These mini rolls were piping hot and crispy, with a chewy, bubbly rice paper exterior that reminded me more of imperial rolls than traditional wonton-wrapped egg rolls. They came with plenty of fresh greens and a side of fish sauce. The pricing was very reasonable, making this my new go-to spot for egg rolls! The Pho Dac Biet was good as well. They really piled on the green onions, and the broth was light yet packed with flavor. The fresh noodles had a lovely chewy texture. I am always down to try new pho places. The restaurant is spacious, clean, and the staff is nice. We tried their wok-seared filet mignon. The broth was flavorful and light, not salty, which I loved. I would probably come get it again. We also tried their vermicelli, B1. The shrimp was pretty good, and the pork was tasty, but they don't put a lot of pork compared to other pho restaurants I've been to. The egg roll was okay... I'm not sure why, but it tasted stale. They were generous with the basil, sprouts, and lime - none of that stingy garnish nonsense. I went with the regular size (not the large), and it hit just right: not too small, not a food coma. Just perfect. To me, that's generous. Service: Our server was incredibly kind and patient. My mom, who's elderly and likes to ask many questions before ordering, was met with grace and genuine attentiveness. He didn't rush or get impatient - just smiled and rolled with it like a pro. That means a lot to me. Bonus points: I ordered an iced milk coffee, and it was delivered by a little robot waiter. Yes indeed, a robot. Delightfully unexpected and very fun. Ambience: The vibe is clean and modern, with a playful twist. There's a charming collection of Disney knick-knacks at the counter that keeps the vibe light. Went in with my girls for a quick late afternoon meal. Not too many people anyways so the food came quick but how rude are the staff!! Like how dare I bother them with question on the menu when its just pho! ... seems they were irritated at a simple question of what size kid size pho is... but also how dare I ask for togo.. when after I realize my 8-month-old baby has needs diaper change. What a shame of new place to treat customer like that. BUT TO TOP IT OFF, they FRAUDULANTLY CHARGED MY BILL TWICE on different cards! Once I swiped the transaction didn't go through. I swiped again but the girl who was "helping me with payment" was so rude I felt rushed to give her another card to try which it did also go through. So TWO bills at 90 DOLLARS EACH for pho and spring rolls. I asked if they would cancel the other one, she said NO and said because it won't go through. I worked at restaurants enough to know that at the end of night, as staff closes the sales they have to match the ticket to kitchen to bills. If something don't match its the staff's responsibility to inform the card company to void the transaction. This case, they did not do it on purpose or by neglect. And ultimately this reflects poorly on the ethics of the staff and the owner by extension. Because a month go by I get the credit card bills for both of my card, BOTH CHARGES went through. So go here if.. 1. You wanted to be treated like crap for asking questions. 2. Eat your meal and dont ask for anything to go leftovers. 3. Get charged twice for a same meal. read more

We walked in and were immediately seated. When you walk in there's no real hostess stand, but you stand there and wait for someone to seat you. It was less than 15 seconds that we were acknowledged and seated. The guy had a great smile as he walked up to us! We were delighted to be able to sit right next to the window. Love window seating! We were given water right away with our menus. I noticed the place was packed. Good sign! Although it was packed, it wasn't loud where you can't hear each other speaking. The energy in this place was fun and enjoyable. My boyfriend ordered the Filet Mignon Pho and I ordered the Vermicelli Grilled Pork, Shrimp, and egg rolls. Then, my boyfriend offered a taste of his Pho. That changed everything, I decided to take my Vermicelli to-go and had to have the Filet Mignon Pho for my lunch. Our first Pho Now visit.... So Good!!! We went about 1p on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty busy but we were seated immediately and served ice water while we looked over the menu. Being our first visit here, we weren't sure what to get so we asked for suggestions. I got the Wok Seared Filet Mignon pho and my gf ordered the Grilled Pork, Shrimp, & Egg Roll vermicelli. They took about 8 minutes to arrive and everything was super fresh & but not scorching hot like a microwave would do... just normal hot like fresh prepared food is supposed to be. My pho was served with a side of fresh greens, jalapeno slices, sprouts, a lemon slice. Mine was so good that my gf decided to take her vermicelli to go & ordered the same thing i ordered. I feel like this place is still getting their bearings so I'm not going to be super harsh with the review. My Philosophy is that any type of feedback is good cuz it'll only make your business better. My family and I came here on like a Saturday morning and it was pretty busy but we were able to get a table right away. I thought the interior was well decorated and the TVs playing all the Vietnamese videos was a nice touch too. I think my parents would feel right at home here. So usually at a Vietnamese restaurant they take your order pretty quickly but for some reason this time I don't know there seem to be like five workers by the cash register, but no one really taking orders. I had a flag someone down and they had flag somebody down. When we finally ordered my food came out first. I ordered the vermicelli noodles. I thought they were good I had no complaints about them I would eat it again. I think the issue here is that it's a pho restaurant and there's pho in the title so I assume that there was an abundance of it ready. Well all you can see is that I finished my dish before my husband or my two kids under the age of five got theirs. And my kids love pho so it was so hard for them to watch people get their bowls before them. I had a flag someone down to ask them what was the holdup and they apologize and told me that there was only one person making the pho that day. When the pho finally came out, my kids enjoyed it. I think the chicken one was better than the beef one myself. There was a little bit more green onion that I'm used to but maybe that's just a style. At this point I don't know if I would come back. I'm willing to try it again when there may be more stable. It just didn't blow me away when I tried it. read more

We decided to check out this place after seeing their page on Instagram. The interior of the restaurant is so cute, clean and quirky! A little robot delivers water to your table, which was fun. The food was good! We saw a happy hour deal for a vermicelli dish and a garlic noodle dish with grilled pork and shrimp so we decided to try them out.
