This place is FANTASTIC. We tried the Crab Wontons, Egg Rolls, Sesame Chicken, and Drunken Noodles. The serving sizes are very good for the price, and the staff was so friendly. In my opinion, the crab wontons were better than the egg rolls, I could not stop eating them, but the egg rolls were still tasty. The sesame chicken has such a good flavor and a light and crispy outside, these were by far the best think we ordered. The noodles were filled with delicious fresh veggies! Pho is a no frills kind of meal. Keeping that in mind, Pho Cafe over delivers in several ways. First, when dining in, service is pleasant and prompt. Next, the food: We ordered the crispy spring rolls and were happy to see them cut into several pieces and served with a side of various veggies. A great app for a family of 4 to share! We've tried several Pho options - dine in and take out - and it's ALL good. There are three size options and the small was sufficient for Mom and 10 year old boy. Dad got a medium and was stuffed. Ample sides and of course plum/sriracha sauces also accompany the soup. We've also tried several other Thai items off the menu, and while we'd love them hotter, it's hard to be overly critical given the lack of options in the County. I came here on the way home up 285 and checked my phone for great pho restaurants and... yelp strikes again! Delish. Wowwww... I've only been here once and I am ready to come back for more. This is now one of my fave Vietnamese/Thai/etc restaurants. Pho is my middle name. I was bowled over by the large portion of pho!! The veggies were so fresh. The broth was great for veggie broth!! Mmm I also got the Pineapple Curry and... I'm sorry... it is the bomb. :-) The sauce over it was delicious. I got it extra spicy... more of just main "hot" level, but I'm not complaining. The liquid was a hot, saucy liquid poured over my tofu. The pineapple was a nice surprise... it helped break up the heat. Big portions, delicious, easy parking... I'm sad to update my review to a lower rating, which is why I procrastinated about it for a while. However, I figure it's fair to share my experience with others. I liked having a phô place near home, and I started eating here more often after they updated the food, so the flavor was a bit more to my liking. The people who work here are nice, too, and I will miss seeing their smiling faces. The last time we went here to eat, we realized they don't wash their veggies for the soup that they provide on a platter. We knew because there were small green worms on the Thai basil. They took the bad produce away and apologized. We ate dinner, and then proceeded to have stomach issues that evening. Not realizing it was the phô, and not something else we had eaten, I ate my leftovers the next day. And had stomach problems again. I'm sorry to say it, but I think we'll drive to Broomfield to get pho next time. read more

We like the Combination Vermicelli Rice Noodle Bowls!!! We've been getting them at least monthly for several years. The quality and content is consistently excellent. There are generous portions of grilled chicken, beef, pork, and shrimp. There's never any fat or gristle- just excellent meats! The egg rolls are great, the noodles are wonderful and again a generous amount and the lettuce and veggies are always fresh. This place has excellent Pho - which is what I almost exclusively order when I come here. Recently I branched out and ordered the green curry - spicy and delicious! The chicken was tender and there were a lot of vegetables. I sprung for the brown rice ($1 extra, which seamed steep, but they gotta do what they can to make the dinero, I suppose). There was enough for left overs the next day at lunch and it tasted just as good at the next meal! NOTE: If you come for takeout, bring your own containers. This place is just killing it!! There service is top notch and the food is soo soo good! I literally ate here 3 days in a row when I first found them! They have the best Banh Mi!! I've tried other places and even comparing to NC where I just moved from Pho Cafe is holding the title of best one!! There Pho has great rich flavor! The ONLY reason I can't give this place a 5 is their organization and service. It's a lot like watching hamsters run a restaurant. Many spinning wheels and a TON of staff bumping into each other and speaking angrily to one another in Vietnamese (been there 15 times, and it's always the same). All that said, the Pho is phenomenal. You need to eat there--yes, I said eat there. Don't take out. I LOVE Pho Cafe!! So far I've only had their grilled chicken rice plate and Vietnamese egg rolls, but both are DELICIOUS. Can't recommend the Vietnamese egg rolls enough, they're excellent. They are open for takeout during covid and accepting payment over the phone. They have an excellent setup for pickup: there are tables set up at the front of the restaurant (indoors) where your order will be waiting along with your receipt for you to tip/sign. We absolutely love this place. The service is always prompt and friendly. I usually order a Shrimp Pho and add vegetables, it is definitely my favorite. The vegetables are always super fresh and it tastes great. My youngest loves the meatball Pho and enjoys the Fresh strawberry boba drinks. My husband and oldest boys are in love with the sesame chicken (can be ordered spicy or not spicy) both are really good and I usually steal a piece or two off their plates. I have tried the teas, coffees and coconut drinks and can say that I like everyone of them. My grandmother swears by the coconut curry soup dish. Waited 40 minutes for this place to open. For nothing. They changed the wonton recipe completely, now they are tiny and just like Panda Express wontons. The sweet and sour is as thin as water with NO flavor. I will never return here. We kept calling while sitting out front watching them wash the inside windows from outside. I had to wait for them to unlock the door after 11, and she promised my order would have been ready in 10 minutes. 18 minutes later it was ready, which my additional wait time could have been prevented if they would have answered the phone. I literally waited for this place to open since they were closed all weekend for Christmas, and I didn't get to go last year when I visited Colorado because they closed for TWO WEEKS. So yeah, after waiting two years, I looked in the bag and saw the changed wontons. I regret not asking for my money back. I had to wait for food that takes no time hardly to prepare, but I used to love going here so I thought it would be worth the wait but no! The TARO DRINK HAD ZERO SUGAR!!!! I can't believe how downhill this place has gone. Plus they posted all these rude signs on the front door stating price increases, last call 8:15pm, etc. they are a selfish business and didn't receive a tip today from me. I WILL NOT BE BACK! Pho cafe you have lost my business. The lady answering phones was very rude also! Don't lie to people about the wait time if you're not going to have it ready! I know they opened at 11, but if people are calling at least tell them you open at 11, don't wash the windows in front of customers and mock them while they've been waiting for you to open before you even arrived to your job.
