Ordered a large shrimp pho with extra veg. Service was very quick, and the dish was tasty, but I didn't love that the shrimp were deep-fried, making the soup greasy. Also, for the surcharge for extra veg, I would like to have seen a bit more than what was provided. I would return, but would probably just get a regular beef pho instead.

Tucked inside the Asia Mall in Eden Prairie. Plenty of parking and easy to find right on the main floor. Good vibes inside. Clean space. Good service with friendly staff. Order: Bun bo hue. Just a little spicer pho version with beef. Really delicious broth. Rich and flavorful. Add the bean sprouts and red cabbage for texture and a fresh squeeze of lime to brighten everything up. Pro tip: substitute the traditional thicker noodles with egg noodles. In my opinion better flavor and texture to the dish. Overall: Great experience. Delicious food.

Where do I start? Pho Mai is an amazing restaurant located inside Asia Mall. There food and service was on point. I was sat down quick and had my food within minutes and the place was busy during dinner time. I had to try the Pho of course, the broth was good , the portion was great. The spring rolls were good as well. The star for me was the Bahn mi sandwich was amazing 5/5. The roll was fluffy and crispy. The meat was hot and really tender. I really enjoyed the ambience in the restaurant. I would definitely come back.

If you are craving Vietnamese food, Pho Mai will definitely satisfy that itch. It's not the best I've ever had, but it's a very solid choice when you need a warm, flavorful meal. The Pho and Bun Bo Hue were both super comforting and hit the spot. The broth had great depth, and the portions were generous. One of the highlights for me was the egg rolls, they are huge and absolutely delicious. The ambiance has a great, welcoming energy, and the service was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our meal. Overall, a great local spot for a reliable bowl of noodles.

Stumbled upon this gem by accident and it ended up being one of our favorite places. Staff were super efficient and food came out extremely fast. We were seated immediately, order taken and food to table within 10 minutes of entering the restaurants seating area. We ordered lean steak noodle/soup pho & shrimp summer rolls. Everything was full of flavor and deliciously good. Staff was very attentive the entire time we were seated. We will definitely eat here again. Restaurant is located in Asia Mall so there were many food options & everything smells sooo good!

I love Asia mall and I love pho Mai! They have great Vietnamese food the banh mi is so good and so is the pho, their service is also as fast as some fast food restaurants our food came out in like 5 min! But their veggies is always fresh, meats are flavorful, and dishes are balanced and delicious!

Our favorite go-to place in Asia Mall. Never fails that we get: Grilled pork sausage spring rolls Egg rolls Pho (Beef) Chicken fried rice - new to us! Kiddos love fried rice Grilled Pork Noodle Salad - add in an egg roll The food is always so yummy. I wish I would have ordered a Banh Mi to go! Looking forward to the next visit.

We absolutely loved our Pho Mai experience! The restaurant is modern and a nice aesthetic. Servers were very kind. The food came out quick and was comforting and delicious. They also serve drinks, which was nice to have a refreshing beer and plum wine with our meals. It's located inside Asia Mall which was so fun to be able to walk around afterwards to find desserts and snacks! We're so happy to learn this is close to our house so we'll definitely be coming back on the regular!

When I say this may be my favorite comfort meal in the Twin Cities, I mean it!!!! I'm kind of a wonton connoisseur and these are 10/10 for me! They're perfectly fried, slightly sweet and large! Definitely The Best from me!!! The pho is also amazing: great broth, the tofu is perfectly cooked and nice portion size! This little gem is located inside Asia mall in EP so it's fun to have your meal and then check out the other stores or grab a mochi donut for dessert! One of my favorite spots for the unique experience and the servers are always top notch! The restaurant itself is busy but quaint and always clean. Please keep up the great work!

A great place for a quick bite especially if you're craving good Vietnamese food! Fast service and good size portions! This is our go-to place when we're at Asia Mall. Friendly staff and very casual. I used to just get Pho but after trying their House Special Noodle Salad, it's my new fave! Good list of beer, sake and wine! Certainly worth a try!

The staff here were friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated since we came in on a busy day! Despite it being busy our food came out pretty fast. I got the banh mi house special, bread was nice and toasty, the sauce was also delicious. Definitely recommend this spot if you want a quick dine in before shopping around the mall. The location is super convenient and right in the front as soon as you walk in, and was very clean!

Since the hand roll event was cancelled I thought I'd stop for pho on a dreary rainy afternoon. I ended up ordering the bun bae hue. It was ok. I wish it had more of a kick and I forgot how tricky round noodles are. I got both everywhere on me. The egg rolls were huge and meat forward. Service was super fast and efficient.

Pho Mai is a pho machine. We literally had our food in five minutes after we were seated. And the server checked back with us frequently to see how we were doing. Why can't all restaurants be this efficient? We had the pork and shrimp spring rolls. These were huge and they don't skimp on the shrimp. Also, had the number 25 pho with lean beef. Great broth, and lots beef along with the noodles. They are located in the Asia Mall. Pho Mai is just one of many reasons to visit.

Pho was fine but much better pho can be found in the twin cities. Service was really slow. Great people watching at this mall though!

We ordered the charcuterie board, which looked great at first glance until you realize it's an (extremely) salted pretzel, though that was the best part of it- along with (packaged) thin slices of cheese cut in half, canned black olives, pepperochinis, regular deli meat (ham and salami), bitter slivered almonds you'd find in the "sundae toppings" section at the grocery store, and maybe 3 cherry tomatoes sliced in half. Not to mention a handful of plain spring mix and shredded carrots, I see the vision but none of it went well together, and cost $18- for something I could have made for $3 TOPS at home. We ordered a margarita pizza, $17 for 10 inches, which was disappointing as the pizza looked like the best part of the restaurant. A bit soggy and not as distinct as what you'd expect from a margarita. Who knows, maybe the specialty pizzas could have been better. Overall, we had a friendly waiter- I love the ambiance, but the quality of ingredients are WELL below the price and extremely disappointing, even coming in on an empty stomach. Though I believe there is a lot of potential for this restaurant.
