This is the second or third time this happened when you order three types of meat with your phone, especially to go make sure it's there supposed to include brisket rare stake and flank unfortunately, upon arriving at home, I discovered that once again there were only two types of meat. It makes me feel very sad that this restaurant is taking advantage of their customers own to go orders

Our favorite spot for Pho! Our family LOVES Pho Vi! The staff is super friendly, the service is fast and the food is great! We always get pho, the spring and summer rolls are great. We've had several other dishes and they're always good. The prices are good and portions great.

Food was excellent, Service was efficient, and ambiance was relaxed and clean. I ordered the Special Rice Noodles Plate Combination of grilled Beef, Chicken, Shrimps and Egg Roll. Served with rice noodles, lettuce, bean sprouts, cucumber, pickles, fired onions, peanut and fish sauce. It was absolutely delicious and had wonderful flavor! I thought I was supposed to choose the meat but you get all of it! The fish sauce comes on the side so you can add a little at a time to flavor how you like. This dish has become my new favorite go to!

First time trying this place and it was pretty good. However, whenever I go to a Vietnamese restaurant, I usually always get pho. And I went off that beaten path today and I probably shouldn't have. What I got was good but It just wasn't as good as pho usually is. Today I got Bun Bo Hue which is good, but in my opinion pho is better.

My boyfriend and I absolutely love this place as a healthy treat. The staff is super nice and attentive. Their portion sizes are great, dining in or taking out. We really love the special rice noodle bowl (picture) and the pad thai. When doing takeout, I like to split the meal into two portions as half is enough for 1 meal! Only thing I'll say is that their online menu isn't 100% accurate as they lower the dish price to help mitigate the website service fees (so ur not paying more for ordering online) - so if you call to order just ask the final total so there are no surprises!

Tried this place last month. Food was fairly tasty. Large portions. Wanted to try some Pho but it was far too hot so we chose other options (I'll go back in the winter for that). Ordered the Pad Thai, Kids Plate, and Rice Noodle Special. Flavors were there. Meats were perfectly cooked and seasoned. One thing that grossed me out was a small hair in a dish of side dipping sauce. Usually that's a deal breaker for me to not come back, but I do still want to try the Pho since it's what they're known for and what everyone raves about. Needless to say, the inside could be cleaner. Servers were mostly younger kids. They were polite and attentive. Food was incredibly affordable considering how large the portions are. Restaurant is located in a shopping center by a King Soopers. Ample free parking.

I'm just gonna say it. I wasn't expecting much from this Pho restaurant. However, I saw all the good reviews and we decided to drop in on a colder evening. Once we entered we were seated immediately. I ordered a small meatball and beef pho (some places don't have this combo, but I was so excited they did). My husband got the large and as you can see from the photo, it is quite the difference in sizing. The first thing you gotta do when you sit down with a bowl of pho is taste the broth(before you put all the fixings in). I took a sip and I was very pleasantly surprised. It was good!! The noodles were cooked right and the meat to noodles ratio was better than some other places. I enjoy a bit more noodles than meat. We also had the eggrolls and they remind me of the ones my dad makes. They're packed with more meat. The only thing I wish , was that the eggrolls were bigger. Otherwise ,amazing flavors, and great fish sauce. This may be our new go-to for Vietnamese food down here at the Ranch. I will report back on other dishes.

I liked the people, the place, the menu, the location, but honestly I paid $30 for leftovers that I can't eat. It's a shame. I've never before seen anything this greasy. The owner came out to my car after I exited and asked why I didn't like it. While I respect that, he explained that what appeared as grease was instead, sauce, and that it was flash fried. The problem is that neither the sauce nor grease had taste or spice. When I placed several pieces of beef on a napkin, they saturated the napkin with oil. Maybe it's an oily sauce? They were generous with the beef. The beef quality was pretty good, and the vegetables were unique enough to merit praise. If it were me, I would ramp up the taste quotient in either the marinade or sauce, eliminate 90% of the oil, as it's unnecessary, and add spice. This could be a healthy dish if they used avocado oil, way less oil, and reduced the salt.

I have been eating at this location for many years now. I recently went in to try the new Chicken…read moreArtichoke and Asparagus Rigatoni bowl. I also ordered the Garlic Chili Ramen. I asked for extra artichokes and asparagus; the amount actually in the bowl was so small that if I received "extra", the standard amount must have been zero. I was charged for extra on both veggies, but did NOT get them. The noodles in the Ramen were severely overcooked and sat in the bowl as a giant wad of mush! Garlic was burnt. Both bowls were swimming in oil--those noodles were definitely sliders! The Chicken Artichoke/Asparagus Rigatoni was disappointing, but the Ramen was downright disgusting! Starchy mush swimming in oil. Yum! (NOT). 27 dollars down the drain for "food", some of which (the Ramen) was inedible. Complained to Noodles & Co. corporate, but have not heard back. Ambiance, as usual, was noisy and loud with garish lighting. Service was OK, but the card machine had some serious balls asking for a 25% tip for that so-called "food". I don't tip unless my order is taken at my table and the food is served at my table. People taking your order at the counter, ringing you up and then handing you a bag are NOT servers, they are counterstaff and are being paid much more than traditional servers. Seems like everyone has their hands out for tips these days, even at the UPS Store! People need to rethink what tipping is and why it exists, and who merits it and who does not.

Thank y'all.
