Me and my girlfriend thought it was very good tasting, but for a triple deluxe cheese burger and fries, cost almost 10 dollars, okay reasonable price except for the fact me and my gf were both still hungry afterward. We both had the Double Cheese Burger and split the Fry`s.First the Service is stand at the window and order, then that call you.The food is made to order and fresh.They have a sweet relish that comes on the burger that neither one of us liked, Pickle,Onion ,Tomato,and no Lettuce?The burgers are small.The fry`s where just O.K.We were not impressed, I don't` see what other see, the place is packed at peek dining times ? So I just got back from this place after reading all of the great reviews and all I can say is "What a disappointment!" It took 15 minutes to receive the order. I got a double bacon cheeseburger. The meat was way over cooked and they use processed american cheese. The fries....waaaaaaay over cooked! So much so I returned them. It wasn't only how they were cooked but they also tasted strange. I mean, how hard is it to make decent fries?! I also ordered a cherry Sprite which tasted like it was flavored with cleaning solution. I really wanted to like this place as it was a small Mom and Pop establishment but bad is bad. the hubs fave quality fast food in washington. being the burger connoisseur he is, he ranks pick quick (fife, not auburn) above dick's and next to shake shack. normally i review for me and not him, but he insists i give it five stars on behalf of him. everytime we're headed to the south end, we always make sure we have cash so he can grab 2 burgers (even if we are going south to eat). not greasey like frisco freeze, just a good old fashion burger with the fixing & add-ons. my boss taught the hubs a trick - order chili on the side and double fist with burger. If you're looking for a spot that offers delicious burgers, fresh cut fries, an incredible selection of milkshakes and a great atmosphere to eat at this is the place to go! Really reminds me of the In and Out franchise. Menu is simple, but everything is made to perfection and the food doesn't give you that guilty feeling of over indulging like these other fast food joints do (Mcdonalds Burger King etc) - Two issues: they accept CASH ONLY and WAIT TIMES for your food is unfortunately LONG. There's an atm machine in the gas station next door if you need to pull out money but fees are ridiculous so come prepared. We waited for almost 30 mins for 3 burgers, chili cheese fries, reg fries, XL drink and 2 milkshakes. Understandable that the building is extremely CRAMPED (fits like 5 skinny people in there) but they should extend it ?! On beautiful days you can sit and enjoy your meal on their picnic tables in the grassy area. Overall, the food was worth the wait and we enjoyed the scenery and every bite. I believe this place always has a crowd and I think the hours are weird (sometimes they're closed for months at a time I think?) but we Will def come again. read more

Double meat double cheese is the closest to an In n Out Double Double you can get in the area (that I have found...still searching, but this is 98%!) Unfortunately more expensive than In n Out. Fries good, so are the shakes. read more

This is a local burger joint that has stood the test of time. It's your basic burger, fries and shakes, all of which are served hot and fresh --well, not the shakes, of course. But what I really like about this place is the park like setting of their dining area. They have lots of picnic tables, some in the shade and some in the sun, and lots of beautiful flowers in planters all around. ah, pick-quick. i want to love this place, as it fits my profile of a classic burger stand: great neon sign, cool little building, and located on old hwy 99 since the 50s. sadly, the food is overpriced and just not that memorable. the salient feature of the burger being a huge slice of raw onion, about a half inch thick (i took most of it off), with an equal slice of flavorless tomato. they do have an interesting array of shake flavors, and my espresso shake was just fine. read more

Great place to get a burger. in the summer days awesome because they have benches to sit and eat on. Only thing i dont like is the wait, it is very busy from 11:45-1:00pm daily. but i think it is worth the wait. the fries are handcut daily at like 6am and are very tasty. on the weekends they seem to put more salt on them, but during weekdays they dont put that much on and are very good. the only 2 local burger places that are up to par with this are the burger express in Federal Way and Frisco Freeze in Tacoma. all three i would rank about the same. And when u go in, it is usually the same people working and its a family owned so always good to go. read more

It was about a 50 mile round trip for us but we felt it was worth the trip. Boy were we disappointed with the product and the price was much higher than we remembered as well We ordered 1 double cheese burgers, 1 fries and 1 small 12oz root beer each. But when I get to the window, there are 3 kids messing around and 10 min later when they saw that my order was sitting there gave it to me.
