic expectations. read more
