I ordered a #13 Mike's Way with extra onions and cut in half and wrapped as two separate sandwiches. The sandwich I got had no vegetables or vinegar and oil and it was not cut in half. I called to raise a complaint and was told I had to bring the sandwich back to the store for a refund. That totally defeats the purpose of ordering through the app if I have to drive to the store to get a replacement. I use the app so I don't have to be inconvenienced by having to drive to the store for a pickup. I also had to pay for the delivery fee! Is it too much to ask for the order instructions to be followed? Why does the customer have to go to the store to make the mistake right? I ordered the sandwich, clearly explained what I wanted on the sandwich, so why is it my problem to correct the error? Very, very bad customer service!
