Don't usually give such a low rating but have to as our take out order took 25 mins extra (45 min total), no explanation or even apology, and 2 tables were served that arrived after me before we got our food. So ridiculous. My friend also ordered via phone at the same time and we waited together. They had their meal for their family within 20mins, went home, and were finished eating at home before we even got our meal. No apology, no water for my 3 year old as we waited, and no care for the delay. I really feel the servers and employees don't want to work there and absolutely ruins the restaurant. Doesn't matter if food is good if the service is garbage. Will give them another chance to redeem someday. read more

I haven't been here for about half a year but the quality of the food here had gone downhill. Sad to say since this place was almost a staple for me prior to them being one of the best (subjective). Stopped by this little Vietnamese restaurant for the first time and so glad I did. This is hidden in the corner of a shopping mall by the drivers license facility in Naperville. It's decorated minimally with wooden tables and chairs, on the smaller side as far as restaurants go. Neat and clean. All the staff are super friendly, service with a smile. I had spring rolls to begin which were fresh and crisp served with a delicious peanut sauce. For dinner I had the pho ga, which was a huge bowl of chicken broth with chicken breast, bean sprouts, cilantro, Asian basil, scallions and lime. A bowl full of comfort, so good. I have been here only a couple times and have loved the experience and food here very much! Here's the breakdown: Pho (flank steak with noodles): 4.5/5 Very clean taste, broth is smooth and beefy. When the soup comes out, the noodles are not clumped together. This is a good thing! They should never be clumped together, that's a sign that the noodles were either overcooked or a certain technique wasn't used properly to keep them from sticking together. Overall the soup is delicious and my kids always finish their Pho. Strawberry smoothie with boba: 5/5 This is by far the MOST beautiful smoothie presented in a Vietnamese restaurant. You will usually see the typical plastic cup and lid, but not here! They put your smoothie in a mason jar, which then has a chalkboard label with their name written in chalk. It doesn't stop there. The smoothie is then topped off with whipped cream and a straw. Staff is very nice and friendly! They will make sure that you are taken care of. I will continue to come back! read more

This is my Go-To spot in the West Suburbs. No need to go all the way out to Argyle when you have this in your backyard! I typically get the same things every time I come here so I can't speak to the extensive menu but when I do come with friends, I do end up having food envy when I see their plates come out. This is an excellent spot to satisfy my pho cravings. Their soup broth is very flavorful and you get a decent amount. We got p4 and p5 pho bowls (brisket and tendons, steak and tendon) both were delicious. They came out really fast too! The service was nice and responsive. They gave plenty of napkins too. Came right after IKEA. Super surprised how flavorful the Pho was! We were kinda skeptical about this place, not gonna lie. We eat a lot of Vietnamese food in LA, Chicago, NYC, and SF. We ordered P1 Pho, Bun combo, and Vietnamese ice coffee. We actually came specifically for that Bun Bo Hue, but they didn't have it during COVID-19. Man that ice coffee was rich and delicious. It was rich like drinking straight milk chocolate. It was not overly sweet, which was good. We brought the Pho and Bun home. We heated it up with some veges, and the broth still maintain so much flavor. That was another surprise! There was this thin-sliced beef similar to what they use for shabu shabu, which was a really great addition to that pho. The grill shrimp on that bun was good. You can actually taste the shrimp.
