Picked up my new 2012 Ford Focus at Bill Pierre. My salesman Ricky was nice, knew a lot about the car and wasn't too pushy. The Sales Manager, however, was. I am an X-plan member and the price of the car was already set. It saved me several $$$ in added dealer fees. I did have to point out that they were trying to overcharge me on Documentation fees. Ford caps it at $100 for X-Plan purchases, they tried $150. I had my financing lined up already, but the finance manager pretty much begged me to have him find me a loan. I let him and he ended up finding one whose APR was .8% less than my BECU loan. That was a plus. Finance was very, very pushy about the extended warrantees, service plans, etc. Here's where they'll get you: they'll say they're going to give you a "discount." "It's usually $1100, but for you, I can give it to you for $599." No thanks. I also got a shitty value on my trade-in, but it was a shitty car and the dealer had to make money. Hey, what's capitalism without a little profit? Another plus, my car wasn't in stock, and I agreed to let a driver pick it up from Medford, Oregon. I was prepared to take delivery of the car with 700 miles on it. However, when I picked it up, it only had 75 miles (they put it on a flat bed) and didn't charge me a dime for it. All in all, most of the other reviews were about spot-on, however I didn't have too much of a problem. But, as they say, your mileage may vary. read more

My 97' Ford Taurus tanked. My credit is not so hot, and I just got my dream job; needles to say I was scrambling to get a car to get to training. The salesman (Erik) locked in on my desperation and convinced me that a truck that cost 15,500 dollars was the only thing available to me, and that I had to get it because there was nothing else on the lot that would fit my credit. That was an outright lie. Luckily the universe threw me a lifeline. the paperwork got messed up and I was able to back out at the last minute. But not before they managed to find a way to keep my $500 down payment, and claim that I dented the truck. Which magically showed up when the same salesman who screwed me over, drove the truck across the lot. I'm pretty sure he stopped and kicked it. Being in sales my whole life, I can tell you that these jerks are the reason why all people hate salesmen. They are untrustworthy, unethical, and uninterested in the customer. Drove 45 mins to view one of their used vehicles to find out they had already sold it...a little heads up would have been nice before I make that drive. Not accommodating at all for they had us waiting around for half hour outside in the cold as they scrambled to find a vehicle to sell to us. They ended up showing us a similar vehicle with a "clean" record that had part of its bumper sticking out (don't worry, we pushed it back in for you). A lot of ways they could have made good out of a bad situation if they had some level of professionalism, but they treated us like we were some jokes trying to waste THEIR time. Maybe they already met their sales quota that they just gave zero cares. I came ready to buy a vehicle (not even necessarily the vehicle I inquired about that you already sold), but unfortunately you lost my business to another dealership that actually treated us like serious customers. **Note all 5-star reviews are coincidentally identical with so much "awesome salesperson" name dropping? read more

These guys have zero respect for the community they operate in. The neighborhood has written letters asking their drivers to slow down or drive on the main highway instead of cutting through the neighborhood. There are two daycares on the back side of the dealership where they like to speed down and fail to yield to the right of way at the intersections. Their lot and surrounding area is trashy, and in one greenbelt area, they have a homeless person sleeping on the property and fail to do anything about it. I have approached them on three occasions where I was either nearly hit while walking my dog or being cut off while driving home. They have no interest in dealing with the issues of their drivers. I am still waiting for a call back from the last incident, not holding my breath. They are a horrible operation that deserves no patronage. read more

My wife and I bought an all black 2000 Ford Ranger XL Sport Pickup when it was new in 2000. I remember that day very well. It was a Super Bowl Sunday, we had just eaten at Tony Roma's and while driving home and thinking about replacing our lovely 1978 Mercury Monarch, I suggested we stop at the ford place that used to be here in Ballard. We had no intention of buying a vehicle that night, we just wanted to look at options. We had an Explorer or a Ranger in mind. While Susan waited at Ford, I test drove an explorer and while they were good in say 1985, they were too bulky and bouncy in 2000. So, I told the salesman I wanted to look at a ranger but I didn't want power everything, I wanted manual windows, 4 cylinders, standard cab/bed and automatic transmission. He led me across the lot to an all black, just washed, glistening Sport Ranger with the lot light shining down on it and sparkling off the alloy wheels. (cue angelic voice chord). It looked sporty and cool. I test drove it and loved it. We grabbed Susan and drove it a little further and she loved it too. She said it reminded her of a black lab puppy sitting there and from that day forward, she called it The Puppy Truck. Huh? Oh Well, we'll just call it the PT for this review. Needless to say, we bought it that Super Bowl Sunday during the game and much to the glee (and dismay) of a football fan salesmen. We're not football fans so we didn't care. Freaks, you say? Well, maybe a touch. So, to honor the warranty on the PT, we took it to Ford's service department for the 30,000 mile maintenance program and even after the warranty ran out, I still took/take it to Bill Pierre Ford's Service for maintenance. Why? Because they know that truck like the back of their hand, they've kept it running like a top since day one, they are all about customer service there and they are honest. Plus, they have all the latest gadgets that can scope out your Ford/Lincoln/Mercury completely and leave no stone unturned. I trust them with our Ranger implicitly and that's saying a lot coming from me. So, if in the future anything major needs to be done to it, Bill Pierre is where I'm taking it hands down. read more

I've been searching for a new car for some time now so when I found a car I wanted I was told I was pre approved after their application process. So what's anyone do, I sell my current car within hours and drive over to Seattle the following day. Mind you I live 5 hours away so I wanted to be pre approved to make this entire process less stressful. IT WASN'T!! Arrived about 2pm they had me fill our more applications and then didn't tell me how much I was approved for or what cars I could afford. They just kept telling me I couldn't afford the car I wanted which was a Ford Focus 5 door SEL. We spent 7 hours in this dealership, never once did they show me a car I wanted nor did they show me anything comparable to what I wanted. I left the dealership with the car I wanted but I'll NEVER again purchase a car from them. I felt lied to and pressured to buy something I didn't like or want. Our sales guy who I worked with over the phone prior to driving to Seattle didn't even help us when we arrived at the dealership ( he had a cold but still was at work).. I was beyond frustrated buying my car with them and I'll never do it again! read more

**MOLD THROUGH OUT VEHICLE** Need I say more? I will though... I went to check out a 2011, yes 2011!, vehicle that I had seen online today. Upon opening the trunk I knew something was weird. The trunk had light mold throughout the rug, we then went to the back passenger area. The seat belts were completely covered with spotty grey and blue fuzzy mold, mold was coming out of the speaker compartment, the front passenger floorboards were covered in fuzz... The sales person, bless his heart, **shrugs** and says, "Would [the mold] deter me from buying the the vehicle?" HA! Needless to say I walked away with the same amount of money in my pocket as I had entered so I guess I saved money today. However, there were no winners. read more

I can't believe I am writing a good review for a car salesman, for those of you who don't know me, I hate this breed of human and have, on multiple occasions, told them to go F*&^ themselves and walked out of a dealership due to how pushy they get. Just ask the Chevy dealer across the street. This review is for buying a CMAX energi with Captain. I have been here before and felt very uncomfortable but we got SUPER lucky and found Captain on our last go round and I have to say he is the best car salesman I have ever met. Just outstanding. Actually, he may be the best salesman I have ever met, in the, best to work with from a customer perspective. Why Captain is fantastic and you should ask for him by name: Does not pressure you: This is huge, he never pushed us. We went and drove some cars and he asked for all our info as they do. He was so nice and laid back I actually gave it to him. He did stay in touch, but never in a creepy way. Just checked if we had questions. If I told him we needed a few weeks, he didn't write for a few weeks. He did follow-up after that time but I know had I told him not to write me anymore, he would have respected that as he did all my other requests. Also, I told him I don't like phone calls and he never called, just texts. So again, he listens and communicates how you want him to. This is huge as most car salesmen don't do this and it pisses me off. (see above) Super accommodating: We were buying a car because we are expecting a little one. I used to have a mini, and I loved that car. It was kind of unnatural how much I loved that car. In an effort to keep it, we decided to try and put a car seat in the back to be 100% certain I couldn't keep it. That was about as hilarious and sad as you can imagine. Needless to say, a 6'1'' husband and a car seat don't both fit in the mini. I had a mild freak out moment at this news and we actually called Captain and asked if we could go measure the CMAX. We weren't gonna buy it yet, but we wanted another look at it. He said yes and not only that, but he took out the car seat from his own car and attached it to the CMAX so we could see how it looked. He even showed us how it works attaching it. We didn't buy the car that day and he didn't push us to. Just gave us the info we needed. Helped us find the car we wanted: We actually went in looking for the small SUV (Escape) and were loving it. My husband started asking about gas mileage and when he saw how important that was to him he suggested the CMax. That turned out to be the best car for us. He could have pushed us and pressured us into the Escape, it would have been easy, but no, he took the extra time, knowing we weren't buying that day, to go on another test drive with us. Personality: Ok, he's just a funny guy. On top of not pushing you, he listens and has a great sense of humor. If you gotta be stuck in a car with a guy for 20 minutes at a time, this is a good one to be stuck with. Buying process: When we bought the car from him it was smooth, all be it a long process (seriously bring snacks) and he got us a great deal on a car which usually doesn't get discounts. The finance guys were a bit "slick" and tried to up sell us shit, so stay firm on your wants and must haves. Still, from a buying perspective this was the easiest we have ever had. They got us a decent deal and great financing so we are happy with how it went down. One thing that's useful to note, if you buy at the end of the month on a month where they need to sell cars to make a quota, you get a better deal, that's just how it goes, buy at the end of the month. Overall, Captain is awesome, if I ever need a car and it's a Ford, I'm calling him. Other salesmen here are not as cool, so before you go, call an ask for an apt with him. read more

I get greeted better at Target. I came in to check out a 2005 Subaru WRX Wagon they had advertised on their website after spending an hour grid lock hell commute from my job in Bellevue. I arrive and walk around their lot to check out the new 2012 Focus ST to the nice Mustang 5.0s sitting in front of the showroom. I had caught some attention while pulling in with my ride (2002 Ford Mustang GT) and usually at any dealership a nice car is a magnet for service. This was not the case. I wandered around the used lot trying to find the advertised car no luck. I even walked into the dealership hoping to get help, but instead i witnessed two guys behind the booth involved in some type of heated dispute with a customer of some sorts. I wandered a bit around the showroom and didnt even get greeted or even acknowledged, everyone was too busy on their monitors. (i will admit some of them were processing deals) I ended up driving off into the sunset (literally) in my Mustang. Maybe next time? In this case, no. read more

So, today was the second bad experience I've had with Pierre. I won't go into the last one as it's too much to type, but today was just absolutely ridiculous. I've been looking to upgrade my sporty car to some American Muscle so I was scoping out a high-end convertible Mustang GT. I searched all the dealers in the area and I came across Pierre and according to their website they had the EXACT car I wanted. I'm not naive enough to think that was accurate, so I contacted them to make sure they had that car on the lot. I got an email back stating "The vehicle that you selected online is available for test drive. Can you come in this weekend to look and drive?" I got in the car and sat 30 minutes in traffic to get there with full intention of buying the car if the deal was right. I was greeted quickly (it was a ghost town in there) and the person I was emailing with came out and immediately wanted my trade information. Didn't ask if I wanted a test drive or to see the car. I thought it was odd, but I figured why not get it out of the way. He got all the info and then we headed back in and I finally said, "Hey where's the car?" He then proceeded to tell me that it was "in transit in the service bay". I asked what that meant and he finally said "it's not available, but there's another one like it I was going to show you". Well, I already knew which one he was talking about it because I saw it online too and it didn't have the options I wanted. So, Pierre is using the old bait and switch tactic. Well, since I was lied to I asked for my keys, thanked them for their time and walked away. They didn't say a word and just let me walk. Right after we went to another Ford dealer that was on the way back. They were very nice and helpful, they didn't have the car we were looking for but they did a search for me. Guess which car DIDN'T come up on the search, when I asked that Sales Manager if he could find it and get it for me, he said that he's able to see current inventory and in transit and that car did not appear at all. So...another lie. Lesson learned. They've now lost two sales to me and any future consideration of buying a vehicle there. read more

Went looking for a pre-owned Civic. The salesman was a nice guy, found one EX-L/2012. Asked him prior to test driving of our had been in am accident. Told me they don't get cars in their lot that's had one. Guess what, after test drive, when he brings out a car fax, it had been in an accident. I just walked away. My wife and I had a great experience buying a new Ford Escape at Bill Pierre. We primarily dealt with Brian, Matt, and Ted... all stand up guys who really worked extra hard to get us the deal we wanted. We really enjoyed working with Brian who actually took interest in us as people, asked great questions about our needs, and shared some of his own background and experiences (it was especially great to bond over our shared love for creole cuisine with a fellow Southerner). These kinds of personal touches went a long way to help build trust. Matt was great at explaining the vehicle's many bells n' whistles and answered all our questions at the time of vehicle pickup. I also want to commend their manager, Ted, who fought hard to make us happy on the deal and didn't pressure us. Ted actually encouraged us to compare their deal with other area dealerships (which we did) and theirs was indeed the best by far. Today around 5:30 pm. There was an altercation between two salesmen. One hispanic and one caucasian. The caucasian man proceeded to use racial slurs and profanity at the hispanic man. How professional is this? You guys have people cussing and yelling at each other on a neighborhood street with kids and families around. Even after the hispanic man walked away, the caucasian guy continued to yell and cuss at him. Later more of his "sales friends" showed up, by this time the hispanic man was gone. Dishonest and Terrible!!! We traded in a 2015 F-150 with 67k miles on it for a 2019 F-150. We arrived and immediately disclosed the check engine light shining brightly in the cab and what the error code was reading. The salesman offered a trade-in value and we accepted. An hour later we were on our way. Deal done, right? Couldn't be more wrong!!! Four days later we receive a call that our engine odometer stated 105k while the visual odometer read 67k. As original owners we knew this was impossible!!! The dealer then stated they couldn't take our trade unless we were willing to take $7k less than originally offered. Ridiculous!!! We said hell no and went and retrieved our truck three days later (returning the new one, now with 800 miles). Returned home and took our truck to verify miles....what do you know the engine and the odometer matched perfectly!!! OF COURSE IT DOES!! Come to find out the VP was pissed that the salesman offered what he did for our trade in with a check engine light. Their only contractual out was a false odometer so they used it by accusing us of rolling back the mileage. Lying scumbags they are who tried to question our integrity. Terrible, terrible people!! Never will we deal with these people again and will tell anyone interested in a Ford to stay clear of this dealer. Car dealers get their reputation from people like Bill Pierre Ford!! read more

Updated review: Don't bother calling the customer service department; go in person instead. I called them to get an appointment for a factory recall, and it was ridiculously difficult. After 3 days getting nowhere, I decided to go in person and sort it out. In person, the service techs were very helpful and nice. I brought in my car, they had the part in stock, and I had my car back by the same afternoon. Fast and easy!! The funny part was that as I was waiting for my (fixed) car to be brought around, I got a call from the service department telling me how sorry they were that it was taking so long, but that it would be 3 more days before they could service my car. Somehow the person who answers the phone does not talk with the people who actually fix your car? It was pretty awkward when I told her that actually they had already fixed my car, and I was about to leave with it. The service techs are great; the phone person is not. read more

I don't usually don't take time to post a review unless it's bad since people doing their job should be a given but here it goes, I had a fantastic experience at this dealership. Between getting a great deal on a new 2018 in 21 and the follow up service I'm blown away! The staff was amazing and really helped me on this purchase. I had to wait for my extra keys but they messaged me and kept me up to date on the progress the entire time. On the day I went to pick them up, I brought up a few issues I had since purchase and they were extremely quick to respond, order some parts, and set up times to get everything taken care of. I have now been to 7 different Ford dealerships throughout the U.S. and this one is hands down the friendliest and most helpful. I have a Ford dealership next to my house and refuse to go due to a poor visit and don't mind driving 45 minutes at all to do business with this one. DO NOT BUY A FOCUS OR A FIESTA!!!!! Do your homework, research these cars. They have serious transmission issues. I bought my brand new Ford Focus last September. It has 7,300 miles. I've already taken into Ford Service to repair the transmission. The weekend I took it home it started making the rattling noise again. I took it back and the Ford Service mechanic said he couldn't do anything for me because the computer they hook up to my car would not register that my car needed to be fixed. He did however say that the focus and fiesta transmission break down all the time. I am now paying on a car that makes a rattling sound when I accelerate. Do yourself a favor and research. There are thousands of people who are getting screwed. FORD KNEW THIS PROBLEM EXISTED AND SAID NOTHING TO ME WHEN I BOUGHT IT. Don't buy one. read more

I found the best deal here in my own city of Seattle! This is the 2nd car I've ever purchased, and I took my time to find the best deal and best car. I got a 2007 Focus and it was clean, one owner and detailed AND with a carfax all ready for me to look at. Rick and his manager did a great job working with me. I came alone-yes female, buying a car no guy! I didn't need any protection or moral support b/c these guys rocked! They paid attention to all my questions and went the extra mile. I had no way to get the car I borrowed back home,so one of the salesmen followed me home with my new car and I drove my roommate's car home-this made the "big buying" process not a hassle. Also too, I got a copy of my service records and an owners manuel the next week-Im very appreciative and feel like I have a dealership I trust. It's always important to do the research, go to edmunds.com, nada.com, check prices. Then come here! I'd recommend. I'll give it 5 stars if within the next year or two, things like repairs are handled well. I'm confident they will be! read more

We bought a truck yesterday and were very disappointed with the finance process. We were offered a service warranty package and told what would be covered and when we asked for the amount of the contract, he finally gave us an approximate dollar amount. When we got the paperwork, there were numbers that didn't add up. There were service fees on the contract that weren't disclosed . After 6 phone calls, we still don't have a definitive explanation of charges. We were told that we could cancel the warranty; which we did. Be sure that you get ALL the details, because they aren't willingly going to give you that information. Buyer Beware. read more

Here it is a year or so later and I have some recall work to be done and what turns out to be a leaking transmission and leaking main seal. I've called 3 days in a row to schedule work while I'm still under warranty. Each time I've been transferred to a service scheduler and all 3 times I've got a voicemail that I've left a message with what needs to be done along with my contact info. As of today I've not received a single call back. WTF?! Is this place a total scam shop? I've still not rectified the original problems that they didn't fix. Anyone out there with advice? Not sure what's going on there but my recent experience was brutal. I tried to return my leased Fusion (which I leased from them) and wanted to upgrade to an Explorer. I called, got an appointment, test drove an Explorer. I wanted a few extra features so I left after the salesman said he would do a search for a vehicle. He took my contact information and that is the last I heard from him. After a few days I called, text and called again. Nothing. So I called the Sales Manager who assured me it was a fluke, 'we're very busy'. Told him what I was looking for all over again and he said he would get 'right on it' and get back to me. It's been two weeks. Nothing. So I called again and they said he would call me 'right back'. Nothing. This was the SALES MANAGER! More like the sales prevention manager. Apparently they're too busy to sell a car. I called another Ford dealer and had the Explorer I was looking for within a day with great interaction. Bill Pierre, look at your overall rating. Long story short, I was moving from Mexico to Seattle. I sold my car back in mexico and had cash to buy one here in Seattle. Not knowing about the dealerships here I went to Bill Pierre to ask about a Focus (I wanted manual transmision, no leather or that kind of stuff). The sales person kept trying to push me to get one of the automatic ones, with leather and what not (basically get some of what we got). Finally found a car that was similar to what I had in mind, and had a test drive, the car was great. Then it came time to go inside (finally) and get to know about pricing and all that. I said I was going to pay the full amount via a bank transfer, but I wanted to know the total price for the car (including taxes, registration fees, etc) I told the guy repeatedly "I need to know the exact amount you need me to deposit". He kept doing "estimates" on a piece of paper, he didnt even bring a Calculator! I had to wait for him to do the operations by hand, and again these were all just estimates. Considering the price was too high (compared to what I had already researched online and all) I told him the price was too high, and I had already seen them cheaper on the website (around 5k more than MSRP). He "explained" to me that MSRP is the price that Ford sells the car to the dealers, so they need to sell it higher in order to make profit. Bullshit! just because I'm from Mexico doesn't mean I dont know how things work. So all in all he offered to make a huge discount by taking 3k off, and "only" having 2k profit over MSRP. I told him I would go check other options. Really? that is a way to deal with customers? by lying and not even providing me with the full amount I would have to pay? A few months ago we took our daughter to Bill Pierre ( Money Mart) to look at cars and were very pleased with their information, program and professional approach. Later my granddaughter went in and also bought her car their as they worked very closely with her financial boundaries and got her a great car that she loves. Later, I recommended to a friend of mine to just go in and check them out to see if they had what he liked or if they could get him a great deal.... Of course he also bought a car. When I decided I wanted a new car my husband said we should check our Bill Pierre Ford. It was the first place I actually drove a car and within a few hours I was a proud owner of a great 2015 Equinox. I took advantage of the Costco connection there ( if you have a Costco card just ask for Theo) and they really worked hard to get me all the discounts that were allowed. They were professional, friendly and helpful. I had a long list of things I needed and a specific amount in mind. All of that worked out and I couldn't be happier with their service and their commitment to help me get what I wanted. I added heated white leather seats and a sunroof. I love it! It is so professional and I am now the talk of the service department! I have bought a few cars in my lifetime and I hate that whole 'negotiation' process. They have a 2018 Mustang GT350 listed at $81,000 yet the window sticker shows $61,000 thus a $20,000 dealer mark up. This is outrageous!

Do not buy a car from here. If you don't decide on a car to buy in the first 30 minutes you're there, they will write you off and treat you as a nuisance. The one helpful person is Scott, the finance manager. He'll tell you how it is. However, "the closer" wrote me off as a young woman and tried to rip me off. Long story short, they sold me a 2014 Ford Focus, and told me everything had been checked out, and that the tires were new. (They also said they'd buff out any scratches, which they didn't.) Turns out the car was missing a skid plate, and the tires were covered with flat spots. Okay folks... let's cut to the chase. Car sales is a high pressure business regardless of the dealership. The dealers know that if they don't clinch the deal on your first visit you'll probably never come back. That's the way sales work. It doesn't matter who the dealer is. Now, having been in sales years ago I know that the salesman generally has only one shot at your purchase. Be smart and know that going in. Expecting anything else is just plain stupid. Research the price of the vehicle you want before going to any dealership. Research what your trade is worth and be honest with yourself about that. If your trade is a beater don't expect to get top dollar for it. If you smoke in your car you make it virtually worthless. The dealer is going to try to make money from you on the price of his car, low balling your trade, selling you extras like undercoating, paint and upholstery protection or extended warranties, and higher interest rates. Don't blame the dealer! This is just the way the car business works. Information is your friend. I bought a new 2015 F-150 Lariat from Harris Ford (owned by Pierre). It was last year's model so had about $10k taken off the sticker. To avoid negotiating my trade (2004 F-150 I bought new) I sold it first and brought in cash. Keep in mind when you do this you're going to take a sales tax hit. I told the salesman that I was not interested in extras at the finance stage so please tell the finance guy not to push it or I'd walk away. I put down $23k and had a contract for about the same in financed payments. I got a great truck at a great price. I see my truck selling used for more than I paid for it new. Go in prepared. Don't be stupid and don't blame the dealer for your lack of knowledge about the car business. I've bought 6 cars and trucks from Pierre and Harris over the years and have always been treated fairly. I say that because my brother is in the business so I know what to expect. Harris gave me a great deal on a great truck. They did the same on my wife's 2016 Fusion Hybrid last summer. Harris-Pierre are car dealers. Don't blame them for industry norms. They are every bit as good as any other dealer out there and if you have patience as I did, you can get a smoking hot deal on a great car or truck. read more

To the haters on here who aren't fans of this establishment, this must certainly be your first visit to a dealership. I'm of the opinion that the classic car dealership model is on its last legs--similar to the way Best Buy is actually code for Amazon.com showroom. You can't pay people on commission and expect it to be a pleasant experience for everyone. That said, if you are willing to invest the time and effort to research a product thoroughly before purchasing it, and don't succumb to pressure easily, there is no reason why you won't get a great deal here or at any other dealership. My thoughts on Bill Pierre: the salesmen are friendly and informed. The entire experience was lengthier than I had hoped it would be, but I walked out with a sweet Mustang and it made every last second worth it. I had spent the last two months looking for my perfect ride, and having tried the Optima, the A4, and even a Wrangler Sport, I finally found my dream car... for the moment, hehe. I'd like to take a second to thank Matt and Mason for their service. Mason worked with me the whole way, helping me return the Altima I traded in and always being available when I needed him. He may look young in years, but this guy has promise. Bill Pierre Ford, whatever you're paying him, it isn't enough! The paperwork was straightforward and quick. They first quoted me at a 9% interest rate, and I just had to give them that quizzical are-you-kidding-me look to get that down to 3%. Ask your insurance provider within the 12-day window to give you a better rate; State Farm offered me 2.4% but I didn't want the hard hit on my credit. Beware of the chap doing the financing (Vinnie was it? I'll update the review with a name), he's as shady as they come. Yes, of course, you're losing money on every vehicle you sell, and still paying 20 staff members, *and* maintaining all the cars on your lot, sure! I have not used the service center yet, so I have no comments, but if you have a preferred service center, use them over these guys. And finally, the reason I have not used the service center yet, and the reason I dropped a star: my dash port wouldn't work off the bat. My radar detector isn't coming on with the car. I have mentioned this to the folks at Bill Pierre Ford at least thrice in my visits there, and yet they have made no attempt to contact me and set an appointment up. Step it up, guys! In closing: do your research, repeatedly use your smartphone to remind them you have information on your side, use widely available tools like truecar and kbb, don't buckle under pressure--you're not fourteen, and be ready to walk away if what you're offered is not acceptable. Okay let's be honest, the reviews that this dealership has completely kept my away. How ever upon contacting online about a car I was surprised with the follow up and appointment and was thoroughly impressed with the help I was given. People are so quick to judge and I was one of them, how ever I said F it and went away. Alex was super helpful and rad, his wife was in labor the day I came in and he completely stayed on task and worked with me to get the best rate/ deal and I've never purchased a car before so I was skeptical. The worst experience ever , so I was car shopping on line and come across this 2018 ford focus , the price was right , so i texted with some one from Bill pierre ford, So i get there with a print out of the car i Want, now Iam there they told me that the car was no longer avaliable . but they have another one just like it, when i test drove the car ,the sales person told me that they need to sell the car because it was a loaner with close to 3k miles and if they dont sell it before 3k miles it wont be consider a new car anymore, so still i did like the car , but now i know why they told me the car in the print out was gone, so I agree to buy the car , we agree on a price , and i sign a purchase agreement and now that they know they got you , they dont care about you anymore, so I waited for over one hour to sign the financial papers,, finally we are ready to sing papers, the guy added a service warrantiy for 1,500 without asking me, when i ask how much the warranty cost , he said not to worry , that he was gonna save me so much money on my interest rate , that the warranty was gonna be basically be free, so i said ok, next day i review all the paper work and saw how much the warranty was so i call the dealer and try to cancel the warranty , i try calling the guy and leaving massages for him , he never call me back, i send email , nothing, finally he got back to me and ask me to send a cancelaition form, so i did, a month later and finally they refunded the warranty money, the paper work said for taxes on this warranty to contact dealer , i have texted and call customer service about the the tax refund and no body will get back to me, Well I have enough and monday i gonna file small claims court, Never to do business with this people again, and yes i will complain to Ford of America and the BBB, read more

So I read the other reviews before posting mine. I can understand some of the experiences other people had at this dealership - some of the folks are very busy. And with super-busy/short-staffed comes pressure and with pressure comes rudeness. I'll be frank - it is not consistent across the staff here and I also don't appreciate the "waiting" they make you go through here. I can't stand that tactic. Still, I personally had a good car buying experience here at BP Ford. My initial salesperson was Alex Marks - who drove us all the way up to Lynwood, tracked down the specific car we wanted to buy and we all drove back down to Lake City. He answered all of my questions, was patient, respectful and worked with us until we couldn't go any farther with him. Alex then introduced us to his manager, Kelly, who handled the negotiations. We walked out the first day without buying the car because we couldn't reach a deal. But Kelly's dedication and customer service came through during Thanksgiving weekend - negotiating and closing the deal via phone and text messaging while he was out of town. This process worked great - especially in this day and age. Negotiate and agree on a price and then go back to the dealership (we live in Sammamish) to close the deal - no gimmicks, no tactics. The finance and contract signing process took just over an hour - and this was on a relatively active Saturday night, Thanksgiving weekend when everyone was gone. Jessica Doyle also gets props for handling the vehicle delivery process (cleanup, keys, etc.) The finance department process was also a good experience - just sign and go.
