I ordered 4 thai iced teas and order egg rolls at 2:30 and they said it would be ready in 15 minutes I get here at 2:55 and they tell me I have to wait longer for the teas that they are not ready I asked them how much longer and they can't give me a straight answer I had issues previously because it takes took them over 5 minutes to get one thai tea ready . This is my go to PHO spot in Rancho Cucamonga. I have been to every pho place in Rancho and this has to be by far the nicest staff. Every other pho place I have been to the customer service severely slacks. The owner here is really nice to my wife and I. The pho doesn't taste loaded up with MSG like other places (not making you super thirsty after eating due to the MSG). The egg rolls and spring rolls are fresh and delicious. Just a heads up guys, the restaurant is located at a huge shopping center and there's plenty of parking available. Upon arrival, I was welcomed and acknowledged by the friendly staff. For this visit, I was dining in the restaurant. I went ahead and ordered an appetizer: Shrimp & Pork Spring Roll (6 Pieces) and from the Vermicelli section: #40 Bun Thit Nuong (Heo Bo Hoac Ga); I ordered it with Charbroiled Pork. I waited for my order but not for too long. When my order arrived, I could tell that they took their time in preparing the food. When I was eating my food, I could taste the freshness and flavor it had. I really enjoy the Spring Rolls, which are my favorite; especially when you have it with the peanut sauce. My overall experience was great and was very satisfied with the customer service. I was asked in a timely fashion if I need a refill. That shows me that there is genuine concern for your customer. In my personal opinion, I would recommend Pho Spot, if you're in the Rancho Cucamonga area wanting to have some Vietnamese Food. I normally always get my pho here. I am sick today and unable to drive in the rain. I decided to put an order in through door dash. It get accepted and then it gets cancelled because they are out of stock? I tried to call the restaurant and someone answered twice and mumbled something, and then hung up. An employee didn't wash hands after touching raw chicken, multiple containers of food were at unsafe temperatures and there was white residue in the ice machine with condensation dripping from that area onto the ice.
