Stopped in late for a bowl of pho and damn it was good! Plenty of fresh herbs, huge pieces actually tender chicken. The lady serving was On her own but friendly and efficient. I think I liked it more than tango. Will return!

    Banh Mi #1, horrible.

This was my 2nd time here and my last. The staff were nice enough. However the restaurant was pretty dirty. Dirty dishes at several tables. The condiment containers were nasty, sticky fish sauce covered bottles, dried condiment on the outside of the bottles. The silverware had dried & crustified food on them. My water class still had lip marks, fingerprints and smudges throughout. I ordered the Banh Mi (# 1 on the menu) This has got to be the worst Banh Mi I have ever had!! The roll was so over toasted, when I took a bite it shattered like a bread grenade. The ingredients seemed to be thrown in with no regard, the cilantro, daikon, carrot and jalapeño were sitting on the bottom of the basket. So I basically had to re-build my sandwich. The vegetables didn't seem to be pickled either. But they were nice enough.......

#21 grilled lemongrass chicken bowl with noodles, carrots and bean sprouts. Nice for summer. A bit pricey.

Plenty of tables. Clean space. Bottles of condiments not messy. Service very good. Proportions good. Lemongrass marinade was not strong enough to taste like lemongrass. Food was still delicious though. Wished the music wasn't so generic and loud.

I usuay order the vermicelli bowls here and the veggies are fresh and the meat is flavorful. The interior is modern and clean and food service is always quick. Their prices are a little on the high side for a noodle bowl - $15.50 for the vermicelli bowl and their spring rolls are expensive for two small rolls. But the food is consistent and tasty

Always good for lunch, and is a regular on my list of places to have lunch when I'm in Hillsboro. The atmosphere is pleasant and clean: quick service and friendly staff, too. My go to on the menu are the Vermicelli bowls (beef, chicken and salmon) and pho (I've tried them All..,delish) - the portions are generous and always fresh and delicious. They are located in a very busy multi-business strip mall, and parking is tricky sometimes. Give them a try next time you're looking for delicious food in Hillsboro.

Great food and service. Been here at least 5 times and Pho is always tasty. Thai tea is a favorite.

Over the years, I've brought friends and family here, talking it up enough that they're willing to make the journey with me. I always recommend the tofu vermicelli bowl. The fact that my tofu-skeptical father sang its praises after I made him try it is a testament to its flavor. I still think of it as the gold standard of tofu. I was recently in the area for the first time in 5 or 6 years and decided to go back to Vivi's with my mom. It was the first thing that popped into both of our minds-a real jinks moment. I was nervous that it wouldn't live up to our memory. Vivi's had moved around the corner from their old location-a cute, cozy little cafe-but their new restaurant is more spacious, hopefully to accommodate the flocks of diners that their food merits. I got the tofu vermicelli, which was exactly as I remembered, equally flavorful and generous in portion size for $15. My mom got the papaya salad for $5.50. I previously thought I didn't like papaya-I was mistaken. It was a unique and refreshing dish that I would 100% go back for. Vivi's food tastes fresh and nourishing and at the same time satisfying and rich. We were short on time and were prepared to have to take it to go, but our food was out in 10 minutes. I don't usually write reviews, but after so many great experiences over the years it felt long overdue. A small business that has maintained their quality at reasonable prices over the years deserves to be recognized with a recommendation. Give Vivi's a try!

Bonus points for being in walking distance of Next Level Pinball Museum. Meal came out quick with warning its very spicy (It wasn't that spicy but it had a decent kick compared to the usual dish I've had in the Portland Area!) Staff are friendly, soup was genuinely one of the best I've had in years, the Limade was also a killer and I recommend getting it to pair along with. All-in-all, was a fantastic place to contribute to my late birthday outing.

The menu isn't too expansive, but definitely has something for everyone. I LOVE their pho, it's currently #1 on my list. The broth is delicious, and the steak is very yummy. I will eventually try something else I'm sure but don't sleep on the pho! Service is always polite and swift. We've already been back twice since our first visit.

Should have known, walking in here at 1pm, we were the only patrons. That's okay, maybe it's after the holidays and people are at home saving money. A couple of things I want to point out: 1) An employee sneezed and didn't change her gloves and continued working by handling cups. I had to ask another employee to tell her to change them out, but she was very hesitant to do so. 2) Another employee coughed over the condiments bottles (hoisin) and didn't cover her mouth. 3) The pho soup was so oily! By the time I was done with my meal, it felt like my mouth was rinsed in oil, and there was nothing I could do to get rid of it. The upside: 1) Cute place, well decorated 2) Pho soup tasted authentic and it was hot & steamy when it came out. (Small portions.) Pho #1 is $17.00 for one choice of meat. I will not be back. Parking lot is shared among other businesses, so there are plenty of spots to park.
