    Shrimp fried rice

Terrible service and unsanitary conditions I ordered the shrimp fried rice. When the food arrived covered in egg, I politely asked if I can get one without egg. Instead of making a fresh plate, the staff took my food to the kitchen and brought the exact same plate back out, telling me I'd have to pay for a second meal if I wanted the order fixed. Even after speaking to the manager, they refused to make it right. On top of the blatant lack of customer service, the restaurant itself is quite nasty and poorly maintained. I paid for food I couldn't eat and left. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about their customers.

Solid 3.8 on this visit... it was great to have this place close by on a rainy day. This place wasn't too busy when we got there after 5pm on a Sunday, but there were guests engaged in conversation, and munching away on their pho, bahn mi, or whatever their choice of delicious fare was. Our server recommended the seafood pho as one of her favorites, and the grilled shrimp spring rolls as a good appetizer. She must love seafood because she also recommended the calamari. We also enjoyed the I noticed that this place also has a bar for the adult beverages, but we kept it pretty simple on this visit. Mariana E was an amazing server. She made some spot on recommendations, and made sure that the drinks did not go unfilled or that the table got full of empty plates. We will most certainly return, but we'll try to come earlier before some of the pho proteins disappear.

Back to the Mecca of Bún bò Huế or (Spicy Noodle Soup) this is a hidden Vietnamese gem. I had the chance to eat in Hue and this delicious spicy beef soup has yet to "make it" in mainstream American cuisine. It's a rich and spicy soup with deep layers of flavors. This soup is paired with tender slices of beef, then topped with lots of fresh herbs. Pho Tres Bien Noodle Bar make a very authentic BBH. I promise you'll love this version! The service was very smooth and pleasant. The ambiance is colonial French. So, there is a lot to love here!

I always love coming here! The pho is always delicious and I love that they have a small option, so I can order an entree still. I love how fresh and flavorful everything on their menu is! You can't go wrong with anything. Service is always great as well!! 10/10 recommend!

I've been here a few times and always enjoy the food. One time I made a take out order and when I got home, a meal was missing. One of the servers drove to my house and dropped it out. So I thought this was different but what you would expect from a restaurant. Too many places tell you to come back if they messed up. The food was always good so you can't miss. Definitely worth a try.

The shaken beef was a little chewy. The taste is fine it's just the type of meat that was used is not pleasing to our standards. It could use more improvement. The tre bien combo met my standards. It was a little too sweet for my taste. I've had really good authentic Vietnamese food so my standard is pretty high. We ordered extra beef broth but couldn't finish it as it was just really salty. I had to order hot water to dilute the broth. Our kids order pho and the 1st word was meh . According to my in laws, it's hit or miss. I'm hoping that their food would improve as there's not a lot of good places to eat in El Paso. The service was good. She kept her calm as we had a big party. The ambiance was nice but really could use improvement on consistency.

Food was goood!!!! We ordered saigon platter for an appetizer and maaan, that was delicious!!! We shared it amongst 3 people, WE EAT a lot! And that app was more than enough! The service was not that great. The nice girl in the back of the kitchen should've been in the front and the girl in the front to the back. The tables were dirty when we got there and when we asked if they could clean it, Gisela didnt look too happy. We dried it with the menus they handed to us. The ambiance was great AS ALWAYS!

Mediocre review but ok The restaurant is beautifully decorated, cute, clean, clean bathrooms, ordinary staff, no smiles. It must be very hot. Food prices are a bit more expensive than other places I've eaten. I ordered the Brisket and Tendon and Shaken beef steak cubes, it tasted ok but the cutlet was very small for $12.95.

This is as delicious as the rest of their locations across town. The portions were big and the drinks were so refreshing. Even had to try some of that boba that came in an interesting presentation. You can take a look at the menu online for a bit more options. The service was good and the staff was attentive. The seats are comfortable and the decor inside invites you to stay in and take your time with the food. The restrooms are clean and parking isn't an issue. I can't wait to try out more of their dishes. Provecho!

Lousy service and subpar pho, would not recommend. Pho does not take over 45 minutes to prepare and even when we got it it was lukewarm.

We had wonderful meals of BBQ, Southern, American and Mexican food but we started to miss our Ramen meals back home. This place was great. Ot had a youthful, edgy vibe with cozy and nice colorful decor. We ordered the Thicc Boi and Birria Ramen, and ordered sides of the Thai Peanut Cucumber Salad, and Pork buns. The salad was a nice appetizer. We wished we had this back home. The dressing tasted peanutty with black sesame seeds and a nice acid balance. Kaemada's Ramen has El Paso influences. The broth had full bodied flavor, the meat was cut thicker with grilled char! Please also try the Birrea Ramen! We eat Birria broth and tacos at home and this ramen bowl was a great marriage of the 2 dishes. The thick cut and grilled char feature was also included in the pork bun. It was so tasty and satisfying with the thick pork cut, which I often thought was too thin anyways in the original version. They took the best El Paso meat flavor and Japanese presentation influences to make Kaemada's dish unique and their own. Don't expect the delicate and refined dashi broth Japan has. Be open to the bold flavors of the pork and broth. Expect a Southwest and Japanese fusion of robust and evolved flavors. Personally, I like firm noodles so request it cooked this way. Izzy, our server was friendly and attentive. She made our meal there more pleasant. Don't forget to order the Yuzu Cheesecake, light and not so sweet with a strong presence of Yuzu. A great finish to our meal. 10/10.

The dishes were very well made, as if the owners were preparing them for themselves. We could tell a lot of care went into preparing them. I ordered Gom Bibim. The dish was visually pleasing and delicious. The flavor of the noodles was light. Often, the noodles in bibim kooksoo are drenched in sauce. These were prepared just right. The bedding of mixed greens were very fresh and paired nicely with the spicy noodles. My daughter ordered Gom Tang. The dish was good. The broth was a bit saltier than the traditional gom tang. She said that the egg was good. My sister-in-law ordered Gom Ramen. She said that it hit the spot. Delicious! We also ordered mandoo. They were served with a light kochojang sauce, and were hot and crispy. I highly recommend this restaurant. We are in town for the BTS concert. I also picked this place due to the reviews but it seems like the name has been changed and maybe the business owner as well because it's now called Sushi Gang.
