Cute sushi spot in a ln unassuming corner lot. It seems to have a good following because it stayed quite busy through Thursday evening dinner even though the location is a bit hidden. The interior is clean, bright, spacious. We got miso soup and they gave us little complimentary side salads with it. The sushi was very fresh and both rolls were got were delicious! I was surprised the vegan rolls are priced the same as some of the seafood rolls. We didn't try any of the vegan rolls but they have a variety of them so this is a good spot for vegetarians (had a vegan udon dish on the menu too!). Servers were friendly and helpful though service was a bit slow and our rolls took a while to come out. It's hard to find places that have good fresh fish and this is now in my rotation for sushi

Loved this tiny sushi place for its variety of rolls ( Snow White with scallops were delish!!) and sushi tacos . It seems to be a diner turned sushi spot and translates to America married Japan vibes for me. The service was great too, my baby forgot her bottle at the table and they bought it out to the car before we left . The kids have non spicy, reduced sodium udon that was delicious as well. Will go again to try more of the menu !!

Came here on a Thursday evening with a party of 5, no problem with parking or seating. Since our group was larger we decided to try many different rolls. I love sushi so I knew I'd like it, but it was even better than expected. I loved how different each roll was, some places don't have many vegetarian options in which this case was great. The higher spice level & crispiness was great. The only negative was that it was a bit difficult to get the servers' attention + slight amount of wait for food, but I will definitely be coming back.

My fiance and I spontaneously decided to come here on a Sunday around 5. We noticed it was opening a few months ago and had been wanting to try it. To our surprise, it was pretty quiet. There was only one other party here when we arrived. The location is a bit awkward since it's hidden and doesn't have much parking. Towards the end of our meal (6pm), more people started trickling in. We had eaten here before when it was Bobbi's and the interior is pretty much the same. I actually think it's cute that it still has the diner vibes. To drink, we ordered the mango iced tea and mango lemonade. Both had a subtle mango flavor and were very enjoyable. To eat, we ordered the deluxe chirashi bowl and oh baby box. Both of them came with miso soup and salad. The miso soup and salad were both pretty standard, but they get some bonus points because the salad had some radishes. The food took about 15/20 minutes to be ready (despite only having 4 parties here), but we didn't really mind because it's a really cozy place and it also just opened. All of the food was very fresh and enjoyable. The stand outs were the salmon toro (of course), fresh crab salad, and scallops. If I only had to order one, I'd order the oh baby box. The chirashi deluxe was still super good, but I liked the variety in the oh baby box more. Also, the ginger here is REALLy good. My fiance and I were trying to figure out if it's fresher/or prepared in house? It's very sweet and super thin! Overall, we had a really enjoyable experience here and plan on coming back to try the rolls.

Tried the new location in Cupertino. Food was really good and staff was really nice. My only complaint was the really long wait time and really unorganized way to coordinate the waitlist. Once inside, it took a while to order and then food took a while to arrive. It took over an old school diner so it has a cute diner feel inside with bar seating and cute little booths.

Went here for a birthday of four people - Ordered: 2 PCs seared salmon toro Oh Baby Roll Ferrari Heart Attack Baked Baby Scallop Rolls Drinks: Guava black tea lemonade Coke

A lot of fish and a little of rice, the best proportion

Food is really good! Fresh fish, rolls have more fish than rice which is awesome! Service is really bad. We ordered rolls, coke and udon. 1. They brought rolls but there was no soy sauce on the table and we had to ask about it. 2. They brought udon with coke in 20 minutes. Why should I wait for udon to get a coke? 3. We asked to bring a spoon and a little bowl for kid but they didn't, we had to ask another person again Having this awesome food, how it is possible to have this poor service?

This place is too greedy! They are taking too much online order than what they can take! We place our order at 4:30 pm to pick up at 7:26. When i arrived at 7:30 to pick up my order, the server was so busy taking order from all the seated guest. 10 minutes later she told me to come back in 15-20 minutes. They have not started on my order at all! What's the point of taking advance order if you cannot fulfill it! So disrespectful of your customer time. Order finally ready at 8:10 pm. So all and all they make customer waited for 40 minutes for take out order. Also, their kitchen is a mess! See picture for reference! About the sushi, we ordered 2 rolls, 1 chirashi , 2 nigiri, and the special box. definitely not worth the price, the sushi rice was mushy and the portion was so small. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place.

New favorite sushi place unlocked. Specializes in premium cuts of toro, hamachi, and salmon. Loved the Oh Baby box and truffle hamachi. Casual in a fun former diner space.

Great sushi. A lot of vegetarian options. Personal I like creative sushi rolls even though they are not traditional. Amongst the creative sushi I tried in the bay area this place is the best. Also the atmosphere is very cute. It's a great place to take children. They all love the decor

Really delicious sushi! The servers were attentive and friendly and I liked the cozy vibe, chalk drawings, and cute hello kitty decor. Good date spot. The rice to fish ratio was perfect, and everything was well prepared. My favorite roll was the Snow White! I wish the 49er roll came with salmon in the middle instead of just being cucumber. Salmon could've been thicker cut.

Really enjoyed our dinner here. The fish was fresh, the rolls were delicious, and the service was excellent. Nice atmosphere and reasonable prices. We'll definitely come back!

What I ordered: - Small Tagliere Misto which was a charcuterie board mix of cheeses, cold cuts, olives, honey & focaccia. Would definitely get this board again with a glass of wine. - Pizza alla Francese made with tomato sauce, mozzarella, brie cheese, speck (smoked prosciutto), arugula salad, parmesan cheese. Loved the freshness of this pizza. Lots of flavor and all around great pie. - Carbonara swapped the rigatoni with spaghetti. Creamy, silky pasta made with pecorino, prosciutto & egg yolk. My son loves this! - Lasagna just because. Layered goodness of became, cheeses, bolognese. Bubbly goodness - Testarrossa Pinot Noir I think this might be my new weekly red at home. All in all service was decent, food took a bit to arrive but was great so no complaints. They checked on us a few times while we were waiting so that's a plus. Good for large groups as they have plenty of seating.

I got their ja jang mien, and I really liked it--especially the thick, chewy noodles! My coworker got General Tso's, and we also got some veggie dumplings to share. The dumplings were a bit on the bland side, but otherwise good. Service was relatively quick. The interior is clean and well kept (I guess more than you'd think looking at the little strip it is part of), and the wait staff are friendly. The parking lot for the strip mall this is in is on the small side, though, and may be tough to find parking during the lunch rush if you don't arrive early (and I would highly suggest carpooling). Unfortunately, the customer service left a lot to be desired. I arrived shortly after they opened, and there was no greeting or acknowledgment when I walked in, even though the restaurant was empty. When I approached the counter to pick up my order, I gave the name it was under. Instead of confirming the order or asking any questions, the first thing I heard from the cook was, "Get her card first." The cashier then immediately said, "Give me your card." Only after my payment was processed did they hand me my food and say, "Thank you." I completely understand that businesses need to protect themselves and ensure orders are paid for before they're released. That's not the issue. It's the way it was handled. As a customer, it felt like I was being treated as if I might take the food and run, rather than being welcomed into a local, family-owned business. A simple greeting, confirming the order, and then politely requesting payment would have made all the difference. Great customer service and protecting your business can absolutely go hand in hand. The food was outstanding, but the experience made me feel unwelcome. Sadly, because of the customer service, I don't see myself returning.

There's a good selection of vegetarian and vegan pizzas, not to mention a variety of other items, but I am generally here for pizza. I will sometimes get the large pizza and salad deal for lunch (their Arugula Salad is wonderful, and the Pear and Walnut salad is also great) and take most of the pizza to go for dinner with my husband later. Their Cajun fries aren't quite as good as Five Guys, but they're very good and when I go with my coworker we often split an order. I like the Tuscan Mushroom pizza best, but the Berkeley Vegan with the vegan sausage is also really good (as long as you're okay with vegan cheese, which I know some people are not since it has a different texture).
