My fiancé and I stopped by Pho Hoa Noodle Soup on Homestead and had a solid meal. We ordered the Vietnamese Beef Stew and the Vegetarian Pho. The beef stew was really flavorful -- the brisket chunks were tender, juicy, and cooked just right. There was a generous portion of noodles, maybe a bit too much, which left us wanting more of that rich broth. A touch more spice would've taken it to the next level, but overall it hit the spot. The vegetarian pho was clean and light, with a nice assortment of vegetables that made it feel balanced and satisfying. It's a great option if you're looking for something on the healthier side. Service was quick and the space was casual but comfortable. We'll definitely be back to try more from the menu!

This review is long overdue. This place feels like you're eating at home . It's so cozy and beautiful. PHO IS AMAZING, broth is excellent. Excellent pho. Very polite staff and excellent fast customer service. Clean restaurant. Clean bathroom. Good music. Passes the vibe check for singles and date night looking for hot soup in a cozy place. I highly recommend. Decor is beautiful

This is simple and easy Pho place. If you want fast and sort of fusion, then this is the place to go. Here is my scoring card for this restaurant: 1) Location: ( 5 Point ) - Great location for customer to see and find. Great parking for street parking and back side with parking lot parking. 2) Decoration : (3 Point) - They still have the original decoration. Clean. 3) Price: ( 4 point)- The price is competitive but still a little bit pricey compare to other same stars and type food they serve 4) Quality and Taste : ( 3 point)- The quality is ok, food taste is good and portions are below average . ( must be inflation ) 5) Type of cuisine standard : ( 3 point) - The style of Vietnamese food they serve is pretty close to the way it was prepare in Vietman. Not bad! But some dishes did have slightly modify to cater the customer's need Overall it's not bad and I thinks it's great to give it a try and let me know what you think. Go foodies Total max is 25 Score 18 Stars = 72% round up to 3 stars

I really liked the pho here! I have been trying to find a decent pho restaurant in the South Bay Area and I have yet to find one but I think I found my pho place. It was the cleanest broth I've tasted. The spring rolls were really good too and decently priced. Service was fast and decent. The food came out sooo quickly lol omg. I didn't like the summer roll peanut sauce b/c it tasted like they bought it instead of made it. otherwise, I really liked the pho here and would want to come here again for the pho. I got the Beef Pho brisket. I would like to try the vegetarian or shrimp one next time.

I tried the shrimp pho regular size and tutti fruity drink. Love the drink. Pho had tons of shrimp. Liked it with all the sauces. Regular size was too big for me, couldn't finish. Excellent environment. Going to try other dishes as well

Solid spot for quick noodle soups and kind service in Cupertino. Was meeting a friend for a quick catch up on a rainy day. No frills set up is a mix of students do homework while drinking giant boba servings and folks on their way to/from jobs. Simple, humble!

My order is always #8 which is their House Special Sour & Spicy w/ Pork Noodle Soup. I've been recently loving the round noodles, but the flat ones are great too. The portion size is HUGE, they give soo much noodle. Could use more pork & toppings, but still amazing regardless. I love the diced potatoes and carrots. I get less spicy, so it's not that spicy even though it looks very spicy. My family usually also gets the sliced beef with hot oil sauce to share as an appetizer, and it's yummy too! Service is quick, and they have big tables. They have a good amount of tables too, although it can get pretty busy on the weekends for lunch.

We were looking to catch up in person on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. All tables were full and there were a couple of other parties waiting inside when we walked in, but the wait for a table was not bad at all. It is on the noisier side since the clientele is primarily Asian, and service tends to be short since that's what would be considered authentic. I got the beef noodle soup with the wide noodles since it was a chilly day and I wanted something warm. In the past I've gotten the tomato and eggs sauce noodles, which was very tasty and not a bad option for a hot day as the noodles themselves come out cold. Make sure to bring some floss if you get the beef noodle soup, some of the meat gets stuck in my teeth every time. Service does tend to be short so don't expect anyone to wait around for you to order or extra pleasantries. But this isn't surprising given the type of restaurant so it didn't detract from the meal. The check comes to you when you're about done so there is no need to flag anyone down after finishing. I would definitely revisit if I have cash on hand and am in the area. I would recommend this spot to anyone interested in authentic Chinese noodles, hot or cold.

First you select a broth (I don't do spicy, so I always pick their chicken broth; but friends and family enjoy the spicy flavors a lot). Then you pick your style of noodle (the fish noodle was fun to try, but I prefer the ramen or the knife-cut or rice noodles). Then you pick your toppings - a large variety of both meat and veggie options! It comes with a little veggies (spinach, corn, mushroom, bamboo) too. My favorite appetizer is their rice spicy honeycomb tripe - great marinade! Recently tried the Hainan chicken dish and it was good too (though I would prefer more ginger than scallion in the oil and the roasted peanuts, garlic cucumber are yummy too!). In the past we have also had the fried rice, which my kiddos really love. But the true highlight is to get the "large" soup noodles where they serve it in a bowl larger than your whole head. Didn't get it this past visit because we weren't that hungry... but it is always a fun order! I enjoy having the treat of a drink with their combo deal. :)

The chef/founder is Teochew and so dishes are influenced by his background. I'm half Teochew but didn't really grow up in the culture. I've brought my Teochew dad before and he thought it wasn't very authentic. I thought it tasted fine though, but my dad is incredibly picky. My second visit was just me and my partner. We heard about the $9.99 Hainan Chicken deal to promote the opening of their new restaurant location. There was a long wait, as you can imagine for a deal like this! We waited maybe 30 minutes before being seated. The waitress immediately clocked that I could speak Cantonese when seating me. That auntie's got a gift! Especially since most Chinese folks my age in the area seem to be Mandarin speakers. I'm still wondering how she knew! We each ordered a dish of the Hainan chicken rice. The soup that comes with it is absolutely delicious! My partner and I got different cuts of chicken. His was very bony and mine was mostly meat, which suited me just fine, but he was not as happy He'll probably order a dish without bones next time we come here. I really liked the ginger scallion sauce as well. Overall, I had a great experience and the portions were huge. Would absolutely come back another time!

The standout for me was the turnip cake as it had a crunxhy exterior and packed with flavor. Their chili oil was an absolute bomb and made every bite even better. Beef Brisket Rice Noodle - rice noodle itself was a bit on the thick/tough side compared to the thin, soft yet chewy texture at some restaurants. The beef brisket was tender, but the sauce itself was a bit bland overall; it was salty enough but felt a bit boring after a few bites. Adding some of the soy sauce at the table gave some savory sweetness to the dish which I recommend. Sampan Congee - Flavor was really good, and the peanuts were a great add to this given its crispy texture and savory taste. The congee itself was pretty standard and not the most velvety texture I'd prefer, but still pretty decent. Curry fish balls and pork skin - has a kick, decent curry flavor. No complaints as it was pretty good fish balls and pork skin. Service was super fast and friendly. Would recommend if you're craving some congee and rice noodles.
