I have been coming here for delicious (and healthy, fresh) pho for over a year. When I first tried it, they were going through an identity change... it was formerly called Pho Hoa and then Pho Minh. Now it's the same location and a few months ago they renamed it Pho Daisy. The name isn't an issue for me. I just love great Vietnamese cuisine and here it is! The staff is super-friendly and generous, too. I've only tried a few menu items and the Large #1 is such a delicious fresh and tasty MEAL that I'm stuck on it. It's fairly elaborate and not exactly eat-in-motion food, so I take it home and put the goodies in the broth in stages. Wow, the fresh purple basil makes my day. Pho Daisy is so reliable, I honestly credit their pho to nourishing my body for following bad decisions: 1) hangover cure 2) fever symptoms from vaccines 3) starvation Most people want chicken noodle soup when they're feeling bedridden but for me it's always been chicken pho. I have a personal favorite back in the 626 however, given how far I now live from the SGV, Pho Daisy has become the no1 replacement. Food delivery via Doordash is always fast and timely. I've also ordered their Vietnamese coffee and egg rolls. I would say they have one of the best egg rolls in the area. Ordered Pho Tai noodle soup with sliced raw ribeye. Small serving with few slices of meat, tasted okay with minimal soup, requested additional soup but were not informed that it would cost $1.95 for a small bowl of approximately 10 oz. No service at all, had to call out for service at the kitchen after waiting for 10 minutes. Will not be back, had better Pho and services elsewhere. read more

I don't think there is a better bowl of pho in Los Angeles. I've tried a lot of different places over the years, including one nearby yesterday because Pho Daisy is closed on Wednesdays. This other place was so mediocre that I had to go to Daisy today to remember what pho is supposed to taste like. Man, the broth at Daisy is so good -- not too salty, not too sweet, just a perfectly flavorful base for the basil and lime juice and jalapenos and beef (I get the Pho Tai) to marinate in. The noodles are always nice and firm, too, never mushy. Great pho gets better with every bite until you can't help but drink down the leftover broth at the end, and Pho Daisy always passes that test. Also, the proprietor is a super nice guy and has been perfecting his recipe for decades -- I had to ask him today where he got it from, because it's so good (short answer: it's been in the family since the '80s but he's been adding his own twists). TLDR; maybe the best pho in LA, you gotta try it. I'm picky about pho and this is the only place in the area I keep going back to again and again. read more

Okay soo I love pho and this was my first time having Pho Daisy This place was on my list of places to try, my friend said the meat and everything is super fresh he went recently I stoppped in today for a carry out order I ordered three rare steak pho To-go Iced Vietnamese coffee and a Thai iced tea Pho- the broth and rare steak were excellent they were generous with their meats and everything tasted super fresh , they even offered me home Made chili oil which I tried and was excellent my only real issue with it was the was it was packed Togo Using styrofoam for the Togo broth and the noodles were packed into a little Chinese take out thing The Thai tea was thick and strong super delicious And same With the Vietnamese coffee I would Probably eat in the restaurant again ( and soon ) read more

Ordered tripe and beef pho and some noodles and they were fantastic! We are in our car and the owner was nice enough to let me borrow a bowl to prepare my pho.. it's the best pho I've had in a while, their meat and tripe was super fresh, and they give you plenty of herbs and topping for your pho. The noodles were the best I've ever had. I'm surprised this place doesn't have more ratings or more stars. Will be returning. read more

The pho was kind of average. I asked for more extra vegetables and got extra sprouts which was technically accurate I suppose. But I had visions of broccoli dancing in my head. We are from Hawaii and have tried 3 different Vietnamese Restaurants from Anaheim to Gardena, but we must admitt that not even on the island of Oahu, Hawaiii have we had the best Pho Combination (#1) noodle Soup Bowl as we did at Pho Daisy Vietnamese Restaurant. The Spring Rolls and Egg Rolls are awesome too. The service is great and the restaurant is very clean and friendly. There are a varieties of rice noodle dishes dry or soupy that are great too. It's a must go to place to eat and relax. They serve other dishes too that we plan to try. read more

The Vegetable Pho saved my husband from going hungry while he was on chemotherapy treatment and could not eat. The broth was perfect for his mouth and throat. The vegetables and noodles and the condiments were so fresh and tasted so good. The Pho here is delicious. I live in Westminster, Ca so I was skeptical about eating Pho in this location but I was wrong. I ordered the Pho Tai and they give you plenty of meat and the soup was really good. Where I live, Pho 79 is considered one of the best but this location, can compete with them. I love pho and my favorite pho restaurant just went out of business so I was looking for some good pho close to where I live. I wasn't sure about this place since it only has 4 reviews but I decided to try it anyway. I am no expert on pho but I have try many places. Their broth is really good! I had the chicken pho and I loved it. I usually go for meat but I'm trying to cut down on meat. Also Lisa the lady tending to customers is so nice and friendly, she made me feel welcomed.
