I had the tostones burger here and omg it was so yummy!! I loved this burger and immediately wanted to go back for seconds! I was afraid that they wouldn't make the tostones perfect and it would be too hard or break apart quickly but the tostones on the burger held well and was seasoned to taste good. Delicious burger and I am definitely coming back for more! I wish they had a store in my town! I hope this place expands stores in more places in Florida! The french fries costed $3.99. So for a total of $11 plus tax, the meal barely had any value to it. The rating is more for the experience, our first experience the entire malls power went out so we waited to see if the power would come on and about 35 minutes later it did. We asked the manager if we can get complementary drinks for the inconvenience and the manager just shrugged her shoulders so the person taking the order gave us the drinks. After we got our food and got our drinks the person who took our order came to our table and told us her manager said we couldn't have the complementary drinks and she took them away!!!!!! The girl was nice about it but still that's not great customer experience. Second time we decided to give this place another shot and we came from NYC to eat the toston burger. When we got up to the counter to order they told us they didn't have toston (plantain) to make the toston burger! How do you not have the ingredients to make one of your signature dishes! They told us one of the workers was on his way back with the plantains and it would be about a 30 min wait so we waited but the wait was longer than what was anticipated. Pinchos, a Great way to start your day. Not a lot of Yelp events start at 11am, much less in south west Broward. So this "Order the Yelp" event was unique in a couple ways right off the bat. There was a lot of new faces, probably due to the "early" hour so it was yet another reason why it was a little different. My table of new faces hit it off right away, possibly due to the beer samples that came out immediately. Hoppy and tasty. This was followed quickly with skewers of steak, chicken and shrimp. All were so succulent that they were gone in minutes. Then we got the burgers and tots. It was agreed, they were quite good. The 2nd had a bit of pork on it which was popular. We even had the veggie burger(someone at our table was a no-hamburger gal). We all tried it. Pretty good. Beans and carrots. The desert was quite good. We shredded through it. It was like a ice cream sandwich with salted pretzels. Far better than I would express in a few words. At the end we were able to hear stories from the owners and Blue, that expressed how my much they were a small local franchise that came about based on making their food great. After enough recommendations I decided to come and see if it lived up to the hype. Came in on a Saturday around 2pm and it was surprisingly not busy. Ordered the fritanga burger and perfecto fries and although I loved the perfecto fried I hated that they only put 3 onions on it also my food took a really long time to go given that the place was empty. The sauces worked to help spruce up the burger but if the fried cheese is the highlight instead of the meat that says it all. read more

I had the salad bowl with the chicken, California Style. it was SO good!! Tasty and tangy with chicken over salad, covered in mango dressing, and filled with mandarin slices, cranberries, blue cheese, and almond slices. So good! Plus, I also ordered a side of the sweet potato nuggets which were so tasty. My picky 9 year old ordered the cheeseburger, plain, and she absolutely loved it. I've seen them on Instagram multiple times and a few people I know swear by it. They opened up one by my house so I was extremely excited to finally try it. Tostón burger by itself seemed like a genius idea. I had dreams of the day that I could finally taste this amazing concoction especially since it was spoken so highly of by a few people I know. I ordered it with a fried egg added on, their bacon cheddar fries and an El Jefe hefeweizen. I've never had this beer before. This beer is def an A in my book. The fries were good and then I tried the burger. At first glance, it's pretty friggin shmexy... even shmexier after I broke the yolk. Sadly, angels did not sing... I really wanted those singing angels. That being said, it wasn't horrible. The patty had flavor, most burger places don't season the patty. The tostón could have used a few more seconds in the fryer for some extra crisp and to hold the juiciness of the burger. The cheese worked very well with the flavor and it wasn't dry at all. There was even some pink in the patty. Let's be honest, no one should ever eat a well done burger. Will I come back? More than likely. If you're looking for a good quality beef burger, this is the place for you!!! I ordered the special, "the Nasty Burger" and it was awesome. The beef was so flavored and cooked perfectly. The bread was toasted and added another layer of awesomeness!! I also ordered the cajun fries, which I couldn't enjoy because they were entirely too salty. The sauce helped make them more bearable. Where to begin? The fact that it took 48 minutes from the time I placed my order to the time I got my food (which we ordered to go) should be enough for a not so stellar review. However, what really bothered me was the surprisingly BAD quality of the food! My husband's pincho pita was a dripping, hot mess. Even though he ordered Latin style, it looked and tasted more like a weird Mediterranean mash of flavors than anything else. As you can see from the picture, the Cajun fries were just bland fries with a red streak on one side of the plate and some brown crumbles on the other side that I couldn't discern for the life of me. However, the biggest disappointment of the night was the toston burger. Look, I'm Puerto Rican. I've eaten tostones my entire life. I can tell that there were no Boricuas back there in the kitchen making tostones (or pinchos, for that matter) because this crap was super oily, bland and barely had any salt. Tostones are supposed to be crispy and delicious! Not a soggy mess! To top that off, nobody asked how we wanted our steak cooked, and while my husband's pincho was well done, my burger was pink, cold and had blood coming out of it. WHO THE HECK SERVES RAW TO RARE BURGERS?! I nuked that sucker in the microwave until it was brown, but by then the damage was done. Despite the fact that this place serves pinchos, which is very much a Latino version of a kebab, nothing about this place looks or tastes Latino. All of the employees are beard wearing, millennial hipsters who struggled with cooking the food and serving it to customers. When I left the restaurant, I saw a family with drinks standing against the wall because there was no place to seat them. Here's a tip: if you're having problems seating people or fulfilling orders, maybe you should tell your customers of the wait before they even get to the register, hmmm? I have been here a few times already and I always go with the salad, but this last time I wanted to be adventurous and try the Toston Burger and what a mistake that was. The tostones were so greasy that when you bit into the hamburger you can taste the oil. That was so disgusting! Just thinking about it makes me get grossed out again. I couldn't eat it. Happy to say that I came back to this location for dinner. They have really improved their quality since I last updated. We ordered a cheese burger, steak pinchos, chicken pincho and fries. The burger was fresh, hot and very tasty. The burger meat was juicy and was made even better by the melty cheese. The pinchos were soft, and very flavorful. The dipping sauces added a nice touch. The chicken was not dry and also flavorful. The fries were regular shoestring, which were crisp and hot. It took a lityle bit for the food to vome, but well worth the wait. I do wish condiments and additional napkins were at the table or atleast offered by the cashier. I enjoyed the soda choices and the ability to drink sparkling water. We will return. read more

Man this is going to hurt me to write. I have heard soooo much about Pincho Factory and was extremely excited to try it out and make it a new spot. Unfortunately... It fell short and left me and my three other friends disappointed. The place is nice, it was clean, the staff was friendly, and the menu options are on point. We got there at 1:00pm didn't order until 1:24pm which isn't horrible during a lunch rush. I was fine with that wait because I was excited about the food. But then while we were waiting I started noticing that there were about 10 tables with their table numbers but no food. I figured it's probably coming out soon. But we ended up waiting 35 mins for our food! We finally got our food at 2pm. Many people started complaining and I couldn't wait anymore. So the manager comped our meal and apologized for the delay. Many people were asking for refunds. The good news at least is that the food was amazing... It just got there 1 hour too late. (Between waiting in line and waiting for food) If someone would at least acknowledge the customers by letting them know the food is taking some time.. Maybe offer some fries or a coupon or something... They wouldn't have had as many people getting frustrated. But... This place just opened... So I'm praying they work these kinks out. My friend wanted to check this olace out for a while and so we visited the Hialeah location. Since then I have returned to the Pembroke Pines location at leasr 3 more times. The tostones were cooked perfectly and so was the burger. It was a little bit of a wait but so worth it!!! My next few visits I ventured into the Bacon 'N Blue Burger, who wouldn't right?! Well let me just tell you that the combination of well portioned bacon, blue cheese crumbles, caramelize onions and a splash of Buffalo sauce blow the Tostone Burger out of the water! I am obsessed. The burgers are juicy and flavorful which is a challenge for many burger joints! I ordered my burgers medium well and they were still juicy and flavorful! As a side, I have ordered the Cajun Tostones and Cajun Fries. Both are tasty but I must say that the side order tostones are my favorite! The portions are large enough to share but totally of if you don't! The drink selections are well balanced for a burger/pincho place. Of course the regular water & softdrinks but they also have a unique selection of craft beers including their very own Pincho Factory 627 Ale which has its own story behind it. It is a very cool spot. I hadn't eaten pinchos since I was a kid, and this was exciting for me. My boyfriend ordered the Quesadilla burger, and I ordered the Steak Rice bowl with the Amazing Cesar salad, and we had an order of cajun tostones, and cajun fries. The Pepsi machine was a bit confusing since the ice was not obtained at the same spot, and there was no sign to indicate where you could get it. As for the food.... Amazing! I read the menu and it should've bring potato sticks in the burger...and it didnt. So no worries.. I ask about it and they told me they didnt have.. they ran out? They should've told me before buying it!! So the amount with the cajun fries came to about $12 and some change!! Is very very expensive for a really bad burger. Eh. Pincho Factory always sounds like a better idea than it actually is. I've never once gone, eaten, and left feeling totally satisfied. Nothing that I've tried on the menu (even the famous sweet potato tots) blew me away. I always try to get something different but, still, just always feel underwhelmed. One thing I'll give them is their incredible customer service. Across all of their locations, including this new one in Pines (that is within a mile of where I work!), the employees are fantastic. Always really kind, accommodating, and helpful with the menu. I've visited Pincho Factory many times, even after my initial so-so experiences with their food. And, to be completely honest, I'll probably continue to come back occasionally, if only for the convenience location-wise and the customer service. Selection is limited but what they do have is good enough. As for the food didn't try everything but the Cajun Tostones and Steak Pinchos were delicious. We ordered several servings until we were stuffed. Almost forgot the service was exceptional we sat at what I think was the bar and was given VIP treatment from Jameelah. I had seen the Wall mural in their Pembroke Pines location on social media and decided to stop in on my way down to Miami to see it. What a home run!! The food was delicious, the staff was superb and friendly, the place had character and was very clean. I had the Vaca Frita Bowl. What a treat. A bowl of vaca frita. Cilantro rice, fried plantains bites, pico sauce, and I had them hold the black beans and add onions. All the ingredients complimented each other. One of the best tasting vaca frita I have ever eaten. The fried plaintain bites were perfect. It is difficult for restaurant to find employees these days much less good ones. Pincho's staff was excellent and polite. The gentlemen at the front that took my order, MAKAIO was first class. He provided the best restaurant experience I have had in 2021 at any restaurant!!! This restaurant takes COVID seriously and takes appropriate measures. All staff was masked, signage was provided and sanitation stations were present. Only thing lacking was outdoor seating. I am adding Pinchos on my must do list on all my monthly Miami trips. read more
