Pho Vy fits those requirements and more! They have a large menu with selections from noodle soups to rice plates. The price is reasonable, the restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly. I eat a lot of pho and have tried over a dozen in the area and up in Denver. This place is legit and deserves your business. Pho comes down to broth and meat. They do both well, but their meat is really nice and about twice as much as you'll get other places. Their brisket is lean and perfectly cooked. Nice to have a great pho place in the ranch and look forward to trying other stuff off the menu. Soooooooooooooooo worst service I have ever had in my entire life. We just ate here and I asked for limes for my water TWICE. No straws were given, and everyone else around us were given straws. I asked for straws and watch the server/owner whoever it was, do 3 other tasks before coming back with my straws and limes. We asked for extra limes and was told it would be an additional 3 dollars for extra limes...I said never mind and he still brought them. I asked for them to be taking off from another server because ours acted like we didn't exist after asking for limes and straws. When we were clearly done, he did not come and ask if we were ready to pay or anything. Never came to refill our water. Everyone else around us have a check in a black check book and paid table side and when I called him over to ask for the check, he made us pay up front. Now I try not to blame things on race however all 3 of us were black and the only black ones in the entire restaurant. As a business owners if you dont treat everyone the same and have customer service, why be in business. read more

It's a good Vietnamese restaurant. I've had the egg rolls, spring rolls, pork rice noodle bowl, pad Thai, and combination rice noodle bowl and all of it was delish. Service was great and they have good bobas. I had the lychee flavor. read more

The staff was horrible it was our waiter in particular he was rude and inconsiderate he kept raising his voice at us when we were trying to order and would just be so rude when you were trying to order to the point where we had to get up and leave he treated us so horribly, I wasn't able to catch his name but he had long hair on the top of his head and the side of his head was shaved he was working around 4:45. Just had the Vietnamese rice pancake app. The portion is more than generous - 2 large crispy crepes - enough foe 2 people. Very fresh ingredients, maybe a bit greasy but then I guess that is what makes it super crispy. Seems this is a popular dish here. Service is excellent, friendly and fast. read more

This was my second time giving this place a chance but I will never eat here again. The brisket was very tuff, chewy and basically inedible. I also had to devein half of the shrimp myself. Very disappointed and would recommend going to another restaurant for Pho. read more

I've been missing California pho until I found this restaurant! Veggies are very fresh and the sprouts were cleaned and sorted. And the fried tofu in my veggie pho didn't taste or smell of meat or egg rolls like other pho joints. I will definitely come back whenever I crave pho! read more

I ate here with some friends on 12/18. The food was good but the service was horrible as I attempted multiple times to get our waiter's attention for clean utensils, water and the check. I left no gratuity as I felt none was earned however I noticed a charge for $8 more than I originally authorized ($56.09 instead of the original 48.09 for 2 regular pho, 1 small pho, and grilled mussels). I returned on the 12/24 to rectify the charge. I asked for a manager and explained to the short older man, who said he was the manager, the situation. He seemed confused so the host took over and returned the disputed $8. I then stated to the manager that he should make sure it doesnt happen again as customers dont appreciate being stolen from. He then got very aggressive and shouted that they didnt steal as he just returned the money. I then explained that it shouldnt have happened in the first place and I had to return and bring up the issue in order to even be reimbursed and ended up just walking out as the supposed manager became more irate claiming again that they didn't steal. Overall just bad vibes from the manager. Definitely not the reaction I expected from a business if they made an honest mistake. Was not at all apologetic but more confrontational. Definitely would not return just based on this interaction with management. read more
