The service was also terrible, because the servers messed up our order twice, and then spilled the broth of the extra pho we didn't order on someone. 3. Quite literally one of the best pho places in downtown Boston!!! Have been going here for years- always packed and busy but they work hard to get you seated and served quickly and efficiently. The food here is beyond delicious- their pho broth is perfection and their thai teas are full of flavor. Came on a busy Saturday evening and got food served in less than 15 minutes! So, despite my love for their pho, I have to admit that the delicious pho might be the only good reason to dine here. Everything else I've tried on the menu is lackluster, and while the service is quick, it could also be described as abrupt, unwelcoming, and rude. I recently tried the "Jumbo" shrimp lemongrass, which had shrimp that were anything but Jumbo - these were more like medium / U40. And the lemongrass was too raw/firm to eat most of it.
