Still my fav banh mi of all time greatly satisfied my soup + sandwich crave the staffs and owner are so nice too

My fiancé and I stopped by Pho Hoa Noodle Soup on Homestead and had a solid meal. We ordered the Vietnamese Beef Stew and the Vegetarian Pho. The beef stew was really flavorful -- the brisket chunks were tender, juicy, and cooked just right. There was a generous portion of noodles, maybe a bit too much, which left us wanting more of that rich broth. A touch more spice would've taken it to the next level, but overall it hit the spot. The vegetarian pho was clean and light, with a nice assortment of vegetables that made it feel balanced and satisfying. It's a great option if you're looking for something on the healthier side. Service was quick and the space was casual but comfortable. We'll definitely be back to try more from the menu!

This review is long overdue. This place feels like you're eating at home . It's so cozy and beautiful. PHO IS AMAZING, broth is excellent. Excellent pho. Very polite staff and excellent fast customer service. Clean restaurant. Clean bathroom. Good music. Passes the vibe check for singles and date night looking for hot soup in a cozy place. I highly recommend. Decor is beautiful

This is simple and easy Pho place. If you want fast and sort of fusion, then this is the place to go. Here is my scoring card for this restaurant: 1) Location: ( 5 Point ) - Great location for customer to see and find. Great parking for street parking and back side with parking lot parking. 2) Decoration : (3 Point) - They still have the original decoration. Clean. 3) Price: ( 4 point)- The price is competitive but still a little bit pricey compare to other same stars and type food they serve 4) Quality and Taste : ( 3 point)- The quality is ok, food taste is good and portions are below average . ( must be inflation ) 5) Type of cuisine standard : ( 3 point) - The style of Vietnamese food they serve is pretty close to the way it was prepare in Vietman. Not bad! But some dishes did have slightly modify to cater the customer's need Overall it's not bad and I thinks it's great to give it a try and let me know what you think. I tried the shrimp pho regular size and tutti fruity drink. Love the drink. Pho had tons of shrimp. Liked it with all the sauces. Regular size was too big for me, couldn't finish. Excellent environment. Going to try other dishes as well

I really liked the pho here! I have been trying to find a decent pho restaurant in the South Bay Area and I have yet to find one but I think I found my pho place. It was the cleanest broth I've tasted. The spring rolls were really good too and decently priced. Service was fast and decent. The food came out sooo quickly lol omg. I didn't like the summer roll peanut sauce b/c it tasted like they bought it instead of made it. otherwise, I really liked the pho here and would want to come here again for the pho. I got the Beef Pho brisket. I would like to try the vegetarian or shrimp one next time.

Solid spot for quick noodle soups and kind service in Cupertino. Was meeting a friend for a quick catch up on a rainy day. No frills set up is a mix of students do homework while drinking giant boba servings and folks on their way to/from jobs. Simple, humble!

Really fast service, friendly staff, and delicious Pho!! We went there before a movie, and there was a wait for dinner during the weekend. It didn't end up taking too long to be seated. We got our food and drink order in. The food came out super fast in time for us to be able to not be late for our movie. There are three different sizes of Pho to choose from. They also have a Boba Tea Bar inside which is a great addition to the restaurant! I'll definitely be back here to try their other items.

We were looking to catch up in person on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. All tables were full and there were a couple of other parties waiting inside when we walked in, but the wait for a table was not bad at all. It is on the noisier side since the clientele is primarily Asian, and service tends to be short since that's what would be considered authentic. I got the beef noodle soup with the wide noodles since it was a chilly day and I wanted something warm. In the past I've gotten the tomato and eggs sauce noodles, which was very tasty and not a bad option for a hot day as the noodles themselves come out cold. Make sure to bring some floss if you get the beef noodle soup, some of the meat gets stuck in my teeth every time. Service does tend to be short so don't expect anyone to wait around for you to order or extra pleasantries. But this isn't surprising given the type of restaurant so it didn't detract from the meal. The check comes to you when you're about done so there is no need to flag anyone down after finishing. I would definitely revisit if I have cash on hand and am in the area. I would recommend this spot to anyone interested in authentic Chinese noodles, hot or cold.

You place your order through a QR code, which makes the process quick and easy. This visit, we ordered the salt and pepper chicken wings, Tidu Sliced Beef Pot, and Tianjin Eggplant. The wings are a must-order here. They're always perfectly fried and crispy on the outside while still staying juicy and tender inside. The Tidu Sliced Beef Pot reminded me of a dry hot pot. It had a great mala flavor with a subtle numbing sensation, and the peanuts added a nice crunch and texture to the dish. The Tianjin Eggplant was simple but delicious, with flavorful pork that paired really well with the soft eggplant. Overall, the food here is comforting and satisfying. It's a place I'll definitely keep coming back to.

Although the new Cupertino location is smaller than their previous spot, the food hasn't missed a beat. We started with the Taiwanese kimchi and century egg tofu with pork floss! both great appetizers that set the tone for the meal. For mains, we ordered the tendon beef soup, dry mixed noodles, and the peanut-braised pork feet. Everything was flavorful, comforting, and reminiscent of classic Taiwanese home-style cooking. The dishes leaned slightly on the sweeter side, which added to the nostalgic feel. The standout for me was the beef tendon braised soup! The soup was hearty with picked mustard elevating the natural flavor of the beef, super satisfying, perfect for me to order because I usually don't eat the noodles. The tendon so soft and melts in your mouth! W texture Service was impressively fast; our food arrived within five minutes of ordering. The interior, however, feels more like a commercial kitchen and retail space than a traditional restaurant, with shelves stocked with Liang's Village frozen foods and sauces available for purchase. It's not the most atmospheric dining experience, but the food more than makes up for it. If you're craving authentic Taiwanese comfort food in the South Bay, Liang's Village is definitely worth a visit.

After placing our order, the food came out relatively quick. We ordered 2 beef noodle soups, the works, and 2 beef rolls. Starting off with the beef rolls, these came out cold. I heard that this is what this place was known for. The meat in our rolls wasn't even lukewarm and the pancakes came out super soggy almost like they didn't even try. Please tell me how the pancake look brown and crispy on the outside and still comes out cold and not crispy at all. My nephew even said they weren't crispy and he's 3. The lady told us that the sauce on the inside was salty and that's why they don't give extra and man was she right. 1/5* The beef noodles soup itself flavor wise was good and portion wise it was good for $21, but my noodles had no chew to them at all. I was attempting to pick them up with chopsticks and they would just break into pieces. They do give a decent amount of beef though in this. 2.5/5* for the flavor but don't expect much from the noodles. Same thing went for the works, it was a peanut buttery sauce that the lady claimed wasn't spicy, but my parents noticed that it had a kick to it even though they asked for it not to be spicy. The egg is a nice touch but not too sure if it's worth the price. Noodle consistency was the same as the beef noodle soup. 2.5/5*

Beef Brisket Rice Noodle - rice noodle itself was a bit on the thick/tough side compared to the thin, soft yet chewy texture at some restaurants. The beef brisket was tender, but the sauce itself was a bit bland overall; it was salty enough but felt a bit boring after a few bites. Adding some of the soy sauce at the table gave some savory sweetness to the dish which I recommend. Sampan Congee - Flavor was really good, and the peanuts were a great add to this given its crispy texture and savory taste. The congee itself was pretty standard and not the most velvety texture I'd prefer, but still pretty decent. Curry fish balls and pork skin - has a kick, decent curry flavor.
