    Garnish with eggrolls

When I came to Pho Chala, there was some hesitation on my part because, not only was the parking empty, but also the restaurant. With past experience, this has never transpired to what can suggest. That is, a bad choice for food. I walked in to a warm welcome. The plan was to have a relaxed lunch. Ordered the fried egg rolls to start. Came out hot, crisp, crunchy and with taste. After eating the whole order, I seemed to have had my fill. So I asked for the check, complemented the excellent service and bid goodbye. Funny thing is that once got into my car, my appetite fired up and guess what. I drove into the parking lot of a Chinese restaurant across the street.

Inside the restaurant very clean .

We arrived at this place for lunch time, I ordered pho sea food consists of shrimp, clam, abulon soy and mint the delicious taste. The place was clean, the service was excellent, they even put the game to watch the World Cup. We will definitely return.

Very good Pho in the area! Good service and clean inside! The Pho broth was really good and enjoyed it very much! The Sesame Wings were alright, nothing special! Would've gave 5 Stars but the wings didn't "WOW" me so 4 Stars! But still very good!

Ordered on DoorDash and it was ready in 10 min! I appreciated how quick and easy it was to order and pick up especially since I'm not too far down the street. I walked in to pick up and the tables and floor were pristine which I really appreciated. There was also ample parking. We got the pork banh mi, filet mignon pho, and cream cheese rangoons. The rangoons were easily my favorite - great price for the amount and I love a good crunch. The soup broth and filet mignon tasted a little off to me even when adding in hoisin sauce and other toppings. Open to trying the other menu items though!

great quick service! i got the pho beef combo and it had a good amount of meat. the flavor was great and wasn't overly flavorful like other pho broths ive tried at other restaurants. i also tried their vietnamese coffee and wow-- it was good and really got me caffeinated lol. definitely has the traditional strong coffee flavor. the restaurant is clean and spacious, with plenty of parking outside. will come back soon!

I stopped coming here after receiving horrible services twice. The young lady, I think is the owner's daughter or related to them, is the cashier and waiter. From the moment we entered, she looks annoyed that we dared to interrupt her from playing on her phone, then throws down the menu, and doesn't check up on us for water refills until we asked for the check. At the end the most we got is a forced smile. When their a/c broke last year, the owner asked her if we wanted the fan on, she answered no on our behalf after closing the door. I understand having bad days and second chances but it's been consistently bad with this girl and I feel bad for the owners who are humble and trying to make it work. The food quality is good on most days but still not consistent, and I don't recommend getting their chicken entrees.

    Bun Thịt Nướng (with pork)

Solid, fresh tasting Vietnamese food located in a strip mall. Bright, airy inside. Clean tables. Unassuming, friendly, fast service. - Pho beef combo (5/5): Flavorful soup base, meat to noodle ratio was good. - Spring rolls with shrimp (5/5): fresh ingredients in spring roll. Perfectly poached tender shrimp. - Bun Thịt Nướng (with pork) (5/5): tender, perfectly grilled pork (with some fatty pieces on it), (1) crispy egg roll and (3) grilled nicely seasoned shrimp on top of cold noodles, shredded green leaf lettuce, sliced cucumbers and crushed peanuts. Fish sauce on the side. Good flavors. All ingredients tasted fresh. I asked for more slices of jalapeños but I don't think they understood my request as it never came. No big deal. We will come back to try their other dishes!

How is this place a 4.9?? The great filet mignon is chewy; and they gave me only 4 slices of it! The vermicelli disintegrated when you pick it up with chopsticks. The soup flavor is lightweight meaning you can't even smell the fish sauce stink which is STANDARD. Specially if you added their lime and sprouts which is the option, the soup becomes a sad sour failure. Service is... well she is trying. I literally paid and left to go to another PHO place! Other points: Basil not fresh, no homemade charred chili.

Broth was clean and very good. Place was very quiet and empty but very clean and well serviced. The tendon and tripe are were of excellent taste. Very satisfied with the presentation and exactness of the broth. Excellent spot.

This is how iced coffee came. Not even filled up to the top.

They have a parking lot out front , and we were greeted warmly by our friendly server immediately upon walking in. I didn't catch her name, but she's from Da Nang and so welcoming! A more diverse menu than some of our other faves... and I kept seeing that they are famous for their "#53 House Special Deep Fried Cornish Game Hen Marinated in Oyster Sauce" (CƠM GÀ NƯỚNG DẦU HÀO). This golden beauty has a crispy exterior, and is plated on a generous bed of rice. Not "broken", but still delicious! Drizzle some of their nuoc cham over the rice and chicken for a little extra magic! Order first because it needs a new extra minutes to prepare. We also ordered the House Special Imperial Egg Rolls (CHẢ GIÒ). True confessions, I'm usually judgy when I see egg rolls with the smooth wonton style wrappers rather than the bubbly, blistery rice paper wraps.. but these noble egg rolls won me over regardless! The shrimp and pork filling was well seasoned and delicious! I couldn't decide between trying their pho or the Vietnamese udon noodles.. since we were feeling adventurous, I went with the BÁNH CANH TÔM, CUA, GIÒ HEO at our server's recommendation. It was tasty, had decent shrimps and even a real crab claw! The broth was a little mild until I added some of the juice from the fresh lime wedges and that awakened the flavor! The udon noodles were perfectly bouncy and we devoured the bowl! For a little something sweet; we ordered a Che 3 Mau to go. Our thoughtful server offered to pack the crushed ice on the side so the dessert wouldn't get too diluted. It was refreshing and hit the spot! Our decision to come here was a spontaneous pivot, and we're so happy to have found this little gem! We will be back!

The staff member at the time thew the menu down at the table after seating me down - a classic experience (heh). I ordered a bun bo xao, and it came out. Overall, the dish was stacked with noodles but fairly plain. An aerial view photo doesn't do it justice, as this bowl was massive. The beef itself was flavored but wasn't too tasty, nothing the fish sauce helped with either. After the meal, I also enjoyed a cup of Vietnamese Iced Coffee, and this stuff was STRONG. I'm no stranger to this drink, but the coffee itself was fairly bitter and concentrated - more than normal. The condensed milk? Almost felt like a quarter can, too! Even after diluting it (through their ice) with half water, it was still too sweet and bitter - do not recommend. Paying was fairly easy, but it was through Zelle or cash - awkward! No credit card option available. Because of these experiences, I don't think I'll be back anytime soon.

My dad and I ordered a couple of egg rolls, a charbroiled beef with rice, and an extra large pho with rare steak, brisket and well done flank. The serving of pho was a generous amount that was befitting of the extra large portion. The broth was delicious and piping hot and I'm wishing I could have another bowl as I'm writing this review hours after having finished dinner there. The egg roll was delicious! The egg roll came with some mint leaves and that was such a great compliment of flavor when taking each bite of the egg roll. This was the first time a restaurant I've been to included mint leaves as a side to go with the egg roll and now I think I'm going to request that every time I order egg rolls anywhere else. The charbroiled beef with rice was good. It's a solid dish that deserves to be tried at least once and would be a fall back dish if you weren't looking to explore their extensive menu. Overall, I really enjoyed my meal and the service here was very good.
