I have to say I never thought I'd tell my friends "I had a fun and relaxing experience buying my car', but working with Jeff Wikel and the team at Bill Pierre Ford was truly that. I found a used car online that met all my requirements and showed up at the lot the next morning. After inspecting the car I was very interested but was hesitant to head inside the dealership. Jeff took the initiative and came out to talk to me. Right away I got the sense that he was a very easy going guy. He is a rare kind of salesman that you just want to talk to and hang out with, not high-pressure. We had a great test drive but I wanted my mechanic to inspect the car too. Jeff didn't hesitate to help me make that happen the same day. Once I brought it back from the mechanic (and he gave it a 5 star review by the way), I was ready to buy it because Bill Pierre Ford already had it at a fair market value. Jeff made the initial paperwork easy and quick. I was shocked there were no hidden fees or last minute line items tacked on. At no point did I feel I had to be 'on guard' because they were trying to take advantage of the situation. That was a huge relief. Matt, the Sales Manager, was very friendly and finished up all the processing. While waiting briefly between paperwork signing sessions, I oggled the newest 600+ hp Shelby Cobra and read Motor Trend in a leather chair in the newly redesigned showroom, how much more fun and relaxing can it get? Greg the manager made a point to shake my hand and thank me for my business, which is always a nice touch. Val in financing was very efficient and even called later to say he was helping me get a few points off my rate. Seriously, genuinely nice guys who all made buying a car seamless and enjoyable. I am a California buyer that found the exact car, color, and equipment in stock that I had been looking for. Sent an email inquiry and got an email response and a phone call from Kyle Burnside within an hour. Flew to Seattle from SFO 2 days latter and was picked up at the airport in the car I was buying. The price was the same as noted during the earlier telephone conversation. They discovered I was not entitled to one of the smaller incentive credits for $500 because the car was to first registered in California and the incentive was not available for California. They were up front, showing me the printout related to incentives for California. I found everyone I dealt with to be genuinely very helpful. Absent was any sign of high pressure or sales gamesmanship. The entire experience was very pleasurable. It was well worth the trip from California to purchase my car from this dealer! read more

My husband and I bought a 2016 Ford Fusion Energi from Bill Pierre Ford and we were very happy with the service! Our salesman was Troy Johnson, and he was a lot of fun to work with! We had just come from shopping for a Chevy Volt at the Bill Pierre Chevrolet and honestly had no intention of buying that day or buying a Ford in general. We were pretty sure we wanted the Chevy Volt but my husband convinced me to just compare at least one other car before deciding on the Volt. Immediately upon pulling up we were greeted by Troy and his positive attitude. We told him what we wanted to see and what options we needed in a car, he began rushing through the lot to find the options and color we wanted. Once we found the car, he started to give us a tour of it before the test drive (a very entertaining tour at that) during that time we found that the trunk space might be an issue. Troy quickly suggested the Ford C-Max with more trunk space. We shot that down because the Fusion had more of what we needed. After the test drive we were sold! Troy was very knowledgeable, fun, and did a great job showing us all the features! While we were waiting for the finance department, he took us out on another drive to show us more features. He also helped me pair my phone and charge the car for the first time. The other unexpected thing was when he asked if we wanted anything to drink, my husband joked that he wanted a RedBull, Troy walked to the gas station across the street and got him one! The finance department was also very helpful because there was a Packer game on and he helped to speed the process along so we wouldn't be late! All in all, everyone was so helpful and we will definitely be back!!!! read more

Set up a meeting with Sarah to check out a specific car. Informed Sarah I had seen the car on another website. She assured me despite Pierre Ford being in a consortium of 9 dealerships with hundreds of employees she would make sure the car was there for our appointment. Emails 2 hours before our meeting to say she won't be there, but Josh will. Show up at the prescribed time, Josh isn't there. Oliver informs me Josh just left, but he can help. Goes to look up the car, and it is "in the service department getting a safety inspection and is locked up" but he can have it for me tomorrow. I leave and call Harris Ford, turns out the specific car I wanted to see is at their dealership, which I had informed Sarah of before she told me it was at Pierre Ford. No manager greeted me after the initial meeting which is standard practice. Don't waste your time with this place. Lied to by three people. read more

Horrific experience, not just from a sales perspective but also from the merit of a human interaction. This was back in late June; I requested a quote for a used Mercedes through Autolist and connected with a salesman (I will be respectful and keep his identity confidential). After a few emails exchanged, I came in for a test drive the following weekend. The salesman who had been in contact with me showed, and did NOT know which lot the vehicle was located. After 10 minutes of waiting, he was able to locate it (apparently through word of mouth from another salesman on the floor, as they were both struggling to look it up in the system; I could see them from my seat). We walked to where the vehicle was and he said he did NOT have the key with him (what?!), and that the person who did, another salesman, was getting food in God knows where. So I was waiting out in the heat for, not even joking, a mere 30 minutes until he came back and broke the news that he still was NOT able to find the key guy. We walked back to the main building, and he just told me to sit down and walked away (no offer of drinks, or any attempts to make small talks). The key guy finally showed and took the car to the main entrance where we were, and I finally got to have my test drive. I indicated I was not familiar with the Lake City area and I would love to take it around a few blocks only. He only showed me the way out of the lot and for one turn and turned dead silent for the entire time. I inquired about a few details and history of the car, and ALL of his answers were a variation of "I'm not sure." A sudden turn took us back to a few blocks away from the dealership, and that's when he spoke up again to direct me into the parking lot, which I could already see. We got out of the car, and I thanked him for his time, and he told me to wait so he could grab and return my ID. He came back with a piece of paper with a few payment options on it and reassuring that this car was the best car for me (How'd he know? He didn't even speak to me for a minute and apparently he'd know what's best for me) and that this was the best offer in town for this make and model. I should have left at this point; I gave him a chance and tried to negotiate based on Kelley Blue Book value and demand (this car had been sitting in the lot for over 120 days by the time). He refuted my points and stated that I was not in the car business so I wouldn't know about car pricing, and reassured that what was offered was the best possible price (which was $4K over KBB!). Very disrespectful. At one point he wanted me to state my preferred monthly payment and sign my name on the piece of paper in front of him, and he'd make that number happen for me. I told him I worked in Finance and understood that extending the payment term to decrease the monthly payment was not my best option. I wanted to negotiate on the final sales price, and he blatantly stated that I was not a cash buyer so I could not make such a demand. Wow! How this salesman landed a sales job is a myth of the century for me. After clarifying that I was in fact pre-approved for a loan, which should hold the same effect as a cash buyer, he told me to wait, and his manager came out, apologized, and reassured that they valued my business. At the time I stood up and left. A day later, another Mercedes got posted on Autolist, and I bought it. Same price, no scratches, and I got a discount thanks to, you bet, the salesman matching the KBB value. Drastically opposite experience. Please take your earnest money elsewhere and stay clear of this dealership. read more

It's been a while since my visit and I am finally posting, but wanted to share my experience because it's left a sour taste in my mouth all this time! Not having purchased a new car in well over 10 years, I went there to explore what Ford had to offer. I got a very nice, 2 day on the job fellow who was very accommodating but within half an hour of meeting, was asking me how could he get me into a car today. Umm, I haven't even driven anything yet. So I drive a couple of models, quickly releasing the new ones were out of my budget. So we switch to pre-owned. I found one that looked interesting and asked for details. Boy, what a mistake. My new guy brought in a smug smarmy young man. He immediately treated me with out right disrespect. When he was telling me about the car, he would take these long pauses to look out the window, like there was something more interesting out there than talking to me. I would bet money he was the boss' kid or something. I could not get out of there quick enough. Fast forward to the next week and this smug kid and I are having a conversation. I offer him $2K cash below the asking price and he literally laughed over the phone, telling me there's no way he'd sell it to me like that because he wouldn't make any money. My salesperson was Alex Marks, He answered everyone of my questions , was patient, respectful and worked with me until I found the perfect vehicle for me. After I made my selection Alex introduced me to his manager, Kelly, who then answered all the financial and trade in questions and after some negotiations we reached a deal fair to both of us. We bought our certified pre-owned Explorer a couple of weeks ago and we are very happy with our new car! We were not totally sure on which car we were going to buy and we really appreciated the help we got from the sales staff. Especially from Captain, the guy that spent with us almost two days helping us to make the right choice and answering all our questions professionally without been boring and always smiling. Once again, we can't give a "no stars" rating. I'd bought a car through B-P a few years back and, while not a supreme experience then, it wasn't bad. That was in 2010, so I thought I'd give them a try again. 2014: The old, shifty, sleazy way of selling cars has returned. Folks, please remember it's your money. Spend it accordingly. At the first scent of robust BS, you should gather your things, say "It's nothing personal, I simply wish to do business elsewhere," and leave. Do not allow your paperwork or keys to leave your side. Bring copies that can be left behind if you decide to run out. That's what I had to do. Having financing already lined up with a trusted local lender, I went in for a specific model of Ford. "This will be easy. I get the total price from a sales person, head in and get a purchase order, go get a cashier's check, bam...done deal." Wrong. I was offered a car from their satellite dealership and presented with a Ford credit app. I'm thinking, "Why am I filling this out if I already have something lined up with my preferred lender?" As I recalled the holdbacks, er, rebates, some of them were contingent on doing the deal through Ford credit. Setting me up for something I explicitly did not want is wrong.That's unscrupulous and unethical, kids. I grabbed that application after a brief discussion of why I wasn't going to sign anything or put my SSN on a Ford credit application. I grabbed it and made a very quick egress. I was told that "This is the way we do a purchase order." Funny, that's not how the Ford dealer in Kent did it. I highly recommend going anywhere else. read more

Ten years ago my wife and I bought our 2005 mustang from Bill Pierre Ford and it was a very pleasant experience so we decided to go back to them to check out the new Ford Fusion Hybrid. We were a bit premature and not quite ready to buy but wanted to check them out. It was kind of late in the evening when we arrived and salesman Angel Lackey came out to greet us. They had quite a few Fusions on the lot and even though Angel was young and new to the game he was very pleasant and quite knowledgeable and spent a lot of time showing us all of the features of the Hybrid. My wife zeroed in on a beautiful Ruby Red Metallic one and even though we told Angel that we were a few weeks away from being ready to buy he offered a test drive. My wife fell in love with the car and told Angel we would be back in few weeks when we had all of our affairs in order. Angel emailed about once a week just to make sure we didn't have any more questions. Finally after three weeks we were ready to buy but the car my wife test drove had been sold. Angel assured us that they would be able to find another one that would be exactly the same so we agreed to go ahead with the sale. The whole price negotiating and trade in thing is never a pleasant experience and you always walk away wishing you could have gotten a little better deal but that part was relatively painless and we met somewhere in the middle. So now they had to find the car exactly like the one we drove and they did. It came in two days later and it was perfect. There is a real learning curve on all of the feature of new cars these days and even more so on a hybrid. Angel and his associate Kelly spent an extensive amount of time with us making sure we new how everything worked and asked us to come back by for a refresher course if there was any feature we needed help on. We love the new car. I think Ford styling and quality rocks!!! read more

I came in today with my son to help him get a used car. First of all, I hate car shopping, and secondly, I'm not naturally a trusting person, especially car salesmen. When Nik Cook first approached us, I'll admit that my guard went up, when I saw how young he looked. But, we had a fantastic experience. Nik was super knowledgeable, not pushy, and hung with us during the entire process, ensuring all our questions were answered, and was generally a pleasant guy to deal with. In the end, today didn't suck like I expected it to. I would most vertically recommend this place if you're looking for a car. And would revisit myself. read more

Test drove and paid for an independent inspection by the manufacturer dealership (non-Ford) which revealed +$800 in mandatory repairs and differed maintenance that would be obvious in any basic inspection by any dealership, but Pierre Ford dealership chose not to address AND not to reveal. No follow up after we test drove and had it inspected perhaps because they knew we knew they'd been hiding issues with the car... When I professionally brought these issues to their attention and made a very reasonable offer reflecting the difference for required repairs, they initially did not even respond to me (numerous emails and texts unresponsive) until I called. It's like a magic trick that you may not catch right away. Their trick is a psychological one that I didn't catch till I got home. The idea is to keep you in there as long as possible to wear you down so not to catch the trick at the end.  They start with a  fare price on the vehicle you are interested . The service manager and salesman team up to get your trust by befriending you, They get you talking about yourself ie what you do for a living ,your interests and things. The salesman will keep you talking while the service manager goes off to "work on the numbers". This takes far more time then it should. This is to slowly wear you down. Then they bring out basic paper work just to make it seem like everything is moving ahead. Then more with of becoming your buddy and trust building. Again playing the long con. They explain to you why your trade isn't worth what you think it is and tell you why even though you show them like vehicles on the market. They explain how they are actually losing money on the deal. Again with the back and forth drawing the process out slowly wearing you down. They slip paperwork in inbetween wait time to make it seem like things are moving along. Then after 3-3.5 hours they keep waiting a good 20 minutes plus and by this point you just want the hell out of there. Now you perfectly primed in their eyes to go into see the finance guy. They told me he was good going in and they were right. This is where the prestige of the trick plays out. He's a personable guy, your buddy right off the bat, the guy who's doing the best job possible for you. They slipped in an extra$500 on the price of the car. When I asked about it he pointed at another piece of paper in the middle of the stack and said he moved that number from hear to there making it "better for me" then he threw in an extra $3650 on the finance paperwork for a 7-year 70000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. I asked if I could cancel that at any time in reply he said yes. Technically he is correct because I haven't signed it and I could cancel it at any time up to that point. Being right where they wanted me worn down ,tired ,and just wanting to get the hell out of there after four and a half hours at this point I signed.  That $500 and $3650 I will be paying interest on that for the next 6 years. I have broke pony projectors in my Mustang. So I went up to the first S.A booth. The one that is right next to the door. He literally tells me that he can't do anything when all i said is "i have a quick question" then kept going on how many cars he have to finish. All i wanted to know is if the projector under sideview mirrors cover under warranty or not, if yes then i could make an appointment. Rejected to talk to me with a very rude attitude. I understand that he is busy but that is not how you deal with customer. read more

I spoke with the salesman and explained i was upside down in my current vehicle, what I was looking for and what i could do. I live a long distance from the dealership and didnt want to come in unless he could get the deal done. He insisted I come in and assured me he could get me out of my current vehicle and into something more economical. I took an entire day to make the trip and he couldnt get it done. He then assured me he'd find another vehicle that would work but it might take a week or two. I have attempted to contact him to follow up and he wont respond. I was trying to buy a car from this dealership but have had a disappointing experience. I called about 10 days ago and talked to someone in pre owned sales to get photos of a car that was listed on the website. A 2003 Mercury Marauder, low miles for 12,995. I do not recall the name but the salesman said, "I will get those photos to you tonight." Never heard from him again. I called back and talked to Tyree Golden and explained my situation. He said he "did not understand some of the people working there." He then said he would get me photos that night. He did not but he did not but he did text me and said he would get them as soon as possible. Adding we would "have to work fast due to enormous interest in the car." A week went by and no contact and no photos. The car is still on the site, still no photos but it has had price increases up to 14,995.00 now. How can you list a car for sale for 10 days with no photos, have 2 different salesman promise to provide photos and then no call back? Seems to me like a very poor way to do business. I spoke to Internet Sales Manager Kelly Knoop who told me they did not ever have the car in the first place as the person who had it "changed their mind." I contacted Dealership Manager Luke Blackwell to see how they could have a car for sale for 10 days that they did not own and he did not respond. Avoid this dealer. read more

Positives: We showed up an hour early for our 5pm appointment and the salesman, Angel, was able to assist us. His manager/lead was a chatty individual, introduced himself and asked a couple questions when we walked in. Angel apologized for not having the cars on the lot because he was planning to head to the other dealer and drive one over about when we showed up. We took a car over to Harris Ford to test drive the two cars we booked an appointment for online: a brand new and 2017 Ford Edge. He knew some things about the bells and whistles on the cars and was able to draw our attention to differences while giving us space to consider what we liked and didn't like. Well done at not over selling me. I appreciate that the dealer runs a credit check. While we were financed with our own bank, they respected our decline to not try and sell us a loan from their preferred lenders and were able to explain their reasoning for running credit checks as protection/precaution for their business. Thank you for the quick car clean and full tank of gas after purchase. Negatives: -1 pt. Both cars were at Harris of Ford that I had scheduled an appointment to test drive, so after test driving both, I needed to consider which one I actually wanted to buy in order to drive it back to the Lake City location. -1 pt. The manager/lead stepped in to review pricing with me. He stated that they bought this car for $27k and suggested that this was an awesome steal for us to buy it at $23k. This was likely a misrepresentation of the truth... the dealer probably DID buy the car for $27k, when it was brand new 3 years ago, and then leased it out for decent money along the way, until today when selling it to me. (Simply stand by the dealer's statement that this is a reasonably priced car, given the market demand, location, and the condition and features of the car). read more

I own three Ford vehicles and have recently moved to the area. The service department didn't respond to messages left with the receptionist daily for three days in a row. In fact, they never responded. When I finally got someone on the phone on the fourth day, they said that they wouldn't fix a hood latch on a two year old car that's still under warranty. It wasn't clear if there's anything that their service department CAN do. They can't answer a phone, and they can't make simple mechanical repairs. The conclusion is that there is no service department, even if they put a sign out front that says that there is one. There's a big geographic hole in the Ford dealer network in Seattle, and Pierre Ford does not count. read more

I just purchased my 3rd car from Bill Pierre Ford and it was an excellent experience! I started off by using the AARP and Costco web links and was "Linked" to Raymond L... Unfortunately this was a needed purchase, my last BPF purchase was ruled a total loss after a driver of a UHaul Truck decided to tried to occupy the same space as me... and I was still in it! No one hurt... I had let Raymond know by email what I was looking for the night before and made an appointment to meet him the next day. When I arrived he had checked the inventory and identified some vehicles for me to test drive.... the 2nd one I looked at was the one I drove away with! Raymond rode with me to explain the updates in the vehicle technology... and walked me through the financing process... I had a great experience all the way through the process and am now the proud owner of a Ford Fusion! I have to provide a shout out to BPF Service Department... I had a great experience buying a used car at this dealership. I came in having done my own research and basically knew which car I wanted to buy, which helped a lot. Within minutes of submitting a finance request online I got a phone call from one of the salesmen, Jeff Wikel. I set up an appointment to meet with him the next evening. When I arrived at the dealership he greeted me on the lot. Jeff was very warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. I never got the feeling that he was out for the sale, only that he had my own best interest in mind. I test drove a couple of cars, decided which one I wanted and got a deal going right away. I was surprised how quickly everything went with the financing. I was expecting it to take quite a while. All in all I had a great experience with Jeff Wikel as my sales representative as well as the finance representative Mr. My. I am very happy I purchased my car at Bill Pierre Ford and definitely recommend working with Jeff if you are looking to buy a new or used car. read more

The vehicle we came to look at had over 10k miles more that what they posted online. Their trade in quote was 40- 50% lower than we were offered at 2 other dealerships and KBB. When we called them on it they laughed and asked if we "knew it was a 2WD"... Yes Bill Pierre Ford, we know our car is a 2WD and assume that the other two dealerships could figure that out as well when they made their offers. At every turn, the salesman try to keep you there. They need 5 minutes to ask the boss something, 5 minutes to go check something etc. Not sure if they are hoping to keep you there long enough that you have no time to go somewhere else, but it was frustrating. Even to get the keys AND registration back for your trade in is a 5 minute process. On the bright side, if you like talking to multiple salesmen you'll love this place. read more

They convinced me to buy the 5 year extended warranty but didn't tell me it expired at 100k miles. When I bought it I had 185k miles, so effectively I only had the 5 year warranty for 1 year. This review is for the Pierre Ford service department, on Lake City Way. I had the WORST service experience here. Do not take your car to them! The mechanics and the service adviser are absolutely useless! I took my 2016 Mustang to Pierre Ford service for a couple of issues. My car is still covered under the full warranty. They couldn't diagnose and identify the problems, managed to order and install wrong part (SYNC 3 unit), from the different ford vehicle, which was not functioning properly.... Ended up installing back the old part, which was originally faulty... The other issue was with my driveshaft, they couldn't identify the problem, told me they're contacting FORD for the suggestion and never came up with an answer. My car was in and out for service for over the month! They even managed to scratch some interior parts in my car! I finally took my car to Harris Ford. Within an hour both problems were identified, parts ordered, and fixed the very next day! read more

Single worst experience ever when trying to buy a car. Salesperson Mason Hart was an ok guy. Really just channeling me to the deal table to let the floor manager take over. And take over he did. What a totally disgusting human this guy was. Scenario: Went thru TruCar (great service) and found the car I wanted - a 2013 Prius C with low miles. Within 1 business day, the salesperson (Mason) calls me and leaves a message - I call him back and tell him I'm coming down - told him straight up I'm trying to get the best price possible - and I'm willing to do whatever it takes to get that done (in this case, it means I would be financing - even though I was willing to pay cash). Showed up to test drive. Simple, easy test drive. In our discussions he asks my timeline - again I say if I can work a deal, I am ready to buy. Upon close inspection of the car I find a few deep gouges in the paint, the car is not detailed, and the rear tires are pretty worn (still ok, but not to my liking). I let Mason know this would be something that I would be negotiating with. So next he funnels me to the sales room and to a deal table. He says to "hold on a minute while he digs up the paperwork" and while I'm waiting, the floor manager shows up and sits down. Seems nice enough, but carries a pretty arrogant swagger. I figure that's ok - he will then obviously want to close me on a deal so let's get started. Apparently Mason prepped him that I'm looking to get a deal on this car. He came ready to defend their price... he has a deal sheet he printed out that has his price in giant font, which is apparently supposed to make his price the best price and immovable. He tells me a whole song and dance about how they search the internet for 50 miles to price their car so their cars will come up as the lowest price in their model/year and drive business for them. How this is the best price he can give because it's the lowest in town. So I respond by asking him very directly: "Just because you wrote it in big font doesn't make it true. The value of a car is what someone is willing to pay for it, not a price that you arbitrarily assign to it. So you're telling me there is zero room in this deal?" - and he says yes and wants to know what I want. I tell him there's a similar Prius on the market for $800 less (private party) - and he says absolutely not. Cannot go down $800. So I proceed to ask him what he can do - and he goes into another song and dance about how they inspect the car, get it ready for show, and spend on average $4000 on a car before it gets on the floor. Yeah, right. So I probe: "Well can you tell me how much you gave the guy for trade in when you took the car in? I can guarantee you that you didn't pay $12000 for it and that you have room in this deal." Which he responded "how do you know I didn't" and I said that I was 100% sure they didn't. "How do you know?"... blah blah blah. Then - like other reviews, he starts to pull away. He tells me that it's obvious I won't be happy with any deal he puts out there (still hasn't put one out there by the way) and tells me point blank that this isn't one of those situations where if I say "no" to their sticker price and start walking out that they won't stop me or chase me or call me again. I'm just thinking - what the "f" is wrong with this guy?? Then he leaves to go work up a deal. So he comes back - $300 off, plus an oil change and a full tank. Ok - to me this is a decent number. It's nearly meeting me in the middle - and it is a decent car. So I tell him, let me clear this deal with my wife and we'll make it happen. He tells me to take my time. Mason has me sign the deal sheet and brings me the paperwork. At this point, I'm thinking - "ok, it was unconventional and aggressive, but he did right by making a deal - I'm going to buy this car". Well as I was on the phone with my wife, we did a VIN search - and clearly my mistake, I did not research the trim level. It was the entry level trim level. So Mason is sitting there and I tell him - uh-oh. I just realized this is the lowest trim level and I might have to reconsider. Let me think about it a bit. So he goes off... 90 second later, the floor manager comes back. He sits down, grabs the paperwork from in front of me. Shakes my hands and thanks me for coming in today. Gets up and walks away. So... summary: - Old school sales methods. Aggressive. Nasty. - In the old school model, customers expect to negotiate a better price - The floor manager is essentially a jerk that cares nothing about the customer experience - Sales people, although nice, have only one responsibility - keep the customer there long enough to get to a deal desk - There is NO semblance of customer experience - no coffee, water, etc. - This floor manager should not be the face in front of customers at BPFord. If this is truly what they want - they will lose customers. Full disclosure - this would have been the 3rd car I bought from them. read more

I came into test drive a fiesta ST and the salesman was friendly enough but was unable to answer several questions about the final price instead responding with that he would have to speak with his manager. I met with the manager after the test drive and this is where my experience soured. The manager was very aggressive in his sales pitch for a 2017 model that was at another dealer with the voice navigation option that I didnt want. When I asked for a 2018 model, he stated they didn't have any in stock, although that is the model year of the car I test drove. When I pressed for a model without the extra options, he stated it would take 8-12 weeks to get the model ordered and delivered, even though there were several 2018 models without voice navigation listed in their inventory. Although the price wasn't terrible, not great for a 2017 either, the lies and inflexibility to show me something closer to what I was asking for made me not want to come back. read more
