This is the best pho broth on the westside. I'm so glad they brought this restaurant to Beaverton! They also have a location in Portland but this is much more convenient. This was our first time at their new location as we normally gone to the one on 82nd many many times. The parking lot is pretty trip but if you park on the street right behind it, the side street parking is a lot more accessible. The restaurant is self is pretty spacious, even though it looks a little small from the outside there's lots of seating on both sides of the cashier and it's very quiet. Even with a pretty packed house, it was pretty quiet inside ordering online for takeout. The lady was very friendly and nice and also they were also nice in person and I came to pick up the food. My wife got the vermicelli bowl number 49 and I got the pho dac biet. The bowl that they assemble for you to go it's really nice and neat but a bit on the smaller side for eating. The soup was really warm and felt a little bit on the lighter side and I'm normally used to in terms of flavor. They give you a pretty good portion, and I was pretty full after finishing at all. There was also quite a bit of meat, which is really nice because a couple for a place to live in to recently have been skipping on their meat as prices of raised. That being said it was still about $20 a bowl so quite expensive but I will definitely be coming here for my pho fixes. read more

I ordered the Bo La Lot (DIY spring rolls), which is always a fun experience. The la lot was tasty, and I liked that they had peanuts and green onions on them. I would have liked a little more flavor, though, but the fish sauce was yummy. My dad got the noodles with curry chicken, and that was tasty, too! My mom tried their Bun Bo Hue (vegetarian), which didn't truly taste like bun bo hue. Understandable since it's vegetarian, but we've had better.. Loved the ambiance, and the service was great! Highly anticipated opening for this beloved Pho restaurant from Portland. Back in 2022 the sign was posted opening soon but after months of waiting the time has come, as of March 2023 this place is open! First week soft opening was great tried the beef pho and vermicelli combination and 3 color dessert. Everything was delicious but the entrées were on the saltier side. Second visit this weekend and the Pho was much improved. The extra beefy umami soup was very good. Piping hot with brisket, flank, top round, meatballs and cartilage, quite near perfection. No dry thirst afterward so you know the broth was simmered a long while to achieve some depth and balance. Pho Oregon in Beaverton is long overdue and is a nice addition to the quantity of Asian restaurants in the area. The best Korean, Indian and Chinese food, bakeries and grocery stores. Put this on your list. The menu has a variety of items and some vegetarian options. Service staff were so nice and the interior was so bright and tidy. read more

At first, I wasn't sure about Pho Oregon because of the mixed reviews on Yelp. I decided that I needed to check it out for myself because it is so close by and the original location has such a good reputation. We came on a Wednesday night and there were plenty of people inside. The restaurant was bright and clean, and we got seated right away at one of the large granite tables (compared to cheap plastic tables, it felt so luxurious!) We were seated right away by a friendly waiter and the service was indeed fast! In fact, I was very impressed because ever since the pandemic it seems like service everywhere has been slower and just worse in general. It is an understandable thing, but the waiting game has been real. Just when I was admiring all the water, tea, and veggies, our food was delivered. As for the food itself: spoiler alert, it was good! I ordered the "everything" Pho while my boyfriend ordered the beef stew with French bread. We also shared shrimp salad rolls. Both of the bowls were large portions, the broth was tasty, and the meat was tender. I took a good amount of pho home and the leftover broth had decent gelatin-ness to it, which is always a good sign. (unless they put gelatin into their broth, which I highly doubt). Overall, I am happy that I checked out Pho Oregon and we really enjoyed it. We don't really have a lot of Pho in the Aloha area, so this will be one of our go-to places whenever we have a pho craving! read more

Let's start with the compliment veggies that goes with the pho. It is a full plate of sprouts, lime, basil, jalapeno, and straight cilantro. I mean a full plate - not like most places where they give you a small stalk of basil and a few sprouts and call it good. I love it and reminds me of better times. Oh and sooo much meat in the bowl!!! The soup is great. Not a salt bomb but leaves a nice anise flavor in your mouth. Add siracha or house made hot sauces to taste and it's great. Service is quick. I never made it to their east side location, so I was excited to see they opened up a new restaurant in Beaverton! They have a clean, spacious dining room and bring out ice water and tea, which was not very hot. For our first outing, we stuck with the Pho Oregon, which has all of the proteins. The standout was the quality of meat--all of it was nice and tender, including the tendon and round steak. The tripe was not over-cooked. The broth was not as flavorful as I was expecting, as the original location is frequently touted as the best pho in the area. They have a large menu with some dishes I haven't seen before, so I'm excited to return to try these. read more

The best pho in Oregon has finally made its way to the west side and I couldn't be happier! Everything about their pho - the noodles, broth, garnishes and meat has always been top notch. Food - I've only gotten their pho so I can't speak for their other dishes quite yet. Their broth looks super dark but only because it's full of flavor. I love how their noodles are thin but doesn't get soggy when soaked in the hot broth. There's a good amount of meat hidden underneath the noodles so make sure to mix your bowl thoroughly. The garnishes usually come in 1 large plate - bean sprouts, Thai basil, jalapeños and culantro (sawtooth herb). No other pho place in Oregon that I've been to has culantro so this shows me how authentic their pho dishes are. Service - I wouldn't expect top notch service here but that doesn't mean that the service is bad or slow. Most of the employees here appear to speak Vietnamese and some of the older employees don't appear to speak unless they're reading off your order. However, they're all super nice and will take your order and serve your food very quickly. Once you're ready to pay, you just go up to the front and inform them of your table number. There isn't much interaction in between, especially when it gets busy but you can always flag an employee down if you need anything. The only possible downside of this restaurant is the parking situation. Given that it's off a busy street and shares parking with the neighboring businesses, parking can fill up very quickly. I would advise to get to know the area as you might have to drive around before finding a spot. Pho Oregon has a reputation of being one of the best pho restaurants in Oregon and I couldn't agree more! It has quickly become one of my go-to pho spots in the Beaverton area and will always recommend it to anyone. read more

So glad they opened a location in Beaverton! This is definitely my new go to spot for pho. I was seated very quickly and the staff are very friendly. It was very exciting to see the opening of a west side outpost from this much loved SE Portland pho establishment! In a side-by-side taste taste, though, the new kid on the block isn't quite up to par compared to its older sibling. Their standard beef pho is solidly good, but not the same level of great, clean, robust bone broth I've come to expect. It's lighter in taste and the aromatics have an anise forward flavor. The beef round steak and noodles are pretty standard quality. There are lots of good pho options in the area, so this location of Pho Oregon is still a good choice... but maybe not quite the must-go destination that I'd hoped for. read more

We checked out the newest (literally just opened today) Vietnamese restaurant in town and we will definitely return! We enjoyed their crispy rolls, their pho and their beef soup. For the price we paid ($6.25), I did wish there was more coffee (see pic) in their espresso with condensed milk and ice tho because half of the glass was ice. The place is brand new, clean, and has an Asian themed decor. They had a lot of workers that allowed them to provide prompt service, which we appreciated. I've heard many good things about pho Oregon, so I finally decided to give it a try To be quite frank, I was disappointed. I'm not sure if it's because it was overhyped for me, but I just felt the flavors weren't there. I ordered pho with brisket and flank steak. I felt the broth lacked dimension. It was good, but it didn't have the depth I am used to. It tasted watered down... Additionally, the noodles were clumped into a brick, and it took quite a bit of time for me to be able to break it up. I will say that their house sauce that comes in the clear container with a spoon is quite good, but I don't think this would be enough for me to make a second trip back. My husband got the pork chop rice and it came out with 2 very thin slices of pork chop. At $19? It just wasn't worth it Not sure what all the hype is surrounding this place, but this is not it for me. read more

We arrived around 5:30 on a Thursday and we were seated immediately. Menus, water and tea all came promptly and our order was taken quickly. We both ordered the #1 and it came just minutes after ordering. The pho is delicious! There was lots of meat in the bowl, but only one piece of meatball. All of the meat was tender and fresh, there were plenty of noodles and a generous serving of fresh bean sprouts, jalapenos, lime, and a leafy vegetable on the side. Unfortunately, we did not have the opportunity to dine here due to discrimination against us and our service dogs. Upon arrival, an employee asked whether our dogs were service animals. When we confirmed, he demanded to see a "certificate." I calmly informed him that under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), businesses are not allowed to require documentation, certifications, registration, or identification for a service animal. I then clarified both our rights and the establishment's obligations and requested to speak with a manager. Went in recently with a friend for lunch. I have been eyeing this place ever since I saw signs posted near the street of a [future Pho restaurant]. Right when you enter, you realize the place is very clean and spacious. We got seated immediately by the window. And was served with water and *(bonus) complimentary jasmine tea in a pot to share. Ordering was kept simple, and we both enjoyed our entrees. She had ordered #36: A Pork Chop rice dish that came with a small salad (+side vinegrette to dress everything together and a small pho broth). -- feedback was there was a plentiful portion, and everything tasted good, but like most porl chops, this cut had a good amount of gristle. I ordered #16, which was a standard Pho Beef slices noodle soup. We both enjoyed our Entrées and I would like to point out that the beef broth was rich, flavorful, and not drowning in fat/oil. This was a pleasant surprise to find out they had a second location in Beaverton which is definitely closer to where I live. I've been to the Portland location a few times and recall that their restaurant was up there as one of my top places for Vietnamese food. Not only is the food fresh and authentic, they have a more extensive menu than most places I've been to. The restaurant isn't as spacious as the primary location, but fortunately we didn't have to wait long for a table since it wasn't super busy. We ordered beef pho, salad rolls, and crispy egg rolls and it was delicious. The only complaint is that the parking lot is very limited and had to circle around multiple times until a spot opened up, but other than that, it wasn't a bad experience at all. read more
