1st and foremost I love my Mexican people,I a chicana but man please hire people that understand and speak clear English. Second we got the "family meal deal" 33.99 fine it comes with either white rice or pay more for stinking fried rice..rice is the cheapest food on earth! We ended up getting fried rice ,chow main ,orange salty ass chicken ,the house special which I believe was chicken (they only let u choose chicken ) dumplings & Rangoon. Plus a small drink that came out to 40 bucks for 2 people not a family.. . A family of 4 would need more food than this . The food in general was very salty and bland. Would I come back here again ... nope I'll stick to panda or your hole in the wall Chinese food spot. read more

Picked up food from an online order today. It was the Chinese chicken salad. When I got there the food was already in a bag and tied up, So I assumed that everything was in there. I got home ( 4 mi ) and my husband asked where the salad dressing was. This was our lunch that we were sharing. There was no dressing at all. Of course I'm not going to drive 4 mi back just to get salad dressing. Eating a dry salad is simply not delicious. I made a dressing with ingredients that we had on hand, but it wasn't the same. This is coming on the heels of an order two weeks ago in which the employees were very rude when my husband picked up food. I'm not sure what's going on with this location, as I've never had issues there until now. Hoping that Pick Up Stix makes this right & fixes the problems. Typically the food is amazing. I love this restaurant. They food is always cooked just right and today was even better than normal so I had to write my review. The staff is always nice and helpful with suggestions and substitutions. Firecracker chicken and chow mien are my go to plates. My experience here was great. Only 5 customers allowed inside at one time. Employees wore masks. The customers were allowed to use restrooms. Lots of customers are seen eating outside in their cars. The food was delicious. I had a special request and they didn't flinch to say yes. I ordered the Kan Pau chicken, half tofu half chicken. The tofu was delicious. We ordered this evening and the small portion size for the price aside. The flavor, or lack there of was stunning. Everything even down to the fortune cookies was either bland or off tasting. Both portions of fried rice were inedible and mealy. The house special chicken was two notes, totally bland or extremely salty. The orange chicken was two notes as well, totally bland or eye wateringly laden with vinegar. The aforementioned fortune cookies were totally bland as well. It was not only money wasted on this place, but more on top of that for something from another place because we couldn't finish what got from Pick Up Stix. Oh and there is the MSG reaction that hasn't come up from any other Chinese place we've eaten at in the last two years. First time trying this place. 1 handicap parking stall. A on the door shared area with two other places. Parking is tight because it's busy in the area. We were greeted by very friendly and smiling workers. The smells are very good as soon as you walk in. Very clean tables and floors. Seating for about 30. Seating outside for 4 tables of 2. Menus are above the register and are very big and clear. They also have paper menus. They cater and they have delivery. Ordered our food and we had a lot of food. Our food was delivered to our table and it was very hot. A few minutes later they brought out chocolate Fortune cookie. Didn't really like that but it's ok. I think we will be coming back to pick up sticks. Liked the menu and will try other things soon. read more
