LOVE THIS PLACE!!! One of the best pho's in Austin. We got the beef pho and pork spring rolls. The pho broth was so rich and flavorful and didn't taste like it had a lot of extra seasoning. The service was also amazing. We came in about 30 minutes to close and the staff was so sweet and accommodating and served us right away. Will definitely be back. 10/10.

Got some lunch from my favorite oak hill Vietnamese spot! Love these Vietnamese egg rolls so much. I love that you can get a party tray of them! The appetizer has 4 for $7. Usually when you dine in, it comes with some lettuce which is a great pairing, didn't get it with my Togo order but that's okay. I was pleasantly surprised by the extra half of a sub in my order. I always thought a banh mi should not be more than $8 but with the extra portion, I understand why they are priced at $10. Actually a steal if you think about it. My favorite protein for anything Vietnamese is pork. The meat was plentiful and savory. While I was waiting for my order, I saw a mochi fridge that I'd never seen before. It's was interesting to see and definitely made me want one. The restaurant was quite busy on a Tuesday at 1pm. Which makes me so happy for the owner, always love supporting them. Can't wait to be back soon

This is probably just a restaurant you go to when you're too lazy to cook but still want to sit down somewhere (i.e. don't want takeout). They probably also make a killing from their takeout business. Either way, I still think they should invest more into presentation. Also, small note but we were only given one pair of chopsticks - my mom and I wondered if they assumed I didn't know how to use them for being an Asian American young person When both noodle dishes came out, the food was sitting so haphazardly on the odd rectangular plate they chose I started to question if this was gonna be good. I thought my singapore noodles were way too spicy but flavor was still great. My mom had the stir fried noodles and they weren't spicy, had ok flavor, but the noodles looked cut up & not several longer pieces. When the shaken beef came out, that had better presentation but seems to be inconsistent based on photos I saw on Beli. It was also miles better than my dish, makes sense why it's a chef's special. Next time we'll have to try their pho, which is what they are actually known for & what we saw 2 other patrons eating. And maybe also some of the Chinese appetizers they kept tantalizingly showing on the TV.

Food is amazing!! Service is amazing!! 10/10 recommend!! We also love watching the show that they always put on the tv!!

We went for dinner on a cold night and this place delivered. The service was fast even though they said there will be a wait. The food was amazing and their pho is very tasty and delicious. Their menu is so good and they have Chinese as well as Vietnamese options. Their prices are very reasonable.

Perfect day for pho. This ended up being the only pho spot open the day after New Year's, and they were open all the way until 9pm. We decided on pho last minute and it was about a 25-minute drive, so we called ahead. The guy on the phone suggested placing our order in advance since they were closing in less than an hour, which was super helpful. Once we arrived and sat down, our food came out within 10-15 minutes. He kindly apologized for the wait, explaining that it was an unusually busy night since all the other pho places were closed and everyone was craving something warm and comforting because of the cold, gloomy weather. They were so busy they even ran out of bean sprouts, which was a little disappointing since they really make pho extra special. The space itself is casual, clean, and roomy with plenty of seating. We also ordered their dumplings and fried egg rolls, and both were delicious. The pho itself was incredible. Big, flavorful, and so satisfying. We finished every last bite, and the spice even helped clear up some sinus congestion we were dealing with. Despite the chaos of the night, we left happy and full. We'll definitely be back the next time a pho craving hits.

Wow what a gem! Such an authentic viet spot! Great customer service, our waiter was very attentive and lovely! We got the beef pho and chicken vermicelli. Both were absolutely delicious! So much flavor, each bite was delightful! Would absolutely come again!

The pho was delicious! Coming from NYC it's hard to come by Pho that hits just right. This place did it! The fried dumplings were good too. The service was pretty quick and the food came out fairly fast. They have TV's and had the World Cup soccer game on haha. Great ambience. Will be back!

Beef Pho, Fried Vegetables Dumplings, and Singapore Noodles

Service is great. Food is great. Ambiance is chill, def enjoyed it. The only reason this is 4/5 is because I love spicy food and Singapore noodles is a go-to dish for me, but here the dish had a sweetness in it that I wasn't a fan of. We got the dumplings and the pho and both were delicious! Def coming back.

New mom pop shop in Oak Hill. Excited to see some more viet spots opening down south. While fairly new they have some kinks to work out so patience is key on wait times. Definitely family ran with folks in the kitchen and the kiddos manning the front. Menu needs to be revamped to be clearer on options as some line items aren't clear. Food is good overall. The vermicelli bowl is fresh, pork is tender,and plentiful ! Fried wontons are a great starter! Pho broth is a tad different but still flavorful. I'll let the phonatics figure it out for themselves.

Moved to this area recently and decided to stop by after a long morning of unpacking. It's a small, comforting mom and pop shop. Service is very friendly and quick! I ordered the bun thit nuong with egg rolls, pork, and fried tofu. The food here tastes home made... like everything was made with love! Pork was marinated to perfection (the perfect hint of lemongrass), and egg rolls were all made to order and it came out piping hot. I came into Pho Wok with my partner, and we both left so incredibly satisfied. The food, atmosphere, and service here is just something that left us smiling even after leaving. I got a bowl of pho with brisket and meatballs, and my partner and I shared an order of their fish sauce wings. Y'all. THE WINGS. WERE SO GOOD. The wings were crispy but SO juicy, and the umami of the fish sauce was balanced by the sweet glaze and fried garlic. The bowl of pho was exactly what you would expect, executed perfectly. The broth was light but fragrant and hearty, and the portion was incredibly generous. We got a Green Thai Tea and a Vietnamese Iced Coffee to go, and they were both delicious. I love coffee and when I tried the coffee, I almost cried. Very strong coffee flavor but sweet and VERY smooth!! Not bitter at all - easily the best Vietnamese Iced Coffee I've had in Austin! Attentive waiter & wonderful food! The "shaken" beef was a generous portion & tasty, as was the pho (with very homemade - fresh broth) & the shrimp / pork combo spring rolls. Huge portions! The reviews for this relatively new Oak Hill restaurant are pretty good. So we decided to give it a try. Kind of disappointed: Maybe ordered wrong dish? The Pho tasted good, but later we both felt strange in mouth: seemed too much MSG? The Appetizer we ordered was Combination Platter. We did not expect everything in it was deep fried! Wow this has got to be my new fave pho spot. Too bad it's out in Austin Tx and I live in California. The restaurant is very nice and clean with a great ambiance. The broth on the pho was so savory and delicious. The portion was very generous and the grilled chicken spring rolls were amazing. This place is a 10/10 for me. I just stumbled onto this place from a Google search. I ordered the crab puffs as an appetizer, they were really nice. For my main dish, I got the steamed vermicelli with pork and shrimp, accompanied with fish sauce on the side, of course! Really delicious, incredibly generous portion! I could only finish half of it and had to take the other half home! I will be definitely coming back to try the Pho soup!!! read more

I've been here before and I will continue to keep coming back!!! Friendliest staff ever and the food is amazing. I always get the chicken pho here and my boyfriend gets the vermicelli chicken bowl, both are excellent items to get :) The restaurant has nice calming music playing and warm lighting that makes you feel extremely welcomed. Please please please come here and support this local business, the construction nearby has been a huge struggle for them and they deserve all the love and recognition read more

We are eating here their opening weekend so I don't want to give a harsh review for this place. We really enjoyed the vermicelli and it came out hot and flavorful. But we also ordered a stir fry noodle dish and the noodles came out pan fried instead which made them like crispy noodle patties, and it was bland. Just a little salty but that's it. The spring roll we had was shrimp and pork and the shrimp was delicious but the pork was dry and an off color. It didn't taste like anything and I didn't eat it but my husband did and he was ok with it. It took a while to get our food, and one dish came out like 10 minutes before the other. But, again, this is their opening weekend so I can't fault them for much except the food quality. The place is cute and laid back and fairly quiet. We will probably come back at try it again and give it another go. read more

My family and I have tried a variety of specialties on the menu and each one was first rate. The beef in the Shaken Beef entree is melt in your mouth tender. One of my favorites is the Kung Pao chicken. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. It is owned and run by a wonderful family. read more

Saturday we met our niece here for lunch in the early afternoon. The gentleman who met us at the door was very friendly and told us to sit wherever we wanted. The restaurant was not crowded. It's in a strip mall and is not fancy but it's very clean. They let us take our time looking at the menu and then promptly took our orders. We ordered the pho and a flat noodle with vegetables dish. Everything was absolutely delicious. Even the beef in my noodle dish was good and not chewy like in other restaurants I've eaten in. I see why their yelp rating is so high. My husband was telling his coworker where we ate and she has already been there, it's their favorite pho place. We will definitely be returning, it was worth the trip to Austin. read more

We were about to leave but then saw that they have a patio and so we made our way out back hoping that it'd be more comfortable but they had a live band playing (also pretty loud but a bit more tolerable) and all the tables were full with people who were in full-on Saturday party mode already so we came to the decision to just grab a slice of pizza and maybe try and stop by again later. After the show later that night we were hungry and saw that Tigers Den was open late so we thought we would try again even though we knew the place would probably be even more popping. Like we predicted the actual bar was still on full blast but we were pleasantly surprised to find the back patio was a lot more chill as the last band of the night were wrapping up their set. They also had a great heating system installed that made sitting in the partially open air very comfortable on that chilly night. We ordered using the QR code and the food was ready pretty quickly.
