Only one suggestion is that you respectfully remove the pastrami sub from your menu, this is the third time I have ordered it and it has been worst every time. Worst ever experience in a "restaurant" in my life. Employee (boss?) was angry and almost agressive. He didn't greet me when I entered (it happens...) BUT looked at me in a very bad way... Pretty good! The delivery was about 40 minutes, but I live pretty far away anyway, so the wait is good. The lasagna was actually still hot and ready, kind of like they just pulled it out of an oven. Definitely delivery pizza joint. Quick to get out of a hunger attack when you don't have much time and want something fast that does the trick, but is not worth ordering a second time from. Pizza dough super stale, not soft and fluffy like thicker kind of dough, not crispy thin like the thin type. Is no man's land pizza type, I can't compare it to anything. Sauce is very generic as are the rest of the toppings. Arrived super cold although I live very close by. Their pasta dishes are better, but not special either. The food is delicious. I've never had any problems with taste or quantity. Personally I LOVE the pasta from here every though it's a bit greasy. I will say though I have only ordered over the phone and through online and the employees are incompetent, last time I placed an order I waited 2 hours and my food was not heard of. Food is always great. What really puts me off about this place it's the service provided. After waiting for an hour I spoke with what maybe the owner or manager has terrible attitude with his customers. I went in for a large pizza and was told to wait for 20 min. After an hour, I came to speak with the subject in question where he made me feel like a imbecile. I asked what was the status of my order and he followed up with " I don't know what's your order" instead of asking for my information, I asked if I could pay with card as they seemed to be having issues with their POS (point of sale) and he pointed in a different direction, to show me that they took card payments. 1 star because the delivery was faster than expected (by about 10 minutes), the delivery guy was nice and gave me a coupon for my next order, and the nutella cannoli is DELICIOUS. However, I paid $13 for what was supposed to be crab pasta in vodka sauce. What arrived was square chunks of imitation "krab" atop spaghetti swimming in sauce. Nowhere in the description do they mention that it's not real crab, AND because it isn't real crab, I am not sure why it costs so much. Even Red Lobster, where seafood goes to die, uses real crab in its pasta and it's priced similarly to this place's!
