I asked for the Heirloom Roasted Artichokes. He advised us that this appetizer was out of season and not available. We requested a few minutes to peruse the menu to selection our entree choices. My partner ordered the fried chicken and I selected The Prime Rib Dip without the Brioche bun. It only took a couple of minutes before for our server returned and advised me that the kitchen will not serve the Prime Rib Dip without a bun. Apparently it ruins the integrity of the entree. I requested a menu to make another selection. Apparently The Original Prime Rib melt isn't available without the bread either. Eventually I decided to have the Asparagus Fries appetizer as my entrée. I requested a side of blue cheese dressing instead of the Buttermilk Ranch. The Asparagus Fries I was told are made in house. I am not certain I believe that as they lacked any flavor and seasoning.
