    Eggy rolls

Tried this place for the first time and loved it so much! My husband placed a to go order and we got the following: - Filet mignon pho: I messed this up by not mixing in the sauces. Don't do what I did and mix those suckers in! - Spring rolls: Sooooo good! I would definitely come back for just for this. The spicy peanut sauce makes this dish! - Egg rolls: 10/10! - Bahn Mi beef satay: Really good and the bread was so fresh! You aren't going to find anything this good unless you go towards Rosemeadish areas. Would definitely come back!

This is my empty bowl it was sssssssooooooo gooooooooooooooooodddddddd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

By Lily, 7 years old It was reeeeeeeaaaallllllllllyyyyy awesome! It made me feel sooooooooooooo good inside. It's the best meal I've ever eaten!

Egg rolls 3 pieces was $10.25 for some reason. Owner says it's 3 for $5, so they will need to get their prices fixed with DoorDash.

The pork banh mi was too bready. More like a hoagie than a banh mi. Also the egg rolls were good but three for $10??? Not a good deal. Hi Melanie, you may need to update Door Dash prices because it was $10 for the egg rolls. See picture below.

I live relatively close so I thought I'd give it a try. This is my fifth time. My family and I love it!!! Especially my 2 1/2 year old son, He can't get enough which is great because he can be a very picky eater. Good portion sizes. I have tried the combination pho and it has been my favorite thus far, highly recommend!! Service was quick and from the looks of it, they stay really busy. I always order ahead.

You asked- What can you improve? EVERYTHING! Worst food that I have eaten in the last 10 years! Avoid this place - make a U turn out if the parking lot. I am all for supporting the Mom & Pop eatery but this one is pretty bad. I ordered a pork Banh Mi sandwhich. The worst! The pork tasted old, dried up and tasted like it came from the bottom of the pan. There wasn't enough to fill a shot glass. It didn't have but 2 slivers of cucumbers, a sliver of green bell pepper and barely any carrots/radish. The french loaf is so big to the ratio of the filling! What a rip off. The egg rolls are about 2.5 inches long. You get 3 in an order. They were so tasteless, dense and greasy! What a big big disappointment. I don't know how long this eatry has been around, but I don't know how they survive. The food is so bad. Of course, the price per item is on the high end and not worth half of what they charge. I am sorry but this was my personal experience. I do not recommend this place. IN RESPONSE TO OWNER. You can not make a do-over with food. The quality control should be there the FIRST time and every time someone orders your food. Blaming a new employee is wrong. Quality control was your job! I stand by my decision. Worst food ever!

Wow this place surprised me, was heading back from Coachella and stumbled upon this place and again all I can say is wow. Everyone is nice and polite, service was phenomenal. The broth was top tier and the protein was great quality! Pork spring rolls were delicious as well, the peanut sauce is some of the best I've had. 9.5/10

Stopped by Pho Everyday on my way from LA to Joshua Tree because it had good ratings. Not sure if I was just super hungry but these could have been the best fresh shrimp rolls I have ever had! Pho was great. Owner is cool and I loved the casual ambiance. Would definitely stop here again!

Normally I would rate this place a 3 star but as a grand opening let's revise the rating next time out. This place is fast casual order at the counter and sit down and they'll bring you the food. Talking about the Pho I think it's your standard run of the mill Pho. The broth is decent but not the best. The amount of meat that they put in is in my opinion, maybe on the slightly lower side. The bowl size is I would say a medium size compared to other restaurants that have a small and a large. It's OK that they opened up here but there are better options. Talking about the sandwiches. I also thought it was OK. The bread is a little bit denser, as as compared to your standard, lighten airy Vietnamese sandwich bread. They are missing some of the traditional Vietnamese sandwich favorites like the dac biet. if you are going to call yourself a Vietnamese sandwich restaurant, then you have to have the OG favorites. Also, just a note that they only put carrots no Daikon. let's see how this place Fresh and wishing the best. So bright.

I haven't tried anything else besides the Beef Satay Bahn Mi sandwich but it's absolutely incredible and i feel it's a super fair price for a pretty good amount of food. the staff is super nice here and i genuinely like the vibe of this place. It's usually very quiet in here. Can't wait to try more items on the menu!!!

They always have a lot of seating and are always willing to help if you have any questions or need any additional service. Their menu is extensive and they have a bunch of items, but my favorite thing to order there DIY spring rolls, as well as bun bo hue. To be honest, you could order almost anything on the menu, but those are my go to. It is quite loud in there, but there's always people inside, enjoying their food. It's a place to go and it reminds me of home when I can't get home made food. There's a bunch of TVs around if you feel like watching the news or any sports, their restrooms are relatively clean, and their parking is in a huge plaza so depending on the time you go, there should be parking! This is my place to go... I'm already thinking about when I'm going next.

The food tastes authentic, the quality is amazing, and everything is so rich and flavorful. You can really tell they care about the food they make. It's located on the corner to the right side of Hong Kong Plaza near Haven City Market, and honestly this restaurant really stood out to me. I already love this plaza, but this place quickly became one of my favorite spots there. One thing I really love is their pork spring rolls. They make them fresh when you order, and you can definitely taste the difference. They're so fresh, delicious, and honestly one of the best spring rolls I've had in a while. They also do catering, which I definitely plan on using in the future if I ever host a party or birthday because the food is just that good. I only had one issue during one of my visits. I can't eat cucumber, so I asked for no cucumber in both my pork dish and spring rolls. They accidentally still included it in my pork dish. Thankfully, when I brought it up, they fixed it quickly and apologized right away, which I appreciated a lot. I still love this place, but I do think it's important for people with allergies or food restrictions to double check their food before eating, just to be safe. Besides that, everything else has been amazing. The restaurant has a really calm atmosphere with lots of greenery and that open, cozy Vietnamese restaurant feel. The workers are also really kind and welcoming every time I come in. I also appreciate how authentic this place feels. Whenever I'm trying food from another culture, I always want something that feels genuine, and this place definitely gives me that experience. I come here a couple times a month now, and it's honestly one of my favorite places to eat. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the cucumber issue, but overall the food and experience are still amazing.

The brisket is so tender and very ample, but it's not fatty, it's very lean. The pickled veggies add that nice crunch and balances out the flavors of the meat and light mayo. The cilantro and greens are classic Viet additions and greatly appreciated! Add some pickled jalapenos and that bite is just HEAVENLY! 10/10 (note: the beef consume was just ok haha it was nice to have on the side but I didn't like the dip like I normally do with things like birria tacos) THE FRIES! I love these fries! I asked for light seasoning and it was PERFECT. The crisp was perfection (lightly battered) and the inside was still nice and soft. I love me a good side of fries, this was a pleasant surprise! Now the Santa Ana pho was good, but I don't think I'd order it again. The flavors weren't unique enough for me to justify the hefty price tag. They were generous with the meat, but for nearly $30 after tax/tip, that's a bit too much for me. If you're a light eater, this could feed 2 people!! I would order a different pho next time though as the broth was pretty clean (didn't taste too salty) and they do offer extra noodles for free! Overall, I definitely plan to come back! Come check out this place and MAKE SURE to get the brisket sandwich!! Parking was great and it's inside the Glendora Public Market so there are plenty of options for your fam and friends. Seating was ample, space was modern, it was a great Sunday hang. Note: as with most food halls, it's self service for most things. Bus your own tray and I recommend bringing your own water or grab a drink at one of these places!

I ordered the Tai Lan, which is a fun cross between phở and a noodle salad. Sliced tender ribeye sits over garlic oil phở noodles on a bed of greens and fresh herbs, tossed with a shallot tamarind sauce, topped with crispy garlic, and served with a side of their 24-hour bone broth to sip or pour over. The ribeye was genuinely tender, the tamarind sauce had a nice tangy-sweet kick, and the crispy garlic tied it all together. Added some sriracha for a little more flavor and to give it a kick. Best phở I've ever had? No. But it's a clever modern take and I left very full and very happy, which is exactly what I needed. And if phở isn't your thing, the menu sprawls into wagyu phở, garlic noodles with filet, lomo saltado, sandwiches (which look amazing) and even Vietnamese coffee with sea salt foam. Plenty to explore. This is now the first spot I'd send anyone to in the Glendora Public Market, and a real step up from the ramen place that used to be in the same space. Already plotting my return.

Being turned away despite arriving within what appears to be the acceptable window felt misleading and uncharacteristic of the service we've come to expect. If the kitchen or staff need to stop seating earlier than what customers would reasonably expect based on closing time, that policy should be made much clearer upfront.
