Great pho and speedy service. Have had the chicken pho, and pho tai. The Bun is also very good and eggrolls crunchy and fresh. Veggies (sprouts, mint, and jalapeños) also very fresh. Haven't tried Miss Saigon yet but it's a bit further out and Pho Duy is DEF better than Pho V Noodle House in terms of taste and quality. I use to frequent Vietnamese restaurants for years and Pho Duy is by far one of the best I've had in awhile. When walking in it's a very welcoming atmosphere and you can tell the owners have put time into it. The ambiance is quiet, private and yet lively; the decor lends to this feeling. Pho Duy is a nice setup, but the service and food is where it's at. I was instantly greeted, seated and given a water while looking over my menu. Drinking it down was my priority since it's summer in Texas and was surprised that the waiter came back to refill my water time and time again (a rare thing in non-Americanized Asian restaurants). I can't recall our waiters name but he was friendly, giving suggestions and supplying a few jokes in the process. If you end up going look for the guy with a pony-tail. After a short wait my food arrived: My order of regular sized Pho Dac Biet was a healthy portion, and I shared pork spring rolls and chicken lettuce wraps with friends. The Pho and lettuce wraps are must orders. Another person in our party got a Banh Mi and it looked delicious. Something that I'll have to try on my next visit. I wish I had time for dessert or boba tea but that's what second trips are for. All-in-all the service was great (quick, efficient friendly), the food top-notch and price was more than reasonable. This place is very clean, the service attentive and friendly and the food is great. You can get a tasty and healthy meal here for at a good price. I have had the chicken pho and the chicken vermicilli. Both were good, but the vermicilli dish was my favorite. The grilled chicken is very tender and flavorful. I love coming to this place. The owners are really nice and we always have good service. The food is always delicious and I love the spring rolls. The pho is really tasty as well. I do wish they would put a little more meat in the pho but other than that it's really good. My daughter loves this place as well and she's a picky eater! read more

They boldly say on their sign that it's the best Vietnamese noodle soup and I have to admit they really do deliver on that promise. So for for lovers, this is what you'll find. It is a delicious flavorful bras. It is not the oily style. Rather it tastes light in its feel in the mouth but really robust and it flavors. It was so good that I almost didn't add the lime to it which for me is an extremely rare thing to consider. I also ordered the traditional spring rolls and again they did not disappoint. And of coarse one of the most important things I can comment on is the peanut sauce which was really nicely done and some of the best I have seen since I moved to Dallas. Great bowl of pho here! Recommend the P8 and/or the create your own pho with steak and meatballs. Both are great choices. If you're really really hungry, I suggest getting the large size. The egg rolls are a perfect small snack for two people. Normally the pho places I've been to are too quiet and you sit in awkward silence, but Pho Duy plays nice soft music in the background to breakup the days monotonous ways. Expensive and just meh. The menu didn't have as much variety as I'm used to at other Viet restaurants. Their rice dishes didn't have a lot of combos, like fried egg, pork, and spring roll. Same thing with their vermicelli bowls. They do have a create your own pho where you can pick and choose the meat slices. The portions are pretty small, too. We ordered the regular bowl of pho and spring rolls, and my fiance was left still feeling hungry. Service was fine. The waiter came by to take our orders and fill our waters. Nice surroundings, very comfortable for a strip center restaurant. Pho Tai, Traditional Spring Rolls, Bun all good as you would expect, made with care. Spring Rolls probably the best I have had in ages. But one of my favorites, Bun with egg rolls and grilled pork (Bún thit nuong cha giò), missing from the menu. The portions are a little smaller (let's say they are right sized) than some others, and the prices about a buck more per entre but that's information only, not an issue. Personally I'd pass on the TVs on the wall, but that seems to be common nowadays. Really great to have Vietnamese cuisine so close. I hope they end up staying open later, as Pho is my late evening fix. read more

Really bad pho. Shouldn't be called pho restaurant. I've had pho in several major cities in the US and this has to be the worst. Really feel bad leaving a low review but the facts need to be stated. Pho smelled weird, and I've had pho for over 20yrs. Pho also wasn't hot like its usually served, I knew it was bad even before I tasted it. The taste was not the normal pho I've had, seemed to lack all the flavor it usually has. Really believe the broth was old and stale hence the smell. This can't be a one off situation because other reviewers mentioned the same thing. So they must be making large batches of broth to save time and using it over an extended period of time. Even the sprouts looked old and wilted. Like other reviewers here, I really question the legitimacy of the 5 star reviews. read more
