First of all, the Pho is amazing. And it's a healthy serving. Now the horrible: They sat me in less than a minute. The waiter came over 2 minutes later and took my order. Five minutes later it was on my table. So far, so good. . Then I notice it was not what I ordered. And I had no setup (chopsticks, napkins, etc.). And no one ever looked at me again. I eventually took a setup from another table. I had to go get someone to tell them my order was wrong. They fixed that in a few minutes. At some point they hurried by and dropped the bill on my table. I put my credit card on it and they ran it through and dropped it back. But in all this, no one ever said a word to me. I was in the Alhambra area and found this online. Pleasant surprise it's a small family owned business that's serves good and quick service. Food: We ordered the waygu beef and tendon pho and bone in beef sorare rib. Waygu beef pho and tendon; The mean is very soft which was a plus, the tendon was thinly sliced and would have preferred it to be a thicker cut. But what stood out was the broth it was seasoned well and wasn't overly salty. Bone in beef sorare ribs; It comes with two beef spare ribs. The broth was on point and comes with the typical onions and been sprout on the side and mint. Unfortunately, the sorare ribs tasted kinda old and very tough. I believe they didn't cook it look enoigh for the meat to soften. Egg roll appetizer; This was one of my favorite items, it was crispy and the pork fillings was seasoned well. It also came with side of Asian lettuce and rice noodle. Restaurant & Staff It was in a Saturday and was busy. They only had two employees on the floor. The service was great and the food came out fast. The staff was friendly and did come back to our table to check up on us. Parking: It in a plaza. I came on a Saturday evening at 8p on a rainy night. Had no issues finding parking. Finally thought: Besides the bone in beef ribs, I did enjoy their pho broth and egg rolls was delicious. Good noodle and pho spot. Had another noodle craving and checked this place out with a friend. Inside is open and simple. They also had a tent covered patio space out front. I decided to mix it up and got the #47 Bun Bo Hue noodles. I liked the thicker noodles, plenty of meat, and the broth was good but could've been spicier for my taste. We also got the summer rolls. They were good but the fatty in me probably prefers fried egg rolls. If you're hungry, you'll probably need a bowl and side to get full. Got take out from here a while back. They are located in the shopping plaza across from Costco by the Panera Bread. We found parking pretty easily but I can see how it can be hard to park. Our company placed an order today on Pho N Mor website and they gave us an estimated time of the order being ready at 12:15pm. I came to pick up my order and the male server at the register tells me that it has 20 more minutes on it because they focus on the dine in and not the pick up. He spoke to me as if people who order online do not matter and that we are last priority. This was really unprofessional and bad for business. He should have said, I am sorry for the wait. Good service. I ordered Pho Dac Biet (Special Pho) with steak on the side. To me with the price right now on the menu $14.50 for Special Pho (1 size, but I think it's large anyways) and they use American Wagyu beef, for that price, it's not expensive. The broth tastes good, not too much spice and a lot of meats in the bowl. The space is clean and not Pho smelly like many Pho restaurants. read more

However, the waiter (tall guy, beard, tattoos, and glasses) was so rude. I tried to order twice and he completely ignored me and when I was half way through my meal he literally tossed the check onto my table. I ordered the vegan pho with spicy chicken and it was delicious! The broth and noodles were the best and very satisfying. The beef pho with an added ox tail was very tasty! What's up: I don't have a go to place for pho yet, but I do remember seeing this place near my work. Since that craving for pho is back, I decided to check this place out. Parking: In addition to the regular parking lot near the restaurant, there's also a small covered parking structure near the McDonald's that's not too far away. A portion of the parking lot right in front of the restaurant has been blocked off and converted to outdoor dining. Environment: Masks are required. They have both indoor and outdoor seating available. We were seated right away when we arrived. There are 8 tables set up inside the building and the place looks super neat and clean. The staff members were friendly and took time to explain when we had questions. Sauces are served in little containers. Restrooms are located towards the left of the counter and clearly marked. What was ordered: - House Special Pho Dac Biet (yum, portion size is very generous and the broth was tasty) - Summer Rolls (flavorful) - Spring Rolls (yum) Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. I really want to like this place due to its proximity, but I've tried this place at least 3 times thinking maybe I didn't get the right dish. I've tried their pho, and various rice dishes and can say that this is not good if you're used to having Vietnamese food that's. I'm comparing my taste with other Vietnamese staples in the vicinity like Saigon Eden, Golden Deli, and Thuan Kieu (which are all better than this place IMO). With their pho, the noodles seemed stale. Although the broth was hot, the noodles would not soften up and were too hard. They hardly put any meat but gave me tons of noodles (I am usually cool with this but it didn't help the noodles were not good). The broth was OK and a little bland (maybe watered down?). Also, all the tendon they gave me was hard. I've never had hard tendon served with pho before that I had to grit my teeth down hard on. The broken rice dishes leave much to be desired - again they seem to skimp on the meat and it's very salty. Oddly, the beef they gave me were pretty finely chopped instead of being larger whole pieces. Instead of giving you pickled veggies that typically come with broken rice dishes, they give you a mixed green salad, which was fine. The service here is good. They seem to follow covid protocols and don't leave sauce and utensils out there for people to get handsy with. Servers are nice and there's plenty of parking. read more

Just ordered two rolls since I wasn't very hungry and they both turned out pretty good. The rolls were freshly made and the wrap was a little chewy the way I like it. The summer rolls was hot because of the pork and it was refreshing. The bbq pork wrap was freshly prepared with lemongrass and hoisin sauce as the base for the bbq pork. The others in my party ordered the original pho that had wagyu supposedly. They enjoyed the pho and states the beef was very good. I'll have to try it one day. I tried the Bo Luc Lac Salad, not much lettuce but a whole lot of red pepper, green pepper, onion, carrot, tomato with a good amount of beef. The beef was quite tender, and t lasted 2 meals. First time coming here and was a little disappointed. The pho here isn't the worst but there are plenty other pho restaurants in the area that are cheaper and tastier. The ratio of meat to noodles was a bit off. The veges were also wilted and not fresh. However, I really enjoyed that the soup was piping hot and the meats were tender. Some other downsides were that the tables were really dirty and sticky. The floors and chairs were also dirty with food leftover from the party previously there. As a Vietnamese, I really recommend this place for pho lovers. I've only been here a handful of times(first time I ordered garlic noodles with shrimp which is DELICIOUS) and each time I stop by I'm really impressed with the food. The beef that they use for their pho is really fatty and flavorful, as how I like it. The broth itself is super robust and doesn't just taste like salty water like some other places. And the portion is huge! I can never finish the whole bowl. Their spring rolls tend to have more lettuce than vermicelli noodles which isn't my preference but that's my only gripe with the items I've ordered so far. Service is on point and however definitely more "whatdayawant" with some of the servers. Sometimes when you try to go too fast things get mixed up, when I was there the server gave the wrong food to the group next to me. Sometimes in life it's better to slow down! I can believe the customer with 1 star review below with the negative take out experience lol. It's so funny how most of their employees aren't Viet like I'm used to but the customer service is exactly how authentic Viet places are lol.
