Their food truck came to my apartment complex this week. I got the chicken quesadilla with maple Chipotle sauce and the house cheese sauce. The chicken was soft, but I couldn't really taste the maple Chipotle sauce. Maybe they forgot to add it to my order? Overall, I thought there was nothing outstanding about this quesadilla, and nothing to set it apart from a normal quesadilla you can make at home. Definitely wouldn't pay $15 for this. Update: My food was scheduled for pickup at 5:45 pm and I was in my apartment eating my food by 6 pm, so it definitely didn't take me 45 minutes to pick up my food. I had requested the maple Chipotle sauce when I submitted my order online, and nobody asked me at the pickup window which sauce I wanted, so perhaps if I had gotten the maple Chipotle sauce it would've made the difference. read more

Food truck came by our apartment complex today. I got the grilled wings, fries and the chicken wrap. Fries were fire! Chicken wrap was really smoky. Wings were good but I wish I had gotten the phoenix dust rub (cajun, garlic, phoenix). The cajun ones don't have a big kick. One thing to note, they were not wearing the masks at all times. The service was good and the staff performed well. I ordered the steak fajita quesadilla. Since it had fajita in the name I expected vegetables. The price of $15 for a quesadilla with food product cheese and steak was a bit much. The quality of the meat was acceptable. The cheese was a version of a nacho sauce. I am a real food snob and prefer actual cheese. I would not have purchased this if I had known it didn't have the fajita vegetables: peppers, onions, tomatoes. I recommend they remove the "fajita" from the name of this sandwich. The taste was acceptable and I ate it. It was a little too salty for my taste, but I don't use a lot of salt. read more

We got the chicken tenders with sweet spicy rub with chipotle sauce and loaded fries! yum the fries came with guacamole too, they have a variation of what you want on the fries or just get em with everything on em. will definitely be back to try some more stuff! This food truck came to my apt complex one evening this week and I'm not sure why I ordered because all the red flags were there. To start, their generator was just sitting on the side walk, when it's supposed to be secured onto the truck. It was the loudest generator I've ever heard, by far. Annoying af. I walk up and there's no menu. Neither of the guys on the truck are wearing a mask and I'm forced to have a close conversation with them about the menu because of the generator noise. He rolls through a couple unappealing options and gets to a rice bowl, which I go for with steak. I'm asked if I want queso or cheddar broccoli as the "sauce". I confusingly opt for the cheddar broccoli on their recommendation. "Ok, that will be $17.32. It's big, like enough for 2 people". I give them a $20 and let them keep the change. Now to this rice bowl. Rice wasn't washed or cooked properly, was just clumps of sticky crap. The beef was half inedible gristle, but seasoned decently. The cheddar broccoli "sauce" was more like a really rich soup, and had no business in this dish. The bowl was doused in this "sauce" to try to cover up its shortcomings. Not successful. They also gave me another sauce on the side that had decent flavor, but made 0 sense after the cheddar broccoli swimming pool. If I didn't throw most of it away, I could have easily finished it by myself. Not a 2 person dish as advertised. Not sure where you get off charging $17 for that pile of failure. The food here was amazing! I came out here with my mom(very very picky eater) and she too was in love. We had the grilled wings, quesadilla(i got the steak and shrimp 10/10!!), cole slaw, and drinks. We tried most of the sauces blood of the Phoenix (Blazin) was our favorite. My mother loved the cole slaw and will be the first to purchase the wing sauce should they bottle and sell it. The flavor combination and customer service is equally amazing. This place is definitely on our return list! Ordered online for pick up and my card was charged instantly but never got a confirmation email, just saw "pickup at 5:55" at the bottom of the screen after paying. Arrived and was told our order was never received. Showed the worker the card statement showing the transaction for the order. He called his boss then had us talk to his boss through his sweaty in-ear headphones. The boss told us we were welcome to place another order and pay again. We reiterated that we already paid and our card was charged. He didn't seem to care. We asked if our order could be canceled for him to reimburse us, and he told us we could walk away but he couldn't reimburse us. Seems like a poor way to run a business. read more
