I haven't had this food in so long because the location where I'm from close down and so when I saw this place was nearby my hotel I had to go give it a try and I miss it so much. Then I got back to my hotel after getting the food to go and I was so disappointed. The food was burnt and it tasted burnt. I am so heartbroken because I know this flavoring of this food is amazing. I am visiting in the area and decided to have dinner before meeting friends for coffee. It's a rainy day so not very many people out and about. The restaurant was pretty empty so no waiting in line to order. The restaurant has an open floor feel with nice floor to ceiling windows. It is clean and the decor is casual. You walk in to the counter and place your food order, take a seat and your food order will be brought to you. My food was ready quick and hot, nice for the cold weather. I had ordered the Firecracker Chicken. It had good flavor but there was a little too much of something. I couldn't quite pin point it, but maybe vinegar. The staff helpful and nice. read more

As a vegetarian / vegan, it's hard to find fast Chinese food! I love coming here for the tofu options, though there are only 2 to choose from if you're vegan. The serving sizes here are amazing, I always have enough for two meals! Great for family style, and would recommend the firecracker tofu. Food service is quick, and restaurant is clean! This is a usual and local Chinese restaurant near my home. I usually pick this up on the way home from a long day at work.... I am always greeted with smiles and often by name.... They even know my order :-) it's not necessary, but it's just a nice touch. Food is always good! Can't figure out why this place has a low score. We had a nice lunch there yesterday and it was really good. We tried the wild caught salmon and the vegetable rolls. They were both delicious. The people working there were very helpful and friendly. It's nice that Pick up Stix uses non gmo food. That's one of the big reasons we tried it out. Ignore the bad reviews here because they are a good restaurant. Maybe they had issues in the past, but based on our experience yesterday we didn't see any problems. read more

So the food was just OK, we felt it could have been much better, fresher and tastier. We ordered the beef broccoli (meat was tough and chewy and the broccoli limp with an overpowering sweet sauce) and the Won Ton soup (soft soggy overcooked wontons, odd tasting filling, bland broth). Neither one of us finished our meal, which should tell you something. Maybe it's just this location, or maybe they were just having an off day. We won't be back though. With food being so expensive (even fast food isn't cheap these days), we are more selective on where we spend our money and what places we patronize and return to. Getting good value for fresh tasty food is a minimum requirement. Unfortunately, this Pick Up Stix, on this day, at this location fell way short of that. So it's a hard pass for us. read more

Had Kid's Chow Mein, it came with cream cheese wonton and a drink. Good portion. Only thing I thought it come with veggies in the noodle, I asked them they said because it's kids chow mein. So I guess kids don't like with veggies. Taste was good and a big portion. read more
