I love pho and my son and I used to frequent Pho My Lan on Maunakea St. regularly. Pho My Lan is no longer there anymore and in it's place is Pho Que Huong. My son invited me for dinner at Pho Que Huong on a cold night recently and it was delicious. We both ordered pho and went to town when it was placed in front of us. We even forgot to take a pic before we started eating. It was piping hot they way I like it. The noodles were cooked perfectly and I love the selection of condiments on each table. I love my sambal on my pho and am disappointed if it isn't on the table. We will return for sure, there are many more cold nights coming and we know where to go. read more

I enjoyed the food but some people on yelp reviews that there is a lady that was rude. I went twice to this establishment and I didn't seem to come across anyone being rude. I mean I'm not expecting fine dining especially in Chinatown. I come for the food. The staff was cordial enough. It's good but not as convenient for me to come all the time. parking - there's street parking available for a good rate! otherwise there's always the chinatown municipal parking, a stalls can feel a little tight but very doable. credit card for parking payment staff - staff was cordial and took orders in both vietnamese and english. they were able to accommodate substitutions in our orders order - i got the build your own combo pho with tendon and meatballs! i actually had ordered brisket instead of tendon, but i didn't really mind the change too much. we also shared spring rolls. as a personal preference i didn't really care for the tendon or the meatballs, but the pho itself was flavored enough to eat without sauce. my mother had gotten a chicken pho, i took some cha lua (pork meatloaf) that was actually much more preferable over the beefs i got in my pho. serving size - good serving size! was very full by the end of the meal. cost - good quality for the cost! one of my family's current favorites for a good balance of flavor to price. read more

One of our current fav places for Vietnamese food. We always order the sampler appetizer platter which can itself feed 2 people as the entree. Hands down the only place I go for my Vietnamese food. PARKING: they do have street parking out front but they also have a parking lot structure that's cheap. I think it's free first hour & after is maybe $2. FOOD: We use to come here with my mom when it was the old pho place but I forgot what it was called. Recently maybe like 1-2 years ago we started coming here ALOT. The inside looks simple place but nice. When I was pregnant I came here soooooo much. My cousin girlfriend introduced us to other foods other than just pho soup & the summer & springs rolls. We got the RAW BEEF SALAD that is so bomb. I even eat our Filipino raw meat called Kilawen. It was a Sunday and there were some parking out on the street but we had already parked in the Municipal parking. Whenever we go to Chinatown we always park there. It had been a while since we've gone and the parking had changed from manned to automated where you pay with credit card. Guess it's hard to find people who want that type of job. Anyway back to the food review. I always like to measure the authenticity of a restaurant on how many "natives" are eating there. Pho Que Huong does not disappoint in that department. I would guess ~80% of the diners were Vietnamese. The Pho broth was tasty and clear (the way I like it). I had the Seafood Pho and the Wife had the combination. We ordered and the food came out in under 5 minutes (or at least it felt that fast). There were many workers either serving, cleaning or cooking. Definitely no complaints from me. Prices are fair as we are in Chinatown. I'm guessing if this restaurant were in a more "upscale" neighborhood they'd probably charge 10-20% more. This is definitely a recommend for me. read more

The food came out on no time and was looking great. The pho broth tasted amazing while the noodles were nice and al dente with a nice snap back while chewing them. The star of the show was how much meat they have you! There must have been at least 15 slices of rare beef in my bowl. The pho tasted great, and the fresh herbs and veggies really complimented the dish. I enjoyed squirting a little hoison and Sriracha on a plate while dipping the meat in the sauces. Overall, it was a great place to dine in and eat after walking Chinatown all day. Customer service was good, and the restaurant was clean as well as the restrooms.
