I'm not a pho connoisseur but I really dig this spot. Although it may not look like much from the outside, this is one of the better spots within Lewisville. You can go for dessert with the bubble teas they have at the counter and you can sit down for pho of course with many other dishes (rice and other plates). My go-to is the combination pho which is stocked with all types of meats. Your dish will come out after about 2 minutes! Superb food which we have had the Pho on another day and then the chow fun or flat noodle combo today. Specifically the soft flat noodle combo so that it turned out with the little bit of gravy and oh so tender beef. It was also filled with just perfectly cooked squid, shrimp, and chicken. Generous portion so the two of us shared it. We also shared a banh mi combo filled with pork sausage and BBQ pork. That was dry so we added the chili oil provided on the table. It helped but the flat noodle dish was the winner. We have had the pho on another occasion and we enjoyed that as well. The sizes are generous. This is based on take out. Ordered egg rolls, spring rolls, beef pho and seafood pho. When you walk in the place is clean, lots of options to choose from for Pho. Got home opened up my meal. I was disappointed. The egg rolls were very burnt and they are my sons favorite thing to eat. I couldn't feed him the 4 I ordered. However the broth for the beef pho was tasty. It didnt have alot if grease in it but the meat was very little. I would recommend you order extra meat. The meat balls were cut up to small. Not sure why they forgot to add basil with my bean sprouts. I also ordered spring rolls. That too was not great. They put shrimp and a small thin thin slice of pork. I dont know if they just had an off day but if I owned a business I would not pack burnt egg rolls for my customers because I want people to come back. My sister also placed an order and her order was wrong as well. She ordered 4 spring rolls and got 4 burnt egg rolls. We both just cut our losses on our dinner tonight. It doesn't get much better than this. Let me preface this with saying I'm no expert on pho. Saying that I've eaten a ton of pho in my life around DFW, from hole in the walls in Haltom to the "fancier" (aka expensive) places in Fort Worth. This has been the best. I ordered the ribeye pho, believe it's the P1 on the menu. What surprised me is they let you cook the meat yourself in a separate boiling bowl. I've had one other place do it this way and let me tell you, they were much more expensive than here. I absolutely love that way because it allows me to control how rare/well-done the meat is. Often what I've experienced is cooks will just dump it in a burning hot soup and it absolutely ruins the taste of the meat or your soup is too hot to touch for a good bit. I also ordered was a strawberry boba, other thing this place knocks outta the park. Flavor for days. One thing I noticed too is their menu is very large, probably one of the largest I've seen. You'd be pretty hard pressed to find something that you wouldn't want to try. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area. To the staff! You all rock! I had some time to kill while I waited for the car parts place next door to charge and test my battery, so I walked over to this place and decided to give it a try. I walked in and was lead to a table and given a menu. I knew I wanted pho, so I quickly made a decision and placed my order. The server was nice, but I felt like she was rushed. It was Sunday around 1pm so I think she may have just been a little overwhelmed. Regardless, my order came very quickly. I just went with shaved ribeye and meatball pho. It was delicious! The broth was flavorful and seemed to have a good layered depth to it. The meat was tender and went well with everything. They take Apple Pay so it was a quick and easy check out at the register. I love the wide variety of dishes, including vermicelli and fried rice. The staff is always friendly, and the service is incredibly quick. I have eaten here so many times and have tried most things on the menu. You can't go wrong when ordering here because everything is so good, but I definitely recommend the combination pho and a side of fried rice. Great local spot to eat authentic Vietnamese food. Ambiance (3/5): overall, it's a cute little establishment. Nothing fancy. It has this "sticky clean" feel to it. I wouldn't recommend it for a date night or anything, but if you're just looking for good food, it's the place to be. Food (5/5): the food is always great. Rarely do you need to add salt or even sauces to the pho. There have been one or two times I've gone where the broth wasn't as good as before. But it's not, really hit and miss, they're pretty consistent. I love the Pho Dac Biet and rice dishes. Also try the pan fried noodle dishes. Don't leave without an ice coffee (cafe sua da). Hmmm..perhaps they are just not as good with to go orders? Because it seems people love this place, but it would take a lot to convince me to go back. Ordered a small chicken pho to go for lunch. The good: the young ladies working there were friendly, the order was ready quickly, the small is plenty of food, and there was a good amount of chicken. The bad....1) The food came packed in a tall broth tub and a cardboard box, so you have to put the soup together in the broth container...which was not convenient and made the broth spill over unless you poured out quite a bit. 2) The chicken, noodles, onions and cilantro were all packed tightly into the cardboard box together, so separating if you wanted more or less of one or the other was impossible. 3) The chicken and noodles in the box were stone cold...like just out of the fridge cold...the only thing that came hot was the broth, so microwaving was necessary once the soup was put together and the noodles were completely clumped up. 4) The broth was practically tasteless, even after adding hoisin and sriracha it was mostly flavorless. 5) Only a couple of sad looking jalapeno slices included-I like a lot of jalapenos. Sigh, I love pho, it's comfort food to me, but this was just not very good. read more

Pho One offers a solid option when it comes to pho. The service was excellent and efficient. I received my combination pho in a matter of a couple minutes. The broth was good. Very basic, but good. It was piping hot and was presented well. The noodles were slightly chewy, which I absolutely prefer, in fact, the chewier the better. I didn't even have to add any sriracha to the broth which is always a plus in my opinion, but I will admit sometimes I'm just not in the mood for a spicy broth. The area that Pho One fell flat during my trip was in the meat quality department. The brisket looked more like scraps and a few pieces were near impossible to chew. I should note that the raw eye of round was much better. Service was excellent. I had three different servers stop by my table to check up on me. They all seemed friendly. The prices were also great.
