The garlic noodles are middle of the road at Pho Day. My order was a grilled beef garlic noodles $20. The prices on the menu are wrong. It is listed as $19. The garlic noodles were buttery but has no visible garlic pieces. It only has a hint of a garlic taste. The beef had a sweet glaze on it and a small bit of smokey flavor. Beef slices were thin. Since I sat near the kitchen, I can hear the chefs speaking Toisan. (Not that there's anything wrong with that. A lot of good Vietnamese restaurants in the city are of mixed heritage.) The restaurant is too clean to be a true Vietnamese restaurant. I'm more used to seeing an auntie wrapping egg rolls in the middle of the dining room, some sort of loud Vietnamese music video playing on a screen and the restrooms are also used as a stockroom for cleaning supplies. None of that could be seen at Pho Day. Service was excellent as there weren't that many people at 7pm. When I left, I realized I was still hungry. That's not good. I had to walk to another restaurant get an appetizer. Not a fan of small portions. Pro tip, if they want more business, just add a number after the restaurant's name. Came for a lunch today and was greeted by a kind server. I enjoyed the decoy around the restaurant and was overall a very clean restaurant. My son and I got pork chop with garlic noodles and a beef combo pho. The suggestion was made by the server and we left happy and full. Neat spot! read more

2.5 stars. My favorite pho joints are closed on Tuesdays. We ventured to try a new-to-us eatery but unfortunately it didn't scratch the itch for good soup & noodles. Pho Day has aesthetic cafe drinks as well as traditional Vietnamese dishes on the menu. The Thai Tea Einspanner had a thick top layer of sweet cream, but was not sweet or flavorful enough. My food was equally disappointing. The Imperial Rolls had a crisp, bubbly wrapping, but it was an unpleasant surprise to find a mushy filling hiding inside. I didn't particularly like the flavoring of their broth in the Chicken Pho; noodles were thicker than I'm used to; & most offensive were the chopped up pieces of chicken skin & fat that I had to fish out. No plans on returning, but those giving Pho Day a try have quick service & a sweet waiter to look forward to. read more

I've been coming here about once a month for the past three years. Above-average pho. Though, the plates are overpriced. Today, we walked in, and the server who's been tending to us every single time seemed a bit off. A bit more dismissive than usual. Then, upon paying, she tells us, "If you're not going to tip, you should order takeout." I stated, "That's just too bad," and left. Pho Day gets too much business to be demanding additional money from its customers, especially considering how everything on the menu is overpriced (not including the pho). I haven't been to the physical pho day location, but if you're like me and you like to check yelp reviews when you order from Uber Eats, this is the review for you ! When I crave pho, I always go for this place. The broth is so flavorful and they package it in a great way where everything stays fresh. I usually go for the rare beef which is actually great quality and cooks quickly without losing its tenderness. I also usually get a Thai iced tea which is stellar here. The price has gone up in the last few years, but I definitely still think Pho Day is worth your money. I hope to visit the physical location soon ! read more

This spot is in the neighborhood so it's convenient, but it isn't my favorite. I do like their garlic noodle and protein dishes more than their pho. They are Chinese owned so it's not as authentic. The pho broth is decent but the noodles always have that undercooked starchy taste. I'm bummed that they only have sriracha as their hot sauce as I usually prefer chili oil or sambal. They also don't have sauce ramekins. They close very early and pretty much kick you out half an hour before the listed closing time. I find the food to be somewhat inconsistent as well. read more

For some reason, it's been a year since we had Pho Day. Came to my surprise that the price has significantly increased while the proportions shrunk. I understand times are rough but double negatives? PLEASE change your soup containers that can actually sustain your boiling soup. I think commonly ordered food is better than uncommon food. I had wanted beef stew and ordered the Bo Kho. I regretted it because the beef was tough and mostly inedible. I ended up eating only the noodle. I told the waitress about the toughness of the meat and she didn't offer to replace it, which was not a great service. It is one of my Go To orders, if the restaurant offers it. Fortunately, it was a good choice. The chicken was tender and flavorful. The noodles nice & garlicky. Stopped by for a bowl of pho as I always do, and found out they have a new drink menu, cream top matcha and coffee! I tried the matcha latte with oat milk, surprisingly good, super foamy and the matcha tastes strong and smooth in a vibrant green color. The skin was crispy and full of flavor. While the meat was moist and delicious. The garlic noodles had just enough garlic. Unfortunately, it was a bit too dry and chewy. My roommate and I were so excited to see the restaurant having their soft opening! We called in takeout orders and then walked to the restaurant. My roommate called in her order before me, so her food and drink was ready when we arrived, right when they said it would be. She had asked for a less sweet passion fruit soda, and they were very accommodating to make sure it was to her preference; she loved it! We took our food home and dug in immediately.
