Best pho in Beaverton. Great service, water and tea as soon as you sit down. I always get a small no10 and it's the perfect portion for me. The broth is super flavorful and meat always tender. This has become my go to pho spot in Beaverton!

The place is nice and quiet. The service was helpful and polite and honestly very quick. The flavor of the food was very good, the pho had a lot of meat and the seasoning was on point. I would absolutely recommend it on a rainy day (every day). If I am around I will absolutely go there again.

Fried spring rolls comes with three per order but only one lettuce to wrap. Must try!

We were visiting from out of town for the weekend and checked out this place because of their great reviews. Got there around lunch time on a Sunday and it wasn't busy got seated right away. We ordered fried spring rolls to start, three pieces but with only one lettuce to wrap? Hmm a little disappointed but the rolls itself were really meaty and delicious. Then we had our usual combination pho and seafood pho. Unfortunately this place only had shrimp pho for seafood. Broth was exceptionally wonderful for both. Service was quick, but some employees don't understand English as we asked for wooden chopsticks and the dude just said "I don't know" and walked away. Parking was a little difficult and the line builds up when it's really busy as it was starting to when we left. Overall 9/10

Was craving pho and bedazzled by all the options. I just wanted a no frills pho tai so I decided to come to pho Oregon after seeing all the pictures and I am glad I did! The beef was quite tender but too little. The noodle was the store bought kind so it's ok. Overall, nothing really stood out positively or negatively. Wouldn't come back since it's out of my way but would do if it was as my neighborhood joint.

I'm happy to see that I Pho Oregon made it over here to the west side! I got a craving for pho last night and this location lives up to the hype! The service was quick with water and complimentary tea, my fiancé and I both got the Pho Oregon #1. It only comes in one size so be mindful of that. The broth was flavorful and rich but I still added in all the fixings. The bean sprouts they had a nice texture so you could tell it was fresh alongside the aromatic Thai basil. The meal was jam packed with so much meat that I almost wanted to order more noodles for a second meal. My fiance finishes his entire bowl but I had to take mine home. Keep in mind if you're just doing take out they charge a bit of the to go containers. After the meal we did feel a bit dehydrated from the salt in the broth but well worth the enjoyment. Can't wait to come back!

This lecture should not be on any serving place for fresh vegetables!

I finally checked out this second location tonight. This is a newer, smaller, and cleaner than the first and original location on 82nd Ave NE Portland, which is closer to my place. I got my usual order of Bánh Xèo and whole coconut water. It was around 7:30 pm Saturday's night so they were busy. Most people order phở came in after me and got their order before me; I understood this since mine had to make fresh when order. It took 20 minutes for my Bánh Xèo. I was glad the taste was the same as the original location but the size was a bit smaller. They gave me more than two leaves of lettuce so this was a plus. The reason I did not gave it 5 stars because one of my lettuce leave was old and sad! This should not have been served, especially lettuce is the main vegetables to make a roll to eat Bánh Xèo with. This second location is much smaller and located in a strip mall sandwiched between SW Canyon and SW Broadway Roads. There are about 20 parking spaces in the strip in front of the restaurant, included 2 handicapped spaces shared with Rama Thai and Donut King. There are street parking only on Broadway. Noticed that on both locations, though menu listed whole fresh young coconut, you almost never get a fresh one with thin, soft, and sweet coconut meat. The coconut water is still good to enjoy. P.Y. They do provide toilet cover seats Single restroom stall for men and women.

Being a West-sider, I was stoked that they opened a branch here. I even recognize the same tables and decorations :) The service was really good - I decided to get the spring rolls which was fresh off the fryer (wait a little before you bite into it - HOT!!) and not the pho, but the dry noodle bún with grilled pork and shrimp. While I was initially shocked by the price, it came with A LOT of meat. So I think it balances it out. But for whatever reason, I thought it wasn't as good as I've had of theirs before (the other location), can't pin point what it is though. Next time I should order the pho!

Really good portions, delicious broth, and the best chili oil! We ordered the dac biet and also the chicken pho which came with a side of fish sauce to dip the chicken into. No frills interior, but you're coming here for the food. Even though it was busy the day we went, both bowls were on our table in under 10 minutes.

Been back many times and what can I say? Really truly still the BEST. You just can't go wrong. Portion for price, service, all the delicious eats! I could have this several times a week easy!

Still missing the mark at times. On a not-so-busy Monday holiday the pho noodles were way over cooked that fell apart trying to eat it. Broth was fine but once again on the lighter side for my tastes. MSG is very apparent here... almost masking lack of technique. Again it's simply lack of quality execution... recipes of course stem from their establishment on 82nd. This will be my last visit unless meeting up with friend who want to come here.

I came in to eat some Bun Bo Hue while visiting from California. Pretty typical Vietnamese restaurant, vibes and menu options.

    Good for group?

Depends on group size. They have a lot of space but the place is pretty popular. Food also comes out fast. I would just call ahead if anything.

We got lucky and pulled into the last open spot. There were a good amount of people inside but we were seated right away. They have a little shop area in the front that was super cute too. Their menu is pretty large but in the best way. There's literally something for everyone from spring rolls to pho to banh mi. My friend and I each got our own DIY spring roll set and I got a cup of beef pho broth with an order of rice noodles to make a mini bowl of pho for myself on the side. The spring roll set comes with 4 sheets of rice paper, fresh veggies (lettuce, basil, cucumber, pickled carrots), rice noodles, your choice of protein (we chose pork sausage), and dipping sauce. The pho broth was flavorful and the noodles were cooked perfectly. The spring rolls came out amazing and were so filling. My only suggestion would be to have the carrots shredded instead of sliced to get a more even distribution within the spring rolls. But overall it was a fantastic meal. I definitely recommend giving it a try!

The chicken curry was flavorful, but there wasn't much chicken--mostly sauce. Unfortunately, the dish was also quite salty. The lamb butter rice had a similar issue: very salty, with only a small amount of lamb and a relatively small portion of rice. The server was very nice and friendly and did a great job taking care of us. The atmosphere is probably the biggest draw. The restaurant has a beautiful, almost jungle-like vibe, with plants hanging throughout the space, making it a fun and stylish place to relax and enjoy some drinks. Overall, we spent about $70 for two entrées and two drinks, which felt a bit pricey considering the portions and the saltiness of the food. The food wasn't bad, but this isn't the place I'd choose if you're looking purely for great food. It feels more like a place to enjoy the atmosphere, have some creative drinks, and hang out.
