My usual pho spot was closed so I came here. The service was I ordered to go. And I have to say the broth was super flavorful and the meat was amazing. My wife and daughter loved it. I got number 25 which was a mix of everything and it was the smart choice. Also get the fried egg rolls amazing !!!!!

I visited this establishment and I ordered my food to go. I ordered a seafood pho Xlarge and a Vietnamese coffee plus a order of the fried egg rolls. Let Me tell you I loved it. The pho was delicious so where the egg rolls with all the yummy veggies dang it was yummy. I will definitely be going back for sure.

I'm not too crazy about the dark broth, its a bit too dark for me. I like my broth to be like liquid gold with a bit of fat. It just doesn't look clean, or appetizing. However, as far as taste. It's authentic, rich, and full-flavor. It's a great balance, not too sweet, and the spices are not overpowering. If you could look past the darker broth, you will enjoy it. They do have chili oil, just add to your bowl and it just elevates the flavor to another level. Very generous portion. The large bowl of pho is loaded with meat and noodles. The noodles are cooked perfectly. The herb condiments are fresh and plenty of it. The fried spring rolls were tasty, and freshly made, not frozen. I believe this is a mom-and-pop establishment. The service was a bit on the lackluster side. I have to flag the older gentleman to get me more water. Other than that, most likely I will return in the future.

It's obvious this place is a. local spot. Decent, not spectacular, pho. Not too salty or overly oily. Location: On Crenshaw and Manhattan Beach Blvd about 1/4 mile north of El Camino College. Shared parking lot with other businesses. Food: I got the #24 pho soup. Not too salty, thankfully, so I was okay with drinking the soup. Plenty of beef and flavorful, but the soup itself was strangely bland, It was just odd for me having been used to stronger flavors in the soup, The coffee was strong, so don't get this later in the day if you plan to sleep at night. Summary: This place is decent. Service was good, so I can't complain there as I came in early. Ambiance is just as you would expect in a local shop: lots of seating with homey touches. I would come here if I wanted pho and didn't want to far to get it. Happy eating!!

Haven't been here since I attended el Camino in 2010 I'm glad it's still standing. Definitely one of the most consistent places when it comes to pho. Glad I decided to stop by I had forgotten how delicious the pho is and how great the service is. Will definitely come back for mo pho in the future!!

    SPRING ROLLS!

MY GOD! They have the biggest fresh spring rolls I've ever had!!! This is freakin' awesome! The peanut sauce? FUEGO! I love this spot. New favorite pho spot! Thank God I live near by. The staff is super friendly. I'm all for great customer service. The owner is super friendly! Clean restaurant. Im definitely coming back. Spring rolls were off the chain!

This has become a go-to spot for pho for me and my family. They recently restyled their menus and increased prices by $1 or so. Not surprising given inflation. But they still manage to have tasty homemade broth for their pho. The other places we used to like going to have watered down and increased the msg. But this place still managed to keep the quality so we like coming regularly on weekends. The rare beef comes out cooked though so I feel like they are remiss about that. I prefer for the thinly sliced beef to be rare and for it to slow cook in the hot broth after it comes out. But overall it is a decent bowl of pho. The flavor is still there and I like that they give sizing options so you can choose the most suitable for you depending on how hungry you are.

This food was incredible, they are not good Pho places around here, they either have not enough meat, too much broth, watery broth, bad service, or the restaurant is not clean But this place wow, I'm not going anywhere else, the servers are so polite, food is so savory and hot Also offer size of XL? And the fried egg rolls are delicious, the place is clean and the chairs good enough Prices are fair and most importantly the food is delicious! Give a lot of options too of hot sauce and chili

I grew up eating at this restaurant with my family. I remember coming here with my grandparents all the time. The food is always consistent and the quality has never changed even over the years. They're also always open which is amazing. I came back recently on Thanksgiving to eat here for lunch with my family. Still delicious as always. Something about the broth here is just different from any other pho restaurant in the area. The service is also quick, which is always a plus. The restaurant is really casual and you can come here if you're looking for a quick lunch. My family is picky about the Vietnamese restaurants they go to and Pho hong long is the one restaurant we never fail to go to each time we're in the mood for pho.

Delicious and quality Pho! Kind staff too! Really like the authentic taste of the broth!

Medium - Pho Tai (rare beef)
    Andre T.

I think it's one of the better pho restaurants in the Gardena area. Ordered a medium pho tai (rare beef) with a side of extra noodles. The pho flavor here is pretty good. I think the broth could have been hotter. As it took awhile to actually cook the beef. Maybe I came after the lunch craze but when I arrived a lot of the tables were not cleaned up yet. It also seemed like the prices may have gone up? But it's not too crazy.

    Menu of promise!

The owner is so sweet and welcoming and the cafe revamp across the different rooms is fun and unique. Everything is incredibly flavorful and so evidently made with care. The pho broth has a really great balance of flavors and the ingredients in the spring rolls are so fresh, they are really beautiful and lovely to eat. The highlight for me was the salty plum drink. Reminds me of Japanese ume candy, Hawaiian li hing mui, and Mexican saladitos in drink form. Refreshing and addicting. If you are obsessed with the salt or tajin rim on a fruity margarita, consider trying it. (Next time, I'll have to get a salty plum to-go and turn it into a margarita at home. Already dreaming of it.) Really excited for the fried banana item listed on the "coming soon" portion of the menu. I love a fried banana, and the quality of Pho Ever's food promises good things.

I was able to grab a table immediately around 11am before the afternoon lunch rush set in. Thank goodness because it got busy really fast. The restaurant itself isn't very big so there aren't many tables. We got garlic fries to start with. Ordered it because other tables all ordered it, must be good. And yes they were very good. Perfectly crispy with a touch of garlic. I didn't love the lychee drink we got. We got the bun bo hue and it was surprisingly very very good. It's got all the staple pieces even the blood cubes. My friend got a shaken beef and she devoured the whole plate lol. Also got a pho and she enjoyed it too. The food is so so good here and I can see why they have a second location. Very authentic and just good affordable Vietnamese food that hits! We left the restaurant and we are standing around outside because one of my friends ordered a sandwich to go. 10 minutes passed and the waiter comes out and asks who dropped a $100. I knew immediately it was me while I was fumbling my around trying to pay the bill. They could've kept it, I'm so impressed with their honesty and integrity.
