We came here after a nice spa day nearby. We haven't had lunch and my best friend was craving for some noodle soup so we decided to check this place out. We got here at about 3pm and we were seated right away as it wasn't super busy. My best friend ordered a large bowl of the Pho Dac Biet and I ordered a large bowl of the Hu Tieu for $12 a bowl, which I thought was really cheap considering some places charge even more. The Hu Tieu broth was very flavorful and it definitely hit the spot. It was full of noodles and they did not skimp on the protein. I did try some of my friend's pho broth and although it was good, I preferred the Hu Tieu broth more. This place is definitely gives you more bang for your buck, you will be leaving this place with food coma just as we did! It will now be our go-to spot when we're in Vacaville and craving noodle soup. read more

This is my one of my favorite Vietnamese places! I've been here countless times and the food is always so good! So today I mistakenly got #10 flank, steak, tripe. I noticed the tripe and wanted flank instead. I meant to order #9. Blame the hunger for not being able to order correctly. Not only did they bring the food out so quickly initially. A man other than our waiter came to check on us. I explained it was my fault for ordering the wrong number. He quickly came out with a small bowl of tendon. Now that's customer service! Food is ok. Bathroom stinks like a stinkbomb. You certainly can't breathe once you open their bathroom door. The hallway to the bathroom has a plug in air freshener which does not work. After a recent owner change at a local place, I decided to not return. I started coming to Pho Lee Hoa Phat and was instantly hooked on their pho! I realized they were due for a review after I ate it three times last week alone as fall approaches I'm sure I'll have more weeks that resemble lasts. I have tried multiple different pho and rice noodle plate as well as their fresh spring rolls and egg rolls; not one item has disappointed yet. The place is always clean. I've been to the Milk Tea Shop in this Plaza about a year ago. The last time I was at El Azteca Mexican Food II, I saw some other spots in the area that I liked including this. It looks like a traditional, descent, and clean Phở shop in here. There was a good amount of people here, when I arrived. The only other Phở shop I usually go to that have Phở Sườn Bò or Phở Beef Rib is closed on Monday. The best Phở I had so far and also usually go to, is located in a Casino. Not everybody out there wants to go to a Casino to get some Phở. Everybody else out there knows why I be posted at that Casino. A lot of Noodle shops including Noodle bars at Casino and Resorts, are starting to use instant, mass produced, and premade Phở like Ramen, it's not as deep flavored and Beefy like the real thing, it's taking the art away from preparing and making it just like fresh Japanese Ramen or Udon. I'm not going to lie, I had some Phở last night and I'm having Phở again today. There was a time, I could do Phở everyday for one week in a row. I don't easily get tired or bored of Phở like other items. I want to know how this match up. Yeah, I know there's a Phở Tái Filet Mignon here, but I went with the Phở Sườn Bò or Phở Beef Rib. Phở Tái Filet Mignon is what I go for everytime I'm in Garden Grove. I didn't expect them to make a Phở Beef Rib like somewhere like here. There's nothing like a warm bowl of Phở on a cold day. I haven't done Phở on here for 6 months, so here I am. The Beef Rib Phở is only one size, and it looks like a large. The portion is slightly bigger than other places out there that I had this version of Phở at. I actually had Phở 2000 in District 1 in Saigon like 3 times, where former National President's, elected officials in Washington D.C., and Diplomats have dined; and this is way better. The broth is actually really good. The noodles were cooked perfectly. The Beef Rib was falling off the bone, so flavorful. I liked how I can tell it was cooked for hours in the broth, and not just boiled in water. The dinosaur Beef Ribs reminds me of Texas Barbecue. I think it might be better than some other Phở shops I had in Orange County. I haven't had Coffee in like a month too, and this was so good. I was thinking this was going to be a 3.0-4.0 stars, but I give this 4.1 stars. read more

I got the combo beef pho and I consider myself kind of a snob when it comes to pho. I LOVED THE PHO HERE!! I will be coming back again! First time dining in, food was great, service excellent. This time we went I found hair in my veggies for the pho. Had a new plate but the guy wasn't apologetic about. Had to get up and ask for stuff. Asked for a bowl, there was black stuff like oil on the side, then asked for another because it was dirty. Usually when I go here, the food is good, but today just wasn't one of those days. I had gone here after my son's dentist appointment and he wanted soup to ease his sore mouth so I decided to get us some pho and to my disappointment the soup lacked flavor and more importantly it was literally 90% noodles, and 10% broth. I love pho broth so the fact that it was so much noodles it was like the amount you would put in a large bowl of pho and I had only gotten a small bowl, so I literally had to take out a tons worth of noodles and put it on a separate plate just to have a decent amount in my bowl but either way the broth lacked flavor so I guess it didn't matter, my son got a bowl of noodles and a dash of broth basically so I was pretty annoyed about that. I eat lunch here almost everyday. Food is super fast, reasonably priced, staff is friendly, & most importantly it tastes great. I get a #4 pho pretty much every time, and after several 100 orders it still hasn't gotten old. Also the hours are VERY convenient so even when I start work before sunup I can do an early lunch (I refuse to call it brunch) to get plenty of energy & electrolytes to push through the rest of the day in the field. In Solano County and Yolo county, you'll have a difficult time finding a better Pho / Vietnamese restaurant than Pho Lee Hoa Phat. This is one of two in solano county...the other is in Fairfield near the Mall. However, I think this location is better. Don't be turned off by some of the servers' / front counter staff's demeanors ... for a Vietnamese restaurant, that's a good thing lol Actually, once they know you, they are quite nice . During the winter time, I come here a few times a week. Their house fav pho #1 is really great! It has all the fixings that you'll want... brisket, tripe, tendon, steak, etc. I love it. The broth is perfect and it's enhanced by sriracha and some oyster sauce! Yum! If you want to try a different noodle, I recommend trying it with egg noodles. It adds a different texture and flavor to the soup. I give this place an overall 4.0-4.5 Recommendations: 1. #1 And #2 on the pho menu. #2 includes meatballs. Try it with the egg noodles :) 2. Combination plate: HUGE plate with BBQ pork chop and two Vietnamese style fried chicken and an egg roll. It also comes with a small bowl of chicken broth. Delicious. 3. #42A Marinated BBQ beef with a side of fish cakes, veggies, and rice. Also includes chicken broth soup. 4. Any of the vermicelli dishes are also pretty good Appetizers: 1. A3 and A8 are two of my favorites and I think are worth the price (specially A8) A3 is a shrimp and sliced pork spring roll A3 is the Vietnamese sausage roll Drinks: 1. Jackfruit snow with pearls is DELICIOUS 2. Thai tea is on the sweeter side and so is the taro Cons: Very very very rarely, sometimes the soup comes not as hot as it should be. I'd definitely eat here more often if I lived in Vacaville! But I have been here a few times and the food is always really delicious. Their pho and Vietnamese sausage spring rolls are my favorite! I've never seen the sausage spring rolls on menus of other Vietnamese restaurants so I always look forward to having them here. Their service is fine, just to the point and you pay at the counter when you're finished; a very casual ambiance. What a good find, right down the street from Costco! Looks like I've found a place in Vacaville for some pretty good beef stew and egg noodles. This restaurant is almost always packed, and for good reason. I've been here numerous times and have enjoyed every single visit. The food is delicious! As a vegan, I always order the vegetable pho with vegetable broth (not pictured, sorry). I sub out most of the vegetables for extra fried tofu so the only veggies that I keep in the bowl are broccoli and mushrooms; thankfully, they are very accommodating! On my last visit, I ordered their spring rolls and instead of meat, I asked them to put tofu in them and they were amazing! The taste and overall freshness surprised me, they were truly one of the best spring rolls I've eaten at a restaurant. I knocked off a star because customer service isn't always the greatest but honestly, the food makes up for it. Out of the few Vietnamese restaurants in Vacaville, I consider this to be the best of them all. Unfortunately they do not make Bahn Mi sandwiches here but nonetheless there's many other things to try from their menu. Good portions, good prices and most of all good flavor. I've been going here for years and I can't say that I've complained about any of the food. The service here is rather quick as well so you'll never be waiting so long.
