First time we are here, we are from Orange County where Vietnamese community is located so we are considered to be picky when it comes to authentic Vietnamese food. We are impressed with this place and give it 5 star rating: 1- Cleanliness: this place is sparkling clean, even the restroom 2- Service: they have adequate servers who are friendly and quick to service 3- Restaurant has lots of seatings to accommodate, the design is modern and welcoming 4- Price: very reasonable, I found it less expensive than Little Saigon in Orange County, especially they don't charge you every little things like extra onions, vegetables, or water (other places charge $.50 for water) 5- Food quality: very authentic, I and my husband (very picky) both admit that Bun Bo Hue and Pho are better than the ones in our Vietnamese community, very flavorful but not too strong, just right, we can tell the chefs put their thought into it They also have good promo when you pay cash, every $10 get 1 stamp, 10 stamps for 1 free bowl of Pho We definitely will be back. read more

This was my first choice, but unfortunately I did not try them out. I came here right after lunch. I noticed a lot of business people were walking out(they were done eating). There were a couple of people ahead of me waiting in line to order. I looked around, there were a lot of uncleaned empty tables(I wanted to dine in). We use to go there very often bc we liked the food and never had a problem before. However, last time we went, we got sat in the corner with an incredibly rude wait staff. First they got my soup wrong, forgetting to put tofu in it. When we asked them to fix it they brought us tofu soaked in beef broth. When I asked them to fix it again ( I don't eat meat) they brought me raw blocks or tofu. When I called them over to ask them to fix it and refill waters they chose to ignore us. Finally when they came over they didn't fill waters, didn't bring us the vegetables that go with the soup, and gave me burnt tofu. read more

Had been satisfied enough to be a regular customer, until a terrible experience. One day I ordered spring rolls and asked for a new plate, bc the rice wraps were difficult to chew and the contents were dry. Literally 10 minutes later, a "new" set comes out, which were either a. the same ones I had been initially given, or; b. the same ones from the same overnight batch. Who knows which, but here's the funny part. The next time I went, the server(s) asked me not to order spring rolls if I'm going to complain. I don't eat Pho very often but this was very delicious! I was working and in a rush so I called in an order of their #16 rare beef noodles and the bbq pork with broken noodles to go. I was there to pick up my order within 10 minutes and it was waiting for me when I arrived. The gentlemen who greeted me were very friendly, welcoming, and had everything ready for me to go. I'm big on service and it was nice to see good service still exists. Good job! The restaurant was spacious, clean, and a diverse crowd. The food was delicious, the vegetables in the pho were fresh and crisp. I was so full from the pho, I didn't eat my rice yet, but it also looks good. Came here on a Friday night to enjoy a good dinner after a long work week. I was excited to try this new place that just opened up around the corner. The restaurant provides ample parking which can be deal breaker for me personally: if I can't park my car, I'm out of there! Anyway, the parking situation was perfect, the staff was friendly and the food was delicious!! My boyfriend and I have been looking for a good Vietnamese restaurant for a while so we are excited for this one. Came here on Sunday over the weekend with some friends because we were all craving pho. Our server Vu was very friendly and took our order immediately. The food was really good and the atmosphere was good, the only thing that made this place a little bad was the service, our girl waiter was not happy at all, she never came back after telling her we needed a couple of minutes because we've never been there before, she never recommended anything said okay and left. Since my initial review of Pho Ha #7 on its opening day, I have returned six times for more of their delicious Vietnamese cuisine. I have not been disappointed. Most of my nuclear family are, after all, Vietnamese! So when I go there, I usually take the family. The food is always terrific. Perhaps even better is the feeling I get just being there. Nice ambiance; spacious dining area, and colorful decor, soft music. I have become a regular. Manager Daniel Nguyen and his wife Ruby treat me like family. It is always a pleasant experience. This place was awful. I ordered the standard chicken pho and the chicken tasted spoiled, the broth was diluted and did not taste right. I did not like what I ordered so they gave me another chance to order something (thank you!) however, I did not like their shrimp spring rolls either, but I took them to-go instead of saying that I didn't like the spring rolls that I ordered in replacement of the pho. Everything there tasted old, bland, and watered down. Even their boba was hard/hard to chew. This is the most unsatisfactory pho restaurant in Riverside, California. The customer service was kind by letting me choose something else on their menu, but I could tell they thought I was being rude on purpose - I wasn't. When I looked over at them, I could see their disgust with me because I didn't like what they made for me. They were constantly giving me the nastiest looks. As someone who's worked in the food industry, it's important we don't let our customers see our annoyance no matter the situation. Having been on the receiving end of the dirty looks, I did not feel welcome in the restaurant. I won't be coming back here and I do not recommend this place. Honestly the best pho place you'll have in the Riverside area. The decor is so welcoming, and the service is always superb. Our waitress Tien was so attentive with our order and double checked multiple times to make sure the order was inputted correctly.
